She is kind and well-spoken and is also known to have a silver tongue. Her kindness will often extend to anyone and everyone nearby except for those who are considered to be the opposite of the popular group, but it isn’t unheard of for her to even occasionally approach and be friendly with them after all, popularity is much better for those who extend beyond their own social groups. She is a people pleaser and tries to do whatever she can to ensure that only positive things are said about her.

She never defied her parents' wishes and continued to do exactly as they wished until striving for perfection became part of her personality, often resulting in small temper tantrums as a child if she couldn’t get something right. This was unfortunately rewarded by her parents, who would often cave into her tantrums and hire only the best to teach their daughter, which eventually gave her, her well known bratty tendencies.
But with her perfection came benefits, whether it was getting extra ice cream for dessert or even getting to go to work with her parents for the day, she was always rewarded and instantly gratified for doing as her parents wished. This would lead to her asking for something special for her birthday, which her parents would happily oblige. Through a lot of string pulling and favor calls, Natsumi’s parents were able to get one of the top ten heroes to make an appearance during her tenth birthday party. They were even encouraged to make the "You can be a hero too" speech.
This speech resonated much more with Natsumi than her parents had initially intended. Up until this point, her quirk has simply been something to help her reach high shelves and get into small places, but now it has become the catalyst for her to reach new heights and become a hero. At first, her parents were fully against the idea, but it only took a few hours of talking amongst themselves to realize how much of a popularity booster this could be. Although she increases in strength and durability, her change in size, if met with someone who can keep up and find a strong enough container, means that she can easily be trapped. Along with this, her speed and reflexes are extremely important to her in combat, meaning if she goes up against an opponent who can counteract those benefits, her strikes become predictable; making her much easier to defend against and counter.

These wings are capable of lifting herself and someone of her weight or lighter comfortable at its weakest point.
- Compound Muscle: With any shrinking done, Natsumi’s strength is increased making her much more formidable and harder to hit the smaller she becomes. It is also important to note that her strength and speed boost is dependent on her size so the smaller she shrinks her size the higher her strength and speed will climb.
