MISSION DESCRIPTION: Retsu is fighting some less than reputable characters when Rui comes across her. Healing her wounds, Rui requests to watch Retsu fight once more when the reinforcements show up to try and put them away for good.
OTHER: I think in the spirit of fairness a case can be made here for Retsu getting the threatening reward, but Rui actually getting nonthreatening, since normal guns aren't really a threat to her quirk! I'll leave it up to mod approval. Thank you so much!! <3
