Rui frowned. Her day really wasn’t going the way she had expected. All she wanted to do was eat McDonalds, stab Jun and show her how amazingly cool her power was! Now she found herself handcuffed in an interrogation room at the nearest police station. This turn of events had put Jun near the bottom of her bestie list. Glaring into space, Rui suddenly started shaking her chair back and forth as she shouted. “I want beer! I’m not gonna talk unless you gimme beer!” From the hallway two officers were conversing. “So there’s no doubt about it?” “Skin that unwraps like bandages? That’s Rui Matsui for sure, better known as Mummy.” The one officer turned to Jun. “You were the one who captured her, right? What was your name again? Normally I’d ask if you have a quirk license on hand.” There was a firmness to her tone, but it soon melted away as she smiled at Jun. “But we called in a pro hero to help detain this one. I will let them decide on what to do with you.” “Gorgon-” the other officer interjected. “The Gorgon answered the call. She should be here any minute.” Meanwhile this entire time Rui has been shouting from her empty interrogation room, voice slightly muffled from the hallway. “And I didn’t lose, btw! She cheated!! She used three quirks! Three of them! That’s not fair, I wasn’t even giving it my all I was just messing around besties!” She had really done and messed up this time. What awaited her if Sho didn’t come to the rescue? Prison? Tartarus, surely! She was the most infamous and powerful villain in all of Tokyo after all! Or what if they made her do community service? Working for hero society sucked! She would rather go to Tartarus at that rate. “I got the handcuffs off! I got them off and now I’m free! I’m gonna escape!” Still no response… “Stop ignoring me! Send my bestie in or I’ll tell my bro on you!”TL;DR: Rui is handcuffed alone in the interrogation room, shouting to get attention. Meanwhile two officers are talking with Jun in the hallway, Yanai Hebiru, The Gorgon has been contacted and will be at the police station shortly. Rui keeps shouting, threatening them with telling her brother on them if she doesn't get her way. junsuinaYanai HebiruShō Matsui

| [attr="class","bmsk"] in blackest night... Jun frowned, not liking this particular situation. After previous incidents she just wanted to skate on by and be as low under the radar as possible. She acted in self-defense, but she also acted in a way that could potentially help progress a case elsewhere. She let out a sigh as she looked over her blood stained shirt and coat, snapping back to reality once she was addressed again. "Oh, um. Jun. Junsuina Kanjo. I, ah...you should really call Apparel, too, I think this Rui girl is one of the Kaneko children..." she says, slowly trailing off. It had been like this a lot of the night. An officer would come by, get a statement, walk off, then another would ask similar questions then walk off again, and it would repeat a good number of times. If she were ever called to the witness stand if this ever went to trial then at the very least she had her story straight. Though at the mention of the Gorgon, Jun started to shrink a bit. The last thing she needed was Hebiru giving her another lecture... She took a few steps back to look into the interrogation room, frowning. Boy, is she noisy...Rui Matsui Yanai Hebiru Shō Matsui |

The Gorgon Watches It was rare that The Gorgon took to the field in costume and even rarer for it to be outside of an emergency situation. The moment she got wind of what was going on here however she hadn't hesitated. Not only was it necessary to maintain her appearance as a caring school nurse and ensure Junsuina's health but the captured villain in question interested her on a personal level.
Mummy was a villain whose appearances she'd been keeping track of for the sake of her own research. As she was the wielder of one of the more powerful healing quirks Hebiru had long had an interest in figuring out how exactly her abilities worked. It seemed clear on the surface but the devil was always in the details.
"That will not be necessary, miss Kano." The Gorgon said as she approached, her eyes briefly flicking up and down to check Jun for any immediate injuries. Given that adrenaline was highly likely to have already worn off already there was a lot she could read from the student's posture. It did not match the injuries she should've had based on the state of her attire. Hebiru could only conclude Mummy's quirk was involved and check the effects over later.
"Given recent events I understand your inclination to overestimate the relevance of family connections." Hebiru said none too subtly with a slight narrowing of her eyes that implied this wasn't over yet. "Rest assured however that while Mummy has some connections to the Kanekos she is highly unlikely to be one of them."
In truth she wasn't entirely sure of that. While she'd been able to find out that the Mummy didn't currently have a familial relationship to the Kanekos her sources had found very little on the girl's early life. Who knew whether she truly was or not?
"But we digress. Let us see to this matter shall we."
Walking to the interrogation room The Gorgon wondered whether she had the time to question the captive. She doubted it. While she did not know much about this supposed 'brother' of hers Hebiru had noticed a trend in Mummy's appearances. Problems she should not have been able to resolve by herself tended to stop being problems rather quickly. Whether there were multiple people responsible for that or just one she couldn't say but if she were to take Rui's words seriously she could infer it might be him.
Even so she knew better than to rely on one set of data to draw a conclusion, she'd keep her eyes peeled for any potential threat. Better safe than sorry. Especially when it came to someone that could help advance her research.
"Greetings, Mummy. I am The Gorgon. It is unfortunate that our first meeting is under circumstances such as these. Before I ask any further questions, what would you like me to address you as?"
------
TL;DR: The Gorgon greets Jun, alleviates her concerns while adding new ones and introduces herself to Rui.

