[Bakiri Retsu]

Wired is a small repair shop in downtown Tokyo owned by Bakiri Retsu. On the surface it is a completely legal small business owned by an independent engineer and deals in both the repair and resale of electronics, home appliances, vehicles and more. Those more informed about certain matters however will be aware that Retsu is a 'Fixer' in more ways than one.

The shop itself is comprised of a large garage and a workshop where customers are received and goods are displayed. In the back is a small domicile and a second workshop where Bakuretsu keeps her more sensitive projects -both legal and illegal- as well as a large, messy yard containing a shed and surrounded by a high wooden fence.
 
It is within these walls that Bakiri Retsu constructs the majority of her tools of trade as well as organizes the people under her command. For 'Wired' is not just a repair shop, it is a name that has grown to be synonymous with hired mercenaries within underground circles. For help can be just one wired payment away to any that can afford it.

In addition to providing repairs Bakiri Retsu sells a large amount of modified guns, metallic weaponry and improvised support tools (up to her level in Engineering) as well as a vast amount of homemade explosives (up to her level in Explosive Manufacturing).
