After developing proof, job was down to a look criminal that wanted a competitor out of his was so he can expand his criminal empire and got the payment sent to his bank account.  He would leave and start walking about the street, most street level thugs stayed clear of the man due to his bad reputation he had got over the years.  The man was known on the streets of Shinjuku by criminals and villains, and only a few would miss with the merc Forevermore. He would look and wonder what to do as he got his job done. It was tough. The man had better than normal reaction time, making it hard for him to finish him. It took forever for him to kill the man and then cut the man's head off and put it in a bag due to the man had possessed abnormally hard skin. He had some blood from the decapitation of the man but did not really care as the villain had a few safe houses he could hide in till things cool down if it was needed.

He would go to an arcade and start playing the claw machine there, as he figures it was a good way to practice and keep hand eye better than normal. The other befit to Yoshiee is the place allowed him to smoke, which pleased him a lot. He would focus deeply as he was trying to get a prize he had yet ever got before and really wanted it. He would mumble a curse as he just barely missed getting it and would put money in the machine to go again. Furthermore, he would continue to play trying his best to get the prize inside the claw machine as he was deep contraction so if someone walked up to him, he would not have noticed right away that was for sure.

"Yo," Retsu casually greeted Yoshiee as she made her way through the arcade towards him. Nodding her head at the claw machine she continued. "That thing's rigged bah the way. Tomomori makes a killin' off it. There's a washer in the cap ta loosen the grip 'nd it's programmed ta only 'ave a stong grip once every twenty six tries."

The exact number differed based on the prizes put in at the time but Retsu wasn't planning to rant about that all day, nor did she have any reason to undercut Tomomori's profit. The man was absolutely lousy at cards so she tended to get a cut of it anyway. 

"Forevermore, roite?" Retsu asked out of courtesy. She'd known who he was before she even walked in here. After all, arcades weren't exactly her prime hangout spot. She'd come here on purpose and with a very specific reason. "You on the job roite now?"

He would turn around quickly and pull his gun on the person that greeted him out of instincts as he did not notice her approaching him at all. He then noticed her nodded and put the gun away as quickly as he pulled it out. He heard her mention about the machine and smirk "I know it is but that's the challenge in itself is to beat it and cheating Tomomori of cash is fun plus it's not like I can't get more money out their if need it" he would say to her. He would nod and looked to her " I am and not at moment do you have a job that needs to be done" he would ask her as if he did not care if others hear cause he skilled at what he does some where average and others he was above average or higher.  He would play claw again and smirked as he almost got the prize, he needed to complete his collection of having one of each prize in the claw machine. 

He would continue to play the claw machine game as if it was normal thing to happen to him. He would speak to her as he then carful moves claw over the wanted toy inside the claw machine and smirked "so what's the job you need done or is it something else you need from me" he would ask her.  He was keeping an eye on her even though he directly looking at her as he had enemies out there from all sides of society.  He would sigh as prize rolls wrong way and fall out of falling down into area where he can claim it and sighs.  he would look to her " if we have business, I need a smoke fell free speak to me outside" he would say to the young villain

"Suit y'rself." Retsu shrugged. It was no skin off her back regardless of whether he won or lost. She hummed and nodded along as he kept speaking, slowly walking closer as she did. Not that they had to speak quietly of course. Even if anyone heard no one would dare interrupt the two of them. Down here in Shinjuku there was no way someone hanging out in an arcade at this time wouldn't know of at least one of them and more importantly their reputations. Still, she'd rather not have him go for his gun again. 

Leaning against the claw machine next to the one he was using she crossed her arms and began to explain.

"Ever heard of the Hayashida-gumi?" She asked, continuing regardless of whether he had or not. "Old Yakuza family that never figured out dey were goin' outta style. Somehow dey've been hanging on till now. Ah rekken it's tahm ta correct that." 

Concluding her short explanation she followed him outside, pulling out her combustible knife and offering it as a lighter for his cigarette, a brief activation more than enough to light it should he choose to make use of it. 

"So, 'ere's the gist. Ah need ta 'ave a talk with their kumicho. He's got some intel ah need. Dun' need any a' the others alive," she continued after a brief break. "Ya up fer a job lahk that?"