[attr="class","text"] Another day. Another breakout. Rui was single-handedly ruining Sho's balance of his karma with her impulsiveness. His specific set of values meant that any act involving a person had a cascading effect. If he let Rui out from jail then anyone she hurt during that period of time he would need to make up for. He honestly did consider just leaving her alone but at the same time letting your sibling get executed would definitely not be good for his karma either. So begrudgingly, he did what he always did, completely masked his face with shadow and took his sword with him as he waited for nightfall. [break][break] While he had never been inside this particular station, it was likely similar to the others. So he skulked through the night dipping in and out of objects to mask his approach as he avoided the security cameras until a section where that wasn't possible. Instead he would sink into the ground and use his extra appendages to pull himself closer until he was out of the line of sight. From there it was an easy job to cut the power line which would cause the lights to flicker as he went for the backup generator. [break][break] In the basement is where he would find this and with one quick strike, he would not out power for the entire building. Now able to move a bit more freely he would listen to the chaos above him, waiting for one sound...the sound of his sister screaming. Pulling himself through the floor just slightly to see her tied to a chair, he would gently tap his hand with the small knife he brought for her to grab it and then cut through the chains holding her in place. Not willing to show himself just yet, he remained in the floor a few feet back from Rui to assess the situation at hand before he would act.

''A Kaneko?'' The police officer's face went pale at the mere mention. It was no wonder considering how notorious the name was when linked to the Blood Devil villain. Most of his children had been trained from an early age to hate society and kill without asking any questions. Most of his children hadn't been located yet. Those that had were either criminals or infamous villains in their own right. Kazashi Kaneko, or rather Kazashi McCoy after she got married was the only child of Kaneko to go into heroism and was met with a lot of criticism and skepticism throughout her university years because of her name. ''Is that so?'' The officer breathed a sigh of relief as The Gorgon arrived on the scene. ''Gorgon?'' Rui sneered as they entered the interrogation room. ''Where's my beer? I wanted a beer!'' What would she like to be addressed as? She thought about it for a moment as she sat there, curled up in her chair. It wasn't until The Gorgon posed that question that she slowly started to open up. ''Super Awesome Queen Mummy, Future Prime Minister of Japan!!'' She shouted, grinning proudly. ''One day I'll control everything! Then I won't be put in handcuffs like this by my besties.'' She narrowed her eyes at Jun, the bestie that ruined all her plans. If this had all gone according to Rui's plan she would have been home by now. She was only side eyeing Jun for a brief moment however, as her mind quickly jumped to another topic, looking back at Gorgon. ''Hey! Could you get me a knife? I want to show you something really cool!'' She perked right back up. Then the lights went out. ''What was that? Did you forget to pay your electricity bill besties?'' Rui, Lilian and Umeko all lived together, but at times when Lilian had been out and about for long periods of time, Rui and Umeko had definitely forgotten to pay for utilities. Breathing in, she started shouting again. ''This is why you should vote for me to become Prime Minister! I'll make it legal to kill anyone you don't like!'' Then it suddenly clicked why the power went out. Giggling at first, her laughter quickly grew into a manic cackle. ''You're like, so dead right now! That's what you get for getting in our way!''She only needed to glance down briefly before her hand instinctively grabbed the knife. She had gotten captured and bailed out by Sho many times before, to the point that she always knew to keep her guard up in case she suddenly needed to start fighting. When he cut her free, she would do just that. ''Hey bestie...'' She curled up on the chair again, knife in hand before leaping towards Jun. ''How about a rematch?!''Yanai HebirujunsuinaShō Matsui

