Kiyomaru seemed to be thinking a lot. She wondered if he was regretting being so nice to her. After all, if Kiyomaru had gotten nauseous to her eyes, would they still be hanging out? Her thoughts paused at that thought, because she hoped so. Chance but them together, but it seemed that there was more in between them that she wanted to explore. Even as they walked in silence, Calli didn't mind it. His contemplation face was kind of cute.

"Nagashi Somen?" Her Japanese failed her for a moment as she tried to think about what exactly that was. Taking out her phone, she would have a realization of what it was. She hadn't been in Japan long, and she still wanted to ween on the Greek food that Iphi cooked for her and the small amount of places that sold it; comfort food was hard to replace. "I like it. I grew up eating it from time to time... I was worried when I moved here that I would hate the food and be fucked." She wouldn't bat an eye at her own swearing and would instead look over to her. "What are other things you wanted to do with your friend? Since you haven't really had any, I can be the one that gives you all those firsts." Something clicked in her though. With a gasp, she would grab Kiyomaru by the shoulders. "Wait, does that mean you've never kissed anyone either? Dated someone? Held their hand?" Just like she offered Jun, she would do the same with Kiyomaru. "I can do those things for you, so you get experience for someone you like!"

Oh, people had already been with him? For some reason, that kind of pissed Calli off. Suitresses, and he obliged? That made it seem like he was forced to. Had he even liked these people, or was it just that he was doing it out of some form of duty? It aggravated her and before she could ask more, she would look to the noodle establishment. Letting go of his shoulders, Calli would just give a big sigh and walk in.

Taking charge, she would hold up the instructions and almost immediately grab her chopsticks. Catching a big wad of noodles, she'd immediately gobble them up before they even went out her plate. No sauce, nothing. "Ah, well that was fun." She'd see another amount come their way, and she'd grab it up and place it in Kiyomaru's plate. "For my dinner date." A small bow, as if she was being theatrical, before she would realize what she said and quickly refocus her attention on getting more noodles.

Looking at Kiyomaru, she would blink at how he didn't understand things. At the same time, it was so nice to know that he was thinking of her. He was sorry that he didn't get her dates? Who said things like that? She'd blush and rub the back of her neck. "It's fine... Just eat your noodles." She'd grab up another amount of noodles and put them in Kiyomaru's bowl once more. You're adorable." She couldn't believe that he actually wrote it out on a paper. She tried not to laugh about how he had interpreted.

Calli would drink the water with a bit of confusion on her face, before passing it back to him. Why was he offering her his water? Wait, did he want to indirectly kiss her? Oh, well that would be so weird, so out of left field. No, that couldn't be the case. "Thank you... and I'm not sure... Maybe what you want to be when you graduate?"

"That's more like it!" She'd get even happier at his resolve. "I know you can be, I know it in my heart." Kiyomaru looked and acted the part. For him now, all he had to do was get good at understanding what he needed to do! He would get strong, and then he would be the full package of what a samurai needed to be. She'd get a bit embarrassed as Kiyomaru would give her noodles, as if he shouldn't do something like that. "Thank you."

A proper samurai, that sounded about right. She would nod at his sentiment, knowing that such a thing would be good for him. "I think you'll be a great samurai. There isn't anyone that has been as committed as you, that I've seen, to being one. That has to count for something." She could feel his cause, and it was hard for people their age to care that much. "For me, I'm not sure. I guess I just want to be the best that I can be. I never truly wanted to be a hero when I grew up, but that goal was kind of given to me. In my mind, it would be nice to find myself and become a hero that I can respect and love." She didn't want the fame or anything like that. "And for me to help people I care about." Calli would give him a big smile, in hopes that he could understand that feeling too.

He should the thanking her? What had she really done? His smile looked so nice on his face that she wasn't prepared for it. She would look down at her ramen in a nervous manner, before a chuckle came out almost as a nervous response. "That's what friends are for, right? I want you to be confident and know someone is supporting you." Calli had no idea if his family was supportive of how he was, so Calli was glad to be that light for him.

"Thank you." Calliope felt good in knowing that they were there for one another. When was the last time that she had that so easily? Perhaps with her sister? He was a good person and Calliope wouldn't take that for granted. "I will for sure, so thank you." She wasn't sure how yet, but he wanted to know that he would be there if she needed him. At the mention of them doing this again, she'd get excited about the idea. "Maybe we can study too, but yeah, food with you is great!" She'd lap up a few more rounds of noodles, taking glances at Kiyomaru whenever she felt like wanting to look at him.
