Ichi is a princess from a well-to-do family with her head in the clouds and a bright smile on her face. While she isn't stupid or ignorant of what it means to be a hero, she certainly has a more romanticized vision for it. She can be sassy, playful, and overly sociable at times, and can often come across as someone without a single concept of personal space. The single neuron firing in her brain when she's enjoying herself can lead to some hairbrained antics that border on the facepalm worthy. But, in the end, she's still her father's daughter.
Ichi is a smart girl with excellent grades and a talent for politics she gets from her father. She knows what to say and when to say it, she just often chooses not to because its more fun. All this said, Ichi has a deep and burning desire to become a hero and will stop at nothing to achieve her dreams and prove to her family that she has what it takes, even with her oddities.
Ichi is genderfluid but primarily identifies as female as it's what she's most comfortable and happy with. That said, when she shapeshifts she takes on many traits of whatever sex she is assuming and will comfortably identify as such during that time. She is also on the deep end of polyamory, without a single jealous bone in her body and a habit of going out on dates constantly just because its nice to socialize.
She has a bit of a complex about a few parts of her quirk. Unless she actively choses not to, her quirk gives her a tail which she finds a bit embarassing at times. Her inability to create detailed faces is also a big hangup for her and she can become sullen when people point it out.

She has a long tail, white hair, and red eyes with black sclera. Her body is rubbery like gum, and she can stretch or twist her limbs in strange and disturbing ways. The daughter of a prominent Japanese Politician, she was raised in such a way that spoiled her in some ways and refined her in others. It was expected that she would inherit the family career path in the future, until her quirk manifested. When her body turned into a pink ooze, it took her days to piece herself back together which was traumatizing to say the least. She developed an incredibly strong sense of self after that and refused to be bullied or pressured into changing her views on things without a good enough reason. This, combined with a developing love for Pro-Heroes resulted in her first declaration that she would become a hero when she was just eight years old.
Her father, the head of the Pro-Hero Party, challenged her desire despite his support of pro-heroes. She would have to maintain her grades and pass the exam under her own strength with her own training regimen. He would support her only when asked and only to get her the resources she asks for. Her rigorous lifestyle began when she turned ten and she began to practice using her quirk daily, working hard to develop into the young lady she is today.
Years later, she is now a student at UAU and has a proud father in the National Diet working even harder to see to it that his daughter gets the support she needs. Unfortunately for UAU, they've got one hell of a wildcard on their hands.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Ichi's body is entirely comprised of an extremely dense slime-like fluid that has properties similar to both rubber and gum. With some effort, she can change the fluid's shape, coloration, hardness, elasticity, and viscosity. (Constitution C+)
QUIRK DRAWBACKS:
No matter what shape she turns into, water and other solvents can cause her body's consistency to fail, forcing her to revert back from whatever form she has taken. As a result she cannot enter bodies of water though she can handle water in small amounts (such as drinking and bathing) resulting in her becoming extra sticky for a brief period. Quirks that cause extremely low temperatures act rapidly on her body and can freeze her solid. Ichi cannot wear clothing because of her quirk's interaction with fabrics, especially when moisture is present.
QUIRK CAVEATS:
The quirk allows her to take on the near-approximation of another person's body but she is incapable of reproducing faces, always resulting in a rather humorous looking smiley face except for her own face. Her stretching range is not unlimited, at her current rank she can accurately stretch up to 45 Meters (approximately half a football field) while she can recklessly stretch twice that distance.

EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: This is the earliest version of a special reassembling mask designed by ASTA Corporation for undercover heroes. The mask replicates the face of a person who's image is uploaded into it's system ahead of time.
EQUIPMENT DRAWBACK: While the replication is perfect at first glance, seams are clearly visible around the mask that can be spotted by an astute observer (or anyone with an awareness above D+). The mask can only save one face at a time currently. When the mask is used, that's it, if it is removed it becomes inert until a new face is uploaded at the home terminal associated with the mask. (Essentially 1 use per thread.)

EQUIPMENT DRAWBACK: The current version is only efficient enough to be used once (D Rank) before the entire load of powder has to be ejected from Ichi's body and she is forced to get more. It is absolutely ineffectual if she is submerged.