| [attr="class","bmsk"] in blackest night... Jun jumped at Hebiru's appearance, turning to look at her. Her frown was apparent, but she raised her hands up to mimic horns on top of her head. "She's gotta be though! Lotta them got the horns, right? I know that's pretty unlikely because of how quirks work, but the horns should raise some suspicions, don't you think?" That said, the jab was unnecessary and definitely stung. She'd look away, letting out a sigh. Guess things will be like this until I graduate, she thinks, frustration building up a little. Part of her knew that it was important that she focus on school and not get caught up in dumb stuff, but this...this had her interest, and if she could help Kaz out she wanted to. She decided to not get involved in the interrogation, standing away and letting the Gorgon carry out her questioning. As much as she had sense enough to carry on questioning, she wasn't knowledgeable enough on the case to carry it out. She acted in self-defense and brought the Mummy in, and that was it. Would be nice to get credit, but she didn't see that- Oh. The lights went out. So the backup generator should be coming on, right? A few seconds go by, and still nothing. Must be one where power is focused in key areas, she thinks, closing her eyes and focusing on her hope to generate a flashlight and flip it on. It made sense for a backup generator to have different priorities, and not all departments could afford to have one to power the entire building. But that did beg the question: Why did the power go out to begin with? She'd start to sweep the room, looking for any kind of signs of trouble, only to catch Rui as she was jumping up on the table, springing forward. She was effectively drawing attention to herself, and there wasn't much that could be done...so she did the next best thing and as threw the flashlight right at Rui's face. The room would light up with strobe for a moment before making impact, causing darkness to overtake them again. "Don't you remember what happened the last time we fought?" The Gorgon WatchesThe Gorgon acknowledged Jun's point with a nod. Seeing her in person for the first time she had to admit Mummy did bear a startling resemblance to the Kanekos and even more specifically to Kazashi herself.
"There will be time to check with Kazashi when the situation has stabilised." She replied over her shoulder while making her way into the interrogation room. "For now I would like to request your assistance in ensuring that happens."
If her earlier theory on Mummy's backer or backers was proven right she had the impression she might be too busy dealing with that to keep an eye on the young Matsui. Either way it was best to get as much done as quickly as possible regardless of whether anyone would end up showing up to break Mummy out of prison. She paused for a moment to consider her words.
"Well then, Super Awesome Queen Mummy, Future Prime Minister of Japan." The Gorgon answered with a straight face before slightly tilting her head. "That is a long title. If I spent that much time saying it every time I'll have less time to listen to you speak, would Mummy for short work?"
Her mind went over several other ways she could ensure the villain's cooperation should this approach fail to work. From the woman's demeanor however she seemed like the type that hadn't been told 'no' often so playing along was likely to get the best results.
"Certainly. I'm afraid I don't have one on me right now but the facility we are moving too has a medbay with several knives. Shall w-"
It was at that point that the lights went out and The Gorgon's priorities shifted.
While a snake's main sense is not that of sight but that of smell and taste Hebiru unfortunately didn't share that trait and would need to adapt. Stepping closer to Mood Ring so she could ensure the student's continued safety at a moment's notice she angled herself to stay out of the way of her attempts to light the room while she used her own methods to regain control of the situation.
Pushing her quirk to the limits she manifested over a hundred arrows no wider than a finger from her lower back. There was no way she could control so much as a fraction of them at once but there was no need. With a quick spin while she externalized them all she strung them all over the room, covering the ground and parts of the walls nearest to them. It was a gamble. Any damage done to them would naturally cause her harm and when spread this thinly their durability was nearly nonexistent.
What it would do however was give her an advance warning. The second any of them were destroyed she'd know where the attack would be coming from and strike with the one appendage she was keeping back behind her like a scorpion's tail, ready to lash out at a moment's notice.
"Mood Ring, please light the rest of the-" The flashlight went flying. "-room as well to restore our visibility. I entrust this matter to you."
The student's methods were creative but they were certainly effective and likely to catch their opponent off guard should they already be present. Hebiru kept her eyes peeled and followed the path of the spinning beam as closely as possible with her gaze. Their methods would have to suffice until Jun could create a longer lasting solution. All The Gorgon could do now was buy her time and shield her from harm should either Rui or the unknown assailant pose any danger to her.