He heard her words and looked to the humming villainess not caring who heard them because most have ties to the underground and villains in the area and it's common not to interfere with others unless it's part of their business. he would look to the female and then watched lean against the next claw machine and then listened to her explain stuff to him.  He heard name " yea I know of him and his reputation" he would respond to the name a little curious why someone hangs on to a relic of past has to do with her or him. He heard what she had to say and gave a little smirk to her "well you have my attention now" he would say to her. He would notice the knife, but he would then accept it saves on fuel for his lighter and lit his smoke. He would take a drag from his smoke and blows out the smoke and heard her words "hmm so job is wipe them out except their kumicho cause of the information" he would say to make sure he got the jest of the job she is giving him. 

He would look to her "if you pay me, I take the job I don't do these without something in it for me" he would say to her.  He would look "your group knows how to get a hold of me if this is what you want to do" he would say to her as he takes another long drag from his smokes. He would look to her and give her time to take in the information on what it would take him to do the job but if they really want this relic organization to be extinct, he would love to help make his name bigger by wiping them of the map and it would add to his already long reputation that he possesses.

"Yup," Retsu confirmed with a nod. Breathing in the scent of tobacco made her crave a Sazerac, the scent reminding her of one of the many underground bars she often hung out at. The ones where smoke enough to visible and health inspectors only passed through once a year to receive their bribes. "Of course," she continued as if it were obvious. The kind of person that would volunteer to wipe out an entire organization without pay wasn't the kind she trusted to keep one specific person alive. No, this job needed the touch of a professional.

"Four days from now dere'll be a meeting between the kumicho, waka gashira and several other executives. Ah've got a map of the place it'll be at an' a list a' the people that'll likely be dere. The moment we're agreed on the details ah'll send 'em your way," Retsu explained while idly looking around. She didn't expect to be ambushed here but the whole point of an ambush was that it came unexpectedly. Trusting quiet moments like this wasn't something she did. "On that note, d'ya charge per person or a lump sum fer the job?"

He heard her reply and then noticed the girl take in scent of his smoke but mental shrugged as it had nothing to do with him nor did he care.  He was happy she agreed and looked to her as he heard her speak to him and take in all the information, she had said to him and nod to physically acknowledge he got the information from her before taking another drag from his smoke.  he would look "the map and list would be helpful as well as a picture of target you don't want me to wipe out would be handy as well just to make sure I don't wipe out that one" he would say to her. He did not look about as he was not worried or anything he knew people of the city and a lot of them are criminals and want even pay attention to what their saying for the most part and if they did rat them out that tends to be a fate worst then a death sentence in Shinjuku.

He knew of maybe a villain ambushing them to try to make a name for themselves but that did not happen very often due to services he provides to the criminal community. He heard her question " I charge a lump fee for this type of job and how much it be determined by how difficult it will be for me" he would say to her before taking one long drag and finishing his smoke.  He would look to her "once get the details I can quote you on a price so you can take it to your benefactors to get approval cause these guys might be a relic of the past, but I never underestimate the type of trouble I will run into" he would say to the young villainess.

"Ah'll 'ave it sent y'r way," Retsu agreed with a shallow nod. Her second-in-command should have all the necessary documentation at hand. Both on their boss and everyone else inside, barring any surprises like what happened when she went after the Akimichi family. She almost scowled. Yeah, Retsu would rather not have a repeat of that happening again. Which is exactly why she wasn't going to be taking point this time. Tossing money at the problem would make it far less likely that she'd be the one incurring the danger. 

"Works fer me," she responded with a shrug, a statement that answered both Yoshiie's question and her own thoughts. It wasn't like she was short on money anyway, not even with the hefty expenses improving her arsenal required. She met his gaze as he continued. "Benefactors? Ah thought ya didn'a underestimate anyone," Retsu fired with a dangerous look in her eye. "Careful ya dun' run inta a different kind a' trouble makin' assumptions."

Turning on her heel she waved over her shoulder as she walked away. Perhaps half a year ago that assumption of his would have made her fly off the handle but she'd changed by now. Something like this couldn't faze her. Retsu had learned much and done even more. Robberies by the dozen with casualty numbers in the hundreds, fights with Pro Heroes and more that left her standing tall and them six feet under, raids that had enriched her beyond belief and victories that had carried her ever closer to her goal. She'd even taken over a fairly significant part of Tokyo's arms trade. Hells, if she had her way all of Tokyo would be hers in time. No, something like that wouldn't get under her skin anymore. Truly. 

"Mah second'll be in touch. Y'all can talk prices. Ah'll see ya in a week. 'r naht. Y'r call."
