Jack is arguably one of the nicest people you’ll meet, period. A very upbeat and kind individual, he loves to try to bring out the best in people in one regard or another. A free spirit, he believes that anyone and everyone should be allowed to live life peacefully, with only reasonable restraints to protect the people.

He can also be very prideful, not even just about himself. He may even get onto people or even be hard on himself if they don’t live up to what they can be. A man of purpose and life, he tries to make things as optimal as they can be.

He tends to take a lot of interest in people’s Quirks as well. Learning the ins and outs of how it works, and how to best utilize it. He knows how it can be having a seemingly chaotic power, but with the right amount of effort and gear, anything is possible in this world!

On the flipside, however, should one meet Jack on the field of battle he changes his tune almost entirely. Sassy and almost condescending to enemies, while stern or more joking with friendlier opponents, Jack makes how he views his opponent loud and clear. Even going as far as to suggest how to better use their abilities if he’s able, he’s always one to make the most out of any situation, either for himself or the people around him.

In terms of regular human features, Jack is a well-built lad of unfortunately short stature. His eyes are almond-shaped and shine like amethyst gemstones, and his skin tone is reminiscent of a warm cup of hot chocolate. His hair is soft and fluffy, almost always needing combed even if it had been an hour ago. However, that is where any normality with him ends. His body is covered all with light-gray scales; though they almost look as white as his hair given the correct lighting. He has light blue, crystalline horns sprouting from his head. Along with this is the most obvious appearance of large wings and a tail rimmed with fur sprouting from his back.

”I…I’m sorry, Mr. and Mrs. Orion. With the way his Quirk is building up energy, it’s unlikely he’ll make it past five years.”

That was the sentence that started young Jack Orion’s life. Due to the draconic Quirk of his mother, much like a couple of his other siblings, he had been born from an egg. However, in an extremely rare occurrence, his Quirk had developed while he was inside of his shell. Having to be cracked out, doctors and nurses were met with a vortex of spacial, cold energy that would have killed them. Luckily, in our current day and age they were prepared for such an event, and no lives were lost.

However, they had not been released from the hands of Death just yet. The strange radiation that emitted from the young baby - dubbed by specialists as Chaos Energy for its odd nature - was slowly building up from the inside. The resulting effects on an unprepared body caused only increasing cold and pain inside the child, making it clear that if nothing was done, he would not be long for this world.

Luckily for him, he had been born not only to retired Pro Heroes Polaris and Foxtrot, but parents that had raised 6 other kids up to this point! Rather than give up on him, they knew they had to give him a life worth living, even if it was short. For the first few years, it was a constant battle, dealing with random bursts of Chaos Energy and constant trips to the hospital. Even so, the love of his family was enough at the time for the baby to survive, even if the suffering increased.

By the time he was 2, and his cognition started to finally kick in, it was clear that despite his obvious pain, the child was bright. In between bouts of pain and crying, all the other moments were filled with a bright smile, as if he had forgotten each time what he was going through. For his parents, it made the looming threat all that much more difficult, knowing that they may lose this bright light so early in his life.

However, when he was three was when things started to change. Overhearing a conversation with his parents and doctors about the situation, a cold feeling enveloped the young boy. Finally understanding his situation, the young boy would often go off by himself outside, wandering around near his home, like he was looking for some way to help himself out there.

Unluckily, he would one day end up straying too far from home, deep inside of a nearby forest. His parents were frantic, searching high and low for the young boy. It wasn’t until a large, galactic explosion erupted from the forest that they finally found him! The area frigid, the corpse of a large bear looming over a horrified Jack, they would take him home and calm him down, but the memory stuck well with the young boy. Of what power he held, and what the threat truly was.

One day, a few months later, the young boy would be watching cartoons and anime with his siblings, when particular types of scenes began to draw the boy’s attention. Scenes of meditation and training with energy, not unlike his own. Ideas surged through his mind, quickly understanding just how these techniques worked for the characters. Fictional they were, but a heavy lesson they still had.

Over the next year, he would be often found meditating outside, in quiet environments. At first, his parents were confused as to what he was doing. But slowly but surely, they began to notice a change. Energy would slowly begin to creep outside of Jack each time, wild and frantic, but controlled. Astounded by what seemed to be happening, his parents would coach him gently on better mediation and training techniques. Each time, he seemed to get more and more adept at expelling energy and controlling his Quirk.

Around the time he was finally five years old, Jack would one day go outside alone once more. Looking up at the starry sky, he would yell as loud as he could, launching as much energy as he could up into the sky and causing a spectacular display of light over his home! Rushing outside, his parents would find the young boy lying on the ground, breathing heavily, but smiling.

After a quick, final trip to the hospital, doctors were astounded to find that all of that excess energy Jack had been building up had finally been expelled! On top of that, he had an extremely impressive control over his Quirk for his age due to what he had done. Death would not be taking hold of this dragon any time soon. As far as he felt at that moment? Absolutely undefeatable.