[attr="class","text"] From Sho's point of view there wasn't as much resistance as he thought. Luckily for Rui she wasn't taken exactly seriously by the general populace. For all intents and purposes she was a small time petty criminal who wasn't threatening to nearly anyone. In fact the way she was captured, by a student nonetheless, was a very telling sign. Still, she was his 'sister' and had helped him out from time to time even if it was coerced. [break][break] He had written off the student in the room as a non-threat. Rui could at least keep her distracted as he dealt with the bigger fish: The Gorgon. A fairly reputable hero and UAU's nurse with plenty of experience and from what he'd heard she had a unique quirk that made her particularly hard to deal with. Her actions reflected this, using whatever her quirk could do to coat the room in arrows. 'Likely some sort of sensory network,' he would move himself to be squarely under the chair so he could observe a bit more before acting. [break][break] The student was a bit more reckless and was willing to engage Rui in combat even without knowing how she was able to escape from her bindings. Three shadow arms extended through the chair and would lash out at the duo in an attempt to support Rui's attack. One of the arms would intercept the flashlight and threw it back towards Jun. The second arm would fly towards Hebiru in an attempt to grab her by the throat and subdue her. The third arm would grab his foolish sister to pull her back from getting overpowered and also in order make sure he didn't drift too far into his negative karma. He would pull himself out of the ground, sword in hand and sending a slice towards the door to cut it open and give them a path for escape "No more. We're leaving." he'd say to Rui before putting her down and giving her a push towards the now open escape route. He'd ready his blade to respond to any further intervention with his features fully obscured by shadows.

Rui smiled, very pleased with her choice of nickname and that Hebiru complied and humored her massive ego. ''Sure! I get it bestie, you don't want to miss my speaking. I'm totes one of the speakiest speakers there is, that's what everyone tells me.'' She said it like the fact that she talked a lot was a skill she had honed and a point of personal pride. She'd show those heroes!! They would never expect a surprise attack from the now free and armed Rui in the darkness! Everything happened so fast when she leaped towards Jun and the fact that the flashlight started flying back towards Jun could only mean one thing. That Rui's force of will was simply so strong objects couldn't touch her. That, or Jun's throw was so bad that she somehow boomerang'd herself. Rui didn't know which option would be funnier to believe in and the fact that it was actually Sho supporting her was entirely lost on her. ''Last time I stabbed you! I-'' Wait, why wasn't she flying forward anymore? ''Leaving?! Nuh-uh!! That's SO not fair! She attacked me first! Sh-She started it! She attacked me completely unprompted at McDonalds!'' She was obviously lying to save her own skin, both pointing back towards Jun and begrudgingly walking towards their exit as she flailed her arms about in protest. Sho's intervention was worth throwing a fit over, but she knew not to fight him on it. That didn't mean she wasn't going to whine and complain though. junsuinaYanai HebiruShō Matsui

| [attr="class","bmsk"] in blackest night... There were a lot of things tripping on Jun's weird meter. The power, the fact that Rui was free, and now the fact her flashlight was now bouncing back with Rui being coherent. In any other situation she might be able to explain these phenomenons in a logical way, but in this moment all of them stacked on top of one another gave way to one conclusion. There was someone else attempting to break Rui out. The flashlight would dispel as Jun began to focus on her compassion, a round shield forming on her arm as she let the glow of it lightly illuminate the room; it was far from perfect, but it was the best she could do in the moment as she was anticipating an attack. What she saw instead was Rui being hauled out of the room, and the Gorgon being preoccupied with something else. "Sensei!" She reached out to help steady Hebiru, but seeing as the other two had sprinted out she knew she was the only one capable of acting in the moment*. She leapt for the door, and cocking her arm back threw the shield down the hall as hard as she could in an effort to catch one or both of the two running down. At the very least, the action might let Gorgon recover long enough to catch up with them. * Told from the perspective of an unreliable narrator.Yanai Hebiru Rui Matsui Shō Matsui |

