QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Pale Dawn is the production, manipulation, generation, and emission of cold radiation in the form of light. This light behaves akin to a reverse microwave, rapidly rotting, freezing and destroying cells, matter, causing difficult to heal necrosis and incomprehensible pain. This light can be concentrated and even solidified into simple hard-light shapes, projected from the body in the form of various attacks, or used to prevent physical contact by emitting it from the skin.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS:
Pale Dawn cannot penetrate high density lead and high grade radiation shielding. Quirks that provide radiation immunity gain an immunity to Pale Dawn. Sonyas skin glows uncontrollably when using her quirk. This can result in minor exposure to those nearby (friend and foe) and completely eliminate any stealth advantage in darkness. Exposure to her quirk does not cause lasting damage in small doses, only resulting in minor aches, lowered body temperature, and mild headache.

MOVE DESCRIPTION: With the use of her expanded awareness, Ishtar spreads her senses across a wide area using drones, cameras, or other means. From there she releases an enormous amount of pale dawn radiation, shaping it into numerous constructs across a very large area: Chains appear and lash around targets, burning them and restricting their movements. Platforms take shape in the air for Ishtar to move on. Walls form at chokepoints to prevent escape. Weapons form made of hard light sticking out of the ground at various points for her to grab and utilize. The move creates an area that is difficult to escape and filled with radioactive hazards and dangers for her opponents to deal with whilst also fighting the villain herself.
