A loud voice echoes throughout the Akihabara district right before the biggest Anime shop on Akihabara explodes. Chaos ensues yet there are only a dingle thought that passing through on a woman's head right now.

The number of pings that's been coming in over Heroes Landing created a constant hum in the pocket of Demura's suit, something that'd normally be alarming for an emergency alert system, had he not been able to see have of the incidents taking place from the rooftops. Major parts of the city were rife with anarchy, criminals coming out of the skunk works like rats, stealing, destroying, or maiming whatever was in sight. It was coordinated, no doubt, but the question was how. He'd never heard of an organization or individual capable of doing something like this.

The most concerning part of it all was that every single one of them, from the pickpockets to the walking terror, seemed like they had the resources of a millionaire behind them. Weapons, vehicles, even additional help all appeared out of the blue, brought at their convenience. His mind raced for answers, for what this all would mean in the coming days, hell, coming hours. He was snapped out of the brief introspection by a sudden explosion, and a big one at that, the next block over in Akibara. Right, he couldn't just stand around. He had to help stem the tide.

Looking down over the side street district, he could see the denseness of the crowds adding to the mayhem, as civilians were knocked down by others and stepped over to escape, while those opportunity seekers went in and picked the storefronts clean, aided by... well, henchmen. He'd be quick in dropping down, energy crackling from his form as it impacted the ground, and immediately sprung into action, pulling on the collars of two of the henchmen and slamming them into walls. When another, more bulky one attempted to intercede with a punch, Demura would catch his fist, and crumple it backwards, forcing the man into a kneel. He then sent him to the land of dreams with his own returned punch.

Another blip broke through his phone, which rung Demura as odd since he'd silenced the ones from Heroes Landing. Except this one was on U.A.U's internal communications channel, the one the staff used to talk to the students and vice verse. And one of them had triggered a SOS.... on the same street he was now on.
