[attr="class","header2"]OVERVIEW
» NAME: Bisa Sharice Brown
» AGE: Twenty-Four
» GENDER: F
» AFFILIATION: Vigilante
» ALIAS: Pail Woman
» OCCUPATION: Accountant
[attr="class","body"]
Bisa is an articulate and well-read woman questioning moral objectivity. Reared on philosophy and debate, she's an emotionally intelligent and analytical in her decision making. Autonomy, freedom of speech and emotional liberty were the pillars her family operated on, but her mother, a woman raised under traditional Hindu teachings, also instilled her firm belief of roles onto her daughter. Thus by nurture she is maternal and reserved, careful not to bite off more than she can chew. Her daily habits could be defined as ritualistic, the flexibility of her parents raising left her desiring a rigidity her peers had. She is kind spirited and amiable, at times to a fault, but she employs firm boundaries, never afraid to stand on business.
Family values are core to her personality as well, blood is thicker than water. There's a soft spot in her heart for the elderly and children, but she's meticulous in her dealings with the later, acutely aware of their impressionable state of being. She believes in the power of self-expression and has a very creative energy about her, quick to hash out new ideas or schemes to placate the restlessness she suffers when idle. She doesn't come from money but her community was tight knit so she's neighborly, has her ear to the streets so to speak.
But above all else she tries to remain fair and realistic. Morality is grey at times and to live life at its best one must operate within those confines, she keeps that in mind whenever she employs her "justice".

Behind the crude disguise is a round face full of life. Bisa's gaze invites one into her home, her brown eyes run deep as her roots, tucked behind droopy lids and thick lashes. She has a generous amount of hair for a woman, her brows thick and full faintly connect, a coarse and thick mane of curls she parts from the middle and long tapered side burns. A wide button nose sits between a pair of bee stung lips. Her smile, conventionally attractive, save for the missing tooth right of her left canine, is paired with dimples and a wide mouthed laugh. Her last notable trait, a scar on the left side of her chin that runs an inch below her lip and ends right under her jaw.

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Sharice and Hugh Brown, Bisa was forced to adapt rather quickly. Hugh, an affluent and recently realized Hindu, was a turbulent man in his youth. A little girl born with special gifts was just the sort of "divinity" he needed to solidify his radical change of faith. For Sharice, a woman looking forward to motherhood and the stability a family would bring, struggled to cope with the numerous potholes in her road. Their relationship mirrored a candle and when the wick burnt out six years later, Bisa left her mother, her home of Charlotte, her friends and school, to India with her father.
The problem with India, was that her father in all his delusions didn't bother to learn the language, nor had he studied the geography or culture. Save for his knowledge of their religion, he was completely ignorant to the people and their ways. They struggled to make money in Mumbai where they stayed and survived off the graces of the people and whatever god was watching over them. But before the pair could grow too bitter, an angel was sent in the form of a woman, Bisa's new stepmother, Deepti. She was a well-spoken native who spent her time between America and her village in Gorai Beach.
Deepti had a large family and was a pillar in her community, making it her business to personally know the members of her community. She was a studious woman though and knew what boundaries not to cross. It was through her guidance Bisa learned the language and enrolled into school. For the rest of her formative, outside of several scrapes (she was a very assertive little girl), one which gave her the scar on her chin, she lived a full and healthy life with heart break and victory intertwined. Bisa wasn't Indian though and she missed out on sharing in many african american staples due to her upbringing. She did her best to stay connected to the states through the internet. She quite enjoyed the stylings of the girls in the music videos. Being a bit of an internet dweller in her spare time, she picked up an interest in Japanese culture as well, Harujuku and Manga in particular.
She had the grades to return to the states and pursue and education by the time she finished schooling, it wouldn't have been hard to pursue a degree in a humanity but if Bisa had learned anything from Deepti, it was that people are born with roles to play. Bisa believed she was a warrior, someone who could really do some good with her powers, and she had them so why not use them? So after festivities and teary eyed goodbyes she moved.
She found a home in Shibuya where she quickly learned Hero work would require a bit more than she was willing to put in. The students were also much younger than her. Instead, Bisa took to fighting crime as a vigilante more akin to western heroes. She stuck to small local crimes with disguised by a bucket with a playful design made by her friend for a fashion run they'd done a couple years prior. It was dangerous, but rewarding.
However, unlike what's commonly seen with western heroes, her actions had consequences. Her act of vigilantism had harrowing repercussions and financially ruined a family in the same neighborhood she resided in. The guilt ate away at her and forced her to re-evaluate what she was doing. Perhaps there were good reasons for these permits. She ultimately made the same mistakes as her father. To rectify her wrong, Bisa made roots and approached changing her new community from the inside. She found new aspirations and began studying the history of quirks, UA and Japan. She was lucky to have friends who were also interested in fashion and far more talented than she. This became a good extra curricular outlet for her but she needed money. She had talents in arithmetic and managed money well. Pulling a few strings, she worked cafe's and odd jobs here and there to pay for enough accounting courses to pad her resume.
Presently, she's renting in Shibuya living life to it's fullest, the hauntings of her errors right around the corner.

QUIRK NAME: THIMITHI

QUIRK TYPE: TRANSFORMATION
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: A heating of the feet. The temperature shift only occurs up to the ankle and has a maximum temperature capable of melting metals through exposure. An aesthetic trait of the quirk is the glowing that occurs with the varying degrees of heat. The hotter the change the brighter the glow.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: The heat doesn't grant any form of extra protection to the limbs. If her foot were to meet with a sharp edge it is just as susceptible to laceration. This means broken bones and regular injuries pose a threat to her capabilities. The heat also makes foot protection like shoes difficult to find meaning she often fights barefooted (glass risks). Currently inexperienced, it takes quite a bit of time for her to ramp up to max heat (turn req?)