With his newfound extension on his life, Jack wanted to explore, learn more about the world that he now had the true freedom to live in. Talking it over, his parents decided to send him on a trip to France, where his aunt and uncle lived. Upon arrival, Jack would meet his cousins, including Jason. The two cousins bonded almost immediately, the dragon boy looking to be taking on the big brother role, as the twins were both his sisters. Over time, the two would become close enough they would easily be considered brothers, and that was just how the two began to view one another.

One day, while they were out and about, they had the unfortunate encounter with an extremely prejudiced shopkeep. All they were trying to do was buy lunch, but the owner looked at all of them with absolute disgust. They didn’t want to deal with any ‘Muties’, as the man put it. Even going as far as to try and assault them before he ended up being arrested. Confused and angry, he asked his aunt and uncle why the man was so hateful. With a heavy heart, they would tell him about how some people simply viewed themselves as superior, purely because of the appearance of other people. The event struck a chord with the young boy, making him start to view the world and people in a new light.

He began asking specific questions about his family’s Quirks. How they worked, how they affected them in day to day life. He started taking notes, taking an immense interest in almost every person he began to come across. It even got to the point where his folks had to pull him aside, saying that it was rude to suddenly spring those kinds of questions on people. Even though he agreed to dial it back, the interest remained.

As a result, he began to go on the computer a lot more. Looking into all kinds of different Quirks and their biology, even taking a course in High School about the subject. The more he did this, and the more he watched the emergence of Pro Heroes, he became inspired. All Quirks were to be celebrated and learned about. To be used in the best ways that they could, and for people to do their absolute best in this world, for themselves and the people around them!

Becoming inspired, particularly around high school age, Jack wanted to travel more around the world! Agreeing, the Orions would travel all over the world! Having Jack learn various forms of martial arts and seeing the sights, his masters would all be impressed at the bright young boy and his tenacity. By the time he was 18, he had formed his own fighting style, capable of mixing multiple forms and taking full advantage of his Quirk and biology.

Finally heading back home and earning his High School degree remotely, Jack decided now was the time. He enrolled into the greatest hero course in the world, UAU. He had earned his life and the freedom it came with. Now it was time to help spread the good word and hope to people all over.

Of course, things were never just that easy. But…the journey has begun!

A small and lovable little Quirked fox, Opal has been one of Jack's best friends for the longest of times. Her Quirk primarily seeming to slow her aging and giving her a unique appearance, she is known to mimic some of Jack's behaviors and act as a sort of protector - even if she and her owner know that she wouldn't hurt a fly even if she wanted to.

A rather large but friendly feline, Lapis was originally adopted by the Orion family who were under the impression that the adorable little kitten was just a Quirked house cat. Things couldn't have been farther from the truth, as Lapis would grow it would become apparent that he was a lynx in actuality! Still, wanting to keep the lovable feline, they had to jump through a number of hoops to get proper authorization, but with Jack also claiming ownership, Lapis proves to be another invaluable friend for the dragon boy. Between Opal and Jack's hyperactivity, Lapis is the more levelheaded of the three, unafraid to boop either of them for getting too rowdy.

Liquid-like, cold and explosive space energy, tends to shift between dark-blue, cyan and purple colors with dots of light resembling stars. When condensed enough, begins to turn golden and red in hue.

Jack was born into this world with the features akin to that seen with dragons of legend. This includes the standard things such as sharp teeth, claws, etcetera. That said, these mutations are purely cosmetic. The true meat of his Quirk lies within its energy. Indeed, this dragon doesn't breathe fire - he instead commands a mysterious, cold and cosmic-looking energy dubbed by Quirk specialists as Chaos Energy. This cold and explosive [Radiation] has puzzled many scientists over the time that Jack had been alive! Able to emit this energy from the entirety of his body, Jack can channel this energy outwards from his hands or his mouth, firing it off as lasers or energy balls depending on the duration of the channeling. On the flipside, he can channel the energy around his body, allowing for powerful and explosive close-ranged attacks!

While Jack's Quirk is powerful, it just means its drawbacks on its user can be even more intense. For starters, when Jack uses his energy-based abilities for too long, he contains a high risk of afflicting hypothermia onto himself, which causes a million problems on its own. On top of this, going over his limits for too long and even cause him to freeze up and keel over, making him highly vulnerable to attack.

In addition, while Jack has wings that do have potential, between the weight of both Jack and the wings themselves, it's unrealistic for them to actively make him fly themselves without the assist of external gear.

He also has a high intolerance for particularly cold-based Quirk attacks, or even being submerged in cold water for extended periods of time. These types of attacks will deal twice as much damage as a normal attack would, but also increase the rate that Jack would contract hypothermia. Overall, the cold is by no means his friend, outside of his own.

However, due to how the teleportation affects his body, he cannot immediately use his Quirk to launch attacks for a brief period between each jump. Despite it's unique structure, it's also still affected by EMP-type attacks and can be deactivated as such. Of course, anyone outside of Jack being teleported with him requires permission from the other players before said teleporting can happen.

