PERSONALITY

Chiharu is a sweet girl to her core, but her upbringing has always made her wary of those that she doesn't know well. With the world being a huge oyster that she hasn't explored yet, she feels as if she could easily be swallowed by it if she isn't careful. She's not easy to trust, and will usually be mute for those that are unfamiliar to her. When she opens up, she can be opinionated and courageous, not caring if she says something that may be un-ladylike for someone of her age and stature. Otherwise, she is easy to get along with, and isn't afraid to get herself dirty if it's needed to achieve your goal or hers.

Chiharu's appearance is modest, rough, but organized. Chiharu wears what would be best for hunting, trapping and living close to nature. This usually means more form fitting clothes, with colors that match her surroundings. If she does want to wear something more modern for when they go into the city, she will weather more traditional kimonos or yukatas in neutral tones. She usually dons a traditional Ainu matanpushi, though she has a few to match the season that she rotates in between as to not have it give her a disadvantage while hunting. She also wears gold earrings with little emeralds in them, and occasionally necklaces if they won't interfere with her hunting.

She had many cuts, bruises and scars over her body from living in the forest and constantly training. She pays them no mind, as she sees them as a sign of her commitment to her craft, and of her people. She still takes care of the wounds that she gets, but she does not see them as something that makes her lesser. [o]

Chiharu's hair is what makes her stand out both quirk wise and appearance. Her hair is very strong and grows very fast; the combination of these two things means that she can use her hair for utility and mobility. Chiharu can use her hair like a rope, as it is able to hold her weight. If she wants to cut it, she can also use her hair for things like bracelets and the string for her bow. The strength that her hair is attached to is equivalent to her rank.

DRAWBACKS
ޢ It still has similar values as hair; split ends, frizz and bad hair days can cause her unable to use her has as she'd like to.
ޢ If she gets super dry, it can be hard to work with and may just break if she tries to use it as listed above.

A knife handmade by her father, in order to keep her safe as well as to skin animals in the wild. [o]

A bow that Chiharu herself made. It has a slightly higher sturdiness due to it using her hair for the string, and her woodworking skills for the rest of it.
Handmade Arrows (D)
Chiharu has also made her own arrows. There is nothing super special about them, but there is a slight improve since they were meticulously prepared by her.


Chiharu is a very good shot with a bow, as she has been practiced since she was young. Whether it's animals, targets, or perhaps a big baddy, she has more skill than most her age.

One of the things that she focused on in the wild, Chiharu is able to make objects with her woodcarving tools. A good example is her custom bow that was made from her own hair, with traditional Ainu carvings throughout it.
