Kazeo is typically very aloof and seemingly distracted by his own thoughts, though he's more than capable of switching focus when necessary and is scarcely caught unaware. While cognizant of social norms and good behavior, Kazeo is distinctly clinical in his interactions; he speaks rather directly and is poor for casual conversation. This combined with his often brash honesty can land him in hot water, especially if allowed to continue trying to defend his faux pas. This nature tends to make him incompatible with those of similar personality but differing views.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Kazeo is able to control the velocity of air within a 2 meter radius centered on his core (33.51 cubic meters/1183.4 cubic feet). The air speed at which wind can be pushed to within this sphere is roughly 161km/h (100mi/h). Any point within the sphere can be individually controlled and formed to a shape within the confines of the sphere's volume. Air that leaves this sphere causes air to rush in to fill the volume in an equal amount from an approximately opposing direction to the exit point.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Usage of the Quirk is tied to Kazeo's lungs; if his breathing is impaired, even if just from low stamina, the potential speed and volume of air decreases. Wind traveling outside the sphere is instantly out of Kazeo's control and its velocity diminishes drastically, returning to ambient atmospheric behavior as soon as it has gone roughly 2 meters outside of the sphere; the falloff is more drastic for larger volumes of air.