The Gorgon WatchesThe villain seemed amenable to cooperation. Her personality made Hebiru think she would need careful management to find the results her research demanded but she was no stranger to working with difficult colleagues and manipulating them into productivity. It was a shame her inquiries were interrupted before they could begin. She supposed it mattered not, she'd get another chance soon enough. All that was left was to deal with this incursion first.
When the flashlight's course reversed her guard was raised instantly and she moved to stand between Mood Ring and the incoming projectile, attempting to catch it or failing that absorb the impact. While she didn't know the full extent of Mummy's capabilities nothing in the data she'd gathered so much as hinted at the ability to break free from handcuffs nor reverse anything's momentum without physically catching it. No, this had to be someone else's doing and given that her sensory network failed to detect him their danger level upped in her mind.
Her attempt to catch the catch the flashlight was interrupted when something grabbed her by the throat. Instantly her reactive limb triggered stabbing through empty air where the person should've been standing. Eyes narrowing she considered her next action with a level of calmth unbefitting to the situation. She had too little information to act decisively, if only...
Her train of thought was interrupted when a full fifth of her extended appendages were severed in a neat line from the chair to the now falling door. What could possibly-
The gloom was banished by Junsuina's efforts instantly answering her question. Gyrfalcon. One of the villains caught on camera alongside Mummy during a mall robbery. She didn't have time to contemplate the significance of his appearance here, not with both her own and Junsuina's life at risk. Her persona would not allow that.
She refrains from using her 'scorpion tail' to cut through the shadow limb holding her by the throat, taking half a step backwards instead as if she were struggling under its grasp while covertly retracting her sensory limbs even as Mood Ring caught her. So long as she feigned defeat the villain was unlikely to direct any of those lethal attacks their way before she could recover enough mass to effectively fight back. A decision she briefly believed to have been the right one when the shadow arm dissipates the moment the villains leave the room.
What she failed to account for was Jun's recklessness. Chiding herself she used an appendage to push herself into the air and dash over the top of her head and into the hall.
"Keep your distance. Do not engage Gyrfalcon directly!" She shouted as much to Mood Ring as to any officers in their immediate vicinity. Visibility was against them and she'd rather not have any deaths on her non-existent conscience nor catch any stray bullets during the fight. Sticking close to the ceiling she used another appendage to push her straight forward, rocketing after the pair horizontally to keep her profile to a minimum. At the same time The Gorgon semi-externalized four limbs with a wiggle of her fingers, keeping them close to her waist and aiming the tips diagonally in four different directions to divert her course at a moment's notice should another strike come her way.
Doubtful words would convince Gyrfalcon to stand down she resorted to actions to deal with him and directed her words at Mummy instead. "You have a knife now. Are you unable to 'do something cool' after all?" She spoke monotonously while manifesting several more arrows and aiming them at the would-be 'rescuer'. With visibility provided solely by the spinning shield and no guarantee it would stay on going for limbs was a fool's errand so instead she fired all half a dozen of them towards his body. One to each shoulder, two at center mass and the remaining two at his hips. With some luck it would be enough.

[attr="class","text"] Not exactly happy at this situation as it was unfolding Sho dashed out into the hallway carrying Rui like a piece of luggage. The alarms now blaring in the place were all thanks to The Gorgon who, based on what he heard prior to their exit, it was clear she had done her homework and knew who he with just a brief scuffle. The student (Moon Ring) wasn't really much worry to him, if she was barely able to beat Rui then her skills likely paled in comparison to his own. He had not been saving a criminal this job would have been much easier, a quick beheading of the Pro Hero and trainee and then exit through the station by force. Unluckily this was not one of those cases where he could go all out, so an escape on foot was all he could do. [break][break] "Give me the knife." he'd extend his free hand to Rui, taking it regardless of her protest. His sword would do too much damage given the circumstances, but by employing his skills with a much small knife it just meant all the wounds inflicted wouldn't be even close to fatal. The flying disk wasn't something he was too worried about and with a flick of his wrist from the knife-wielding hand he would send out an airborne slash to cut the shield in two, diverting its flight path in the process. [break][break] The Gorgon's taunts were extremely unwelcome as Rui was just dumb enough to fall for it. She was the type of person to have someone save her and then walk right back into the place she escaped from to get some final words...which was taken from a real experience from a few months ago. The light from the shield illuminated the path enough that he could see The Gorgon in hot pursuit. He'd lean into Rui and whisper "It's right, left, right, right, straight. Got it?" he would then change up his tactics. If The Gorgon was smart, she'd know he was the more important target. Sho would hand the knife back to Rui and then hyperextend the shadow arm, carrying her forward and giving her a push towards the path of escape. Coming to an abrupt stop in order to avoid the trajectory of the arrows headed towards him, he'd use the other shadow arm to pull himself backward, his sword drawn with the blunt side facing forward, and charge towards Jun. Either keep up the pursuit of Rui or save her intern, if she were like any other hero, she'd prioritize the safety of her trainee.

