Kysaly is a person that looks at others with intrigue. One may think that they are concerned with their personality or actions, but in reality Kysaly cares more for how unique a person is. Do they have features that are unlike those around them, or parts of their body that they are insecure about? That's what truly gets Kysaly excited, and will get them to talk to you more frequently. They like people that stick out, though in some ways every person could be seen as unique to Kysaly, though they'd have to prove why.
Otherwise, Kysaly is a very helpful person. Perhaps it's from their background in medicine, they will never turn down helping someone even if it's for their own selfish reasons. They try to see the good in everyone they meet, but are hard to trust again after they've been crossed. When it comes to being able to observe someone's body however, they may go a bit far and do more harm than good. He forgets that others rely on him to make them feel better with his medical aid, and may accidentally (or in some cases, not) do things that make people uncomfortable, especially when wanting to stay touching for their own benefit. If Kysaly feels that the person is actually a danger to others, they may purposefully harm them if order to stunt what they can do to others.
When they are presented with concepts that they are unfamiliar with, they may act a little immature and ask stupid questions to try to understand it. This is probably due to the fact that they are a bit novice on topics that aren't about medicine, the human body, or basic needs. When it comes to getting a lot of attention or praise, they'll usually play coy or get shy as they prefer to stay out of the spotlight in most situations. At the same time, they're very opinionated, but will usually not outwardly say if they disagree with someone else, and instead distance themselves from them. they think logically, rather than emotionally most of the time.

HISTORY
From a young age, Kysaly felt as if they were different. They would get hurt and feel nothing, having their teachers panic when they would come in with bloody knees or cuts on their hands. They'd feel nothing, and were later diagnosed with CIPA. To keep them safe, Kysaly wore gloves, and long sleeved clothing that protected their bodies from damage as much as possible. When they were able to figure out this out, they became fascinated with how they were different from others. Biology was his favorite subject, and he quickly got acquainted with different parts of the body.
With Kysaly having a pretty normal life, they'd continue to pursue their love of medicine by starting their journey into the medical field as soon as they could. Having their first close friend at the age of 16, Kysaly was shocked when they were able to feel a long standing injury that their partner had in their left leg. For the first time in their life, Kysaly could feel pain by touching another that had some.
Kysaly thought nothing of it for a long time, but eventually they'd feel it more and more when they interactions with people would result in them feeling something in their own body. Fascinated by this, they'd start to fully commit themselves to researching their own body as well as others, and eventually pursued a college education in medicine.
Being able to graduate early, they'd immediately go into the next steps with the intensions of becoming a doctor. Life was pretty simplistic as they did, as their focus was solely on their career and finding out why they felt what they did. They'd have the odd crush, but it never went far enough as they wanted to make sure not to have any distractions.
They'd graduate, being younger than most of the other people in their class to get their doctorate. With determination, they were able to work almost immediately in a hospital. Things went well for a while, but it went downhill when they were preforming surgery on someone. With their glove not being administered correctly, Kysaly was able to feel the pain of the person that they were operating on. Caught in this daze, they slipped up their movement and accidentally ending up hurting them more. For some reason, Kysaly didn't hate the thought of hurting someone else- it scared them. After that event, they felt conflicted on preforming surgery again with their quirk. Rumors started to spread about them by people that they once were sure idolized them, and Kysaly finally made the choice to leave Canada and move to his mother's homeland of Japan.
While the transition there was rather difficult, they were able to fit in due to their knowledge of Japanese and the culture already, and decided change their name legally once they felt that they wanted to stay in the country. Choosing to start a café, Kysaly settled into a life that they weren't aware of, as it wasn't surrounded and filled with medicine. Still, Kysaly felt a draw to continue their medicine their own way, though secretly and illegally as an underground doctor to anyone that needs it. For now, they only hope that the lingering urge of what happened that day doesn't consume them.

Simply put, when Kysaly touches a part of someone's body with their hand(s)/finger(s), they are able to feel the physical pain that they are feeling. The more direct of a touch, the more precise and accurate the pain will be. With Kysaly's background as being a doctor, this has allowed them to pretty much make a physical list of how every condition would feel like with their own body. Their dexterity is also influenced by this quirk, as they need to be steady and precise with their hands to be able to complete complicated medical procedures as well as moving parts of the body without harming the individual they are aiding.
DRAWBACKS
