JoJo looked over at the fallen man and proceeded to have her hair grow from her leg and wrap tightly around his legs. So at least that way if he were to find a way to get back up, there'd be no way to stay up. The student wasn't going to tie up his arms though, the last thing she needed was to accidentally give the guy a whip.

She looked over at the bird when he asked if she was a hero... it must've been pretty obvious to everyone at this point if even this guy realized it.

"Well hopefully he can get better, or at the very least shrunk to a more... comfortable size."

She headed towards the exit getting ready to fling herself out before turning to the fella.

"Peacekeeper, take it easy chirp. Watch what cars ya get into nowadays don't want a repeat of this."

[CHIRP ♪♪]

Neat.

Now that the man was hogtied, by hair no less — an interesting insight into her quirk — he didn’t have to worry about his normal self. Gabe was admittedly nervous at the prospect of having to wrangle him a second time. Alone. Now all he had to do was wait for a sign of heroes and then disappear before they arrived.

In the meantime, he’d pull out his phone. He’d start recording as he aimed toward a departing Peacekeeper. Yeah, he was playing dirty but who didn’t love free information? They might have even slipped up and thought of their real identity. Might use that later.

Sirens.

Okay, time to go! Gabriel runs off as a sidekick arrives. “Chasing the rest down. Keep an eye on him!”

“W-wha— o-okay!” They stutter before coming to their agency. “We’ve got one down. In pursuit of another!”

Gabriel couldn’t hear the rest of the conversation. But by the sound of it, the agency was not happy.