Astounded by what seemed to be happening, his parents would coach him gently on better mediation and training techniques. Each time, he seemed to get more and more adept at expelling energy and controlling his Quirk.[/p]

[p]Around the time he was finally five years old, Jack would one day go outside alone once more. Looking up at the starry sky, he would yell as loud as he could, launching as much energy as he could up into the sky and causing a spectacular display of light over his home! Rushing outside, his parents would find the young boy lying on the ground, breathing heavily, but smiling.[/p]

[p]After a quick, final trip to the hospital, doctors were astounded to find that all of that excess energy Jack had been building up had finally been expelled! On top of that, he had an extremely impressive control over his Quirk for his age due to what he had done. Death would not be taking hold of this dragon any time soon. [p]With his newfound extension on his life, Jack wanted to explore, learn more about the world that he now had the true freedom to live in. Talking it over, his parents decided to send him on a trip to France, where his aunt and uncle lived. Upon arrival, Jack would meet his cousins, including Jason. The two cousins bonded almost immediately, the dragon boy looking to be taking on the big brother role, as the twins were both his sisters. Over time, the two would become close enough they would easily be considered brothers, and that was just how the two began to view one another.[/p]

[p]One day, while they were out and about, they had the unfortunate encounter with an extremely prejudiced shopkeep. All they were trying to do was buy lunch, but the owner looked at all of them with absolute disgust. They didn’t want to deal with any ‘Muties’, as the man put it. Even going as far as to try and assault them before he ended up being arrested. Confused and angry, he asked his aunt and uncle why the man was so hateful. With a heavy heart, they would tell him about how some people simply viewed themselves as superior, purely because of the appearance of other people. The event struck a chord with the young boy, making him start to view the world and people in a new light.[/p]

[p]He began asking specific questions about his family’s Quirks. How they worked, how they affected them in day to day life. He started taking notes, taking an immense interest in almost every person he began to come across. It even got to the point where his folks had to pull him aside, saying that it was rude to suddenly spring those kinds of questions on people. Even though he agreed to dial it back, the interest remained.[/p]

[p]As a result, he began to go on the computer a lot more. Looking into all kinds of different Quirks and their biology, even taking a course in High School about the subject. The more he did this, and the more he watched the emergence of Pro Heroes, he became inspired. All Quirks were to be celebrated and learned about. To be used in the best ways that they could, and for people to do their absolute best in this world, for themselves and the people around them![/p]

[p]Becoming inspired, particularly around high school age, Jack wanted to travel more around the world! Agreeing, the Orions would travel all over the world! Having Jack learn various forms of martial arts and seeing the sights, his masters would all be impressed at the bright young boy and his tenacity. By the time he was 18, he had formed his own fighting style, capable of mixing multiple forms and taking full advantage of his Quirk and biology.[/p]

[p]Finally heading back home and earning his High School degree remotely, Jack decided now was the time. He enrolled into the greatest hero course in the world, UAU. He had earned his life and the freedom it came with. Now it was time to help spread the good word and hope to people all over.[/p]

[p]A small and lovable little Quirked fox, Opal has been one of Jack's best friends for the longest of times. Her Quirk primarily seeming to slow her aging and giving her a unique appearance, she is known to mimic some of Jack's behaviors and act as a sort of protector - even if she and her owner know that she wouldn't hurt a fly even if she wanted to.[/p]

[p]A rather large but friendly feline, Lapis was originally adopted by the Orion family who were under the impression that the adorable little kitten was just a Quirked house cat. Things couldn't have been farther from the truth, as Lapis would grow it would become apparent that he was a lynx in actuality! Still, wanting to keep the lovable feline, they had to jump through a number of hoops to get proper authorization, but with Jack also claiming ownership, Lapis proves to be another invaluable friend for the dragon boy. Between Opal and Jack's hyperactivity, Lapis is the more levelheaded of the three, unafraid to boop either of them for getting too rowdy.[/p]

This cold and explosive [Radiation] has puzzled many scientists over the time that Jack had been alive!  Able to emit this energy from the entirety of his body, Jack can channel this energy outwards from his hands or his mouth, firing it off as lasers or energy balls depending on the duration of the channeling. On the flipside, he can channel the energy around his body, allowing for powerful and explosive close-ranged attacks![/p][p][/p]

[p]While Jack's Quirk is powerful, it just means its drawbacks on its user can be even more intense. For starters, when Jack uses his energy-based abilities for too long, he contains a high risk of afflicting hypothermia onto himself, which causes a million problems on its own. On top of this, going over his limits for too long and even cause him to freeze up and keel over, making him highly vulnerable to attack.[/p]
[p]In addition, while Jack has wings that do have potential, between the weight of both Jack and the wings themselves, it's unrealistic for them to actively make him fly themselves without the assist of external gear.[/p]
[p]He also has a high intolerance for particularly cold-based Quirk attacks, or even being submerged in cold water for extended periods of time. These types of attacks will deal twice as much damage as a normal attack would, but also increase the rate that Jack would contract hypothermia. Overall, the cold is by no means his friend, outside of his own.[/p]