''That's mine!'' She protested, but she couldn't exactly keep the knife from him. To make matters worse, Gorgon's words made her even more frustrated, and so true!! She was totally about to show them something super cool when Sho showed up to 'rescue' her. She could totally break out on her own if she wanted to! She just didn't want to because getting captured was more fun, and other lies she told herself. ''No way!! Lemme show you- it's totes the best thing you'll ever see!'' But of course, Sho was no longer a villain, because as he leaned in to whisper instructions in her ear it became evidently clear that he had joined the ranks of the Fun Police. She was almost about to talk back, but gleefully accepted the knife again as she started running, calling out behind her. ''Follow me Gorgon Bestie! I'll show you!'' She was going to make Sho so proud! Not only was she making his job easier, but she was going to kill this hero all on her own! She was so excited she could barely think. What did he say again? ''Right, left, right, left!'' She called out, opening the wrong door to two cops storming out at her, guns drawn. ''F-Freeze!''She was quick to stab one of them in the arm, but not before taking three bullets to her chest. Staggering back for a moment, she lunged forward and managed to grab one of their guns. ''Mine now!!'' She shot the other cop in the foot before running further down the hall, giggling despite the fact that she couldn't remember where the exit was. junsuinaShō MatsuiYanai Hebiru

| [attr="class","bmsk"] in blackest night... Between Gorgon's warning and her shield splitting in two, Jun did indeed begin to feel like she was out of her depth. Someone like Rui was small potatoes, but a villain like this? She barely knew about them, but it was just enough to know that they were dangerous. And to make matters worse, he was coming straight for her. As the light from her shield began to fade, she knew she had to do something and something quick. Swinging her arm wide, her rings glowed as she channeled her innate fear, flinging a series of chains down the hallway. Some of them would have been at head level for Sho, while most would be about leg level. The hope was that somewhere, some way this would throw him off his game just enough for her to slip by. There was no feasible way she saw that she could overpower him, so the best way to go about this was to create an opening for Gorgon to land a hit in. Besides, in the dim lighting she didn't see Rui. Against her better judgement it was better to leave this to the professionals and nail down her "bestie". To aid her in this, she also reinforced her arms with chains; she wasn't sure just how much she stacked up to someone like this, and getting into close range was near suicidal. She'd just have to hope her reaction time was enough to block or deflect at least one attack. "He's all yours!" Jun called out, "I'll get the Mummy back!" Rui Matsui Shō Matsui Yanai Hebiru |

The Gorgon Watches With her eyes focused on Gyrfalcon like a predator looking at their prey The Gorgon instantly noticed him move to avoid her arrows and head for Mood Ring even as the latter threw out her chains.
She did not even need to consider her next action, her persona's habits and patterns so ingrained in her she subconsciously followed the appropriate course. As a Pro Hero The Gorgon could not prioritize her own goals over the safety of another.
Immediately she used one of her diagonally pointed limbs to push herself into the path Gyrfalcon with a slight spin, narrowly fitting through the gaps between Junsuina's chains to fit into the herself into the middle of them. The limbs she fired at Gyrfalcon moments before did not idle either, withdrawing as fast as they could to form a threatening display around her the moment they'd come to blows. At the same time she manifested one more slightly bigger limb from her lower back to rocket herself straight at Gyrfalcon and a second thinner one from the middle of her forearm.
Straightening her fingers as if she were about to perform a spear hand strike she twisted her forearm forty five degrees to the right, forming the thinner appendage into a spinning drill ready to be thrust at Gyrfalcon the moment he came into range.
As she prepared to receive the villain's charge and meet it with one of her own she caught Mummy's words but refrained from replying. She couldn't afford to. Even a moment's loss of focus against someone on Gyrfalcon's level could see her life cut short, perhaps literally in this case.
So too does she catch Mood Ring's words. Her quick thinking and improvisational capabilities -while not a surprise since she's read about them on her record- thoroughly impressed Hebiru and she felt secure in entrusting the matter of recapturing the subj- Mummy to her.
"Prioritise your own safety." She replied instinctively, as any Pro Hero would. It occured to her that she herself is likely to be the one that's had the least field experience in recent years of any combatant currently present. A tinge of fear tempered her actions as she prepared to strike. She couldn't afford to let it affect her but she needn't ignore the fact either. Caution would benefit her so long as she did not let it cripple her.
