When Dion was a newborn, his parents died during a violent villain attack.[break][break]

He was brought to an impoverished orphanage with nothing but a green blanket wrapped around him, and raised there until he turned eighteen. His quirk developed rapidly by the time he was two or three years old, and his physiology only continued to change. Very quickly he learned that amongst the people left behind by the system, 'might made right'. It was money, connections, or raw power that decided who ran things- and it sickened him to his core.[break][break]

Over and over he saw villains and criminals captured, only to break out or be released from prison to cause more harm. Additionally, he saw people who couldn't control their quirks- heroes, villains, and civilians alike- who frequently hurt countless others and got off with little more than a slap on the wrist. As he grew up, he realized the hero/villain system would rather maintain the status quo, since it was financially beneficial to all parties, than make a real difference in society.[break][break]

Dion would not be so generous.[break][break]

He would work as a vigilante with only one iron rule- everybody gets a second chance, and that's it. Once you've messed up a second time and shown you refuse to grow, you're done for. As such, Dion targets people who can't control their abilities or who are repeat offenders, and puts an end to them permanently.[break][break]

He finds a target, researches everything he can on them, and strikes from the shadows before they realize what hit them- overpowering them with raw speed and strength. Due to his unique hunting style, he's come to be known as 'Stalker' amongst those who fear him.[break][break]

When he doesn't have a target he's working on, he patrols the streets of Kabukicho to make sure nobody is harassed after dark, as well as stopping pettier crimes in a (less murderous) fashion.

Tattered Green Cloak: Dion's only possession of value is the tattered, green-cloak he wears during his Vigilante outings. It's made from the blanket he was wrapped in when he was dropped off at the orphanage, since altered and lengthened. It's been lovingly cared for, though it's age and damage are visible.

[attr="class","ability-desc"]Dion possesses the physiology of a human-tiger hybrid.

Dion possesses enhanced Strength and Speed (equal to quirk level) and has retractable claws on his knuckles. He has short, tiger-like fur all along his body and a head like a tiger. Most animals aside from cats seem to instinctually fear him as well.

Dion's quirk has two distinctive drawbacks.[break][break]

For one, his cat-like eyes are incredibly sensitive to bright flashes of light, which temporarily stun and disorient him.[break][break]

The second is that even though he is durable, fast, and extremely strong, his stamina can't keep up with his incredibly powerful body. Dion can't fight for long before he gets tired, which makes him typically rely on catching targets off-guard and dispatching them quickly
