Raven-black hair and silvery blue eyes do not stand out in a crowd by any stretch, but for those who take a good look at her, she is definitely of the memorable sort.  She is rather tall, certainly taller than the average Asian woman. Nadeshiko is slimmer than average, though she has certainly developed some womanly assets that would be considered a little out of place on someone as trim as she is.  Despite having an admirable figure, her casual clothing options don't generally take advantage of it. She will frequently dress for extra comfort. Sweatpants, baggy shirts, comfy dresses with stockings, and more tend to be her go-to options. For whatever reason, Nadeshiko does seem to have a thing against wearing bras, even though she probably should more often than not. Generally, if she is wearing one, it is also serving as her outermost top layer. Black Rose Security Solutions: As a member of Mhairi Global's subsidiary, Black Rose, Nadeshiko serves as a specialist in the company's security forces. Therefore, she dresses accordingly, and wears her uniform throughout most of the week unless operating as "Revision" on behalf of Mhairi Global. This uniform features a partially transparent dress with long sleeves that she wears over a pair of black tights, particularly tall, thigh-high boots, and a simple black sports bra. What aspects of the dress are not transparent are an opaque white. There is a sort of black short-cropped "coat" worn over, that is mostly for appearance and for attaching accessory items. There are a number of other little details that go into the outfit, making it rather complicated and unnecessarily complex, but in the end it certainly stands out. It is not designed by Nadeshiko, and might not be what she'd normally choose to wear in such a situation if left to her own devices. When on active duty, she is generally armed. Nadeshiko carries numerous pieces of equipment that would help "deter" people who have decided to cross her employer, as well as utility items that would benefit someone trying to actively take down a competitor. She is oddly charismatic and boasts more confidence than any single individual should possess. However, she is ruthlessly rational, and uses extreme drive, determination, and a sharp mind to achieve whatever she sets as her goal. Obviously, Nadeshiko can be extremely overwhelming, easily crushing more timid individuals under her heel. She loves a good challenge. Nadeshiko firmly believes that given time and adequate resources she can achieve anything. Her track record shows that she has lived up to her own expectations, too. This has turned her into a brilliant strategist, capable of quickly utilizing all available to her to achieve her goal, but also making her patient and focused enough to hold a long-term project in mind so she can execute each step of her complex plan in order. Nadeshiko has a tendency to function as a self-fulfilling prophecy, quite literally forcing her way through with sheer willpower and ensuring things she says will happen, do happen. Nadeshiko is dominant, unforgiving, and relentless. She isn't necessarily coldhearted, be she can get so easily drawn up in her enjoyment of a challenge that she forgets to see people as anything other than numbers or pawns. If someone else cannot keep up, she does not wait up. She pushes on to the finish regardless of others.  To earn Nadeshiko's respect, someone merely has to be able to hold their own against her. Whether it is matching her intellectually, or acting with a calculating precision that matches or approaches a quality of her own, showing that you are an equal, or at least worth noticing, is sufficient to garner respect from her. Because of this bit, Nadeshiko is especially capable of recognizing talent in others, but has a tendency to come off as exceedingly arrogant, even if she never boasts something she isn't confident she can do. As such, Kamiya Nadeshiko is armed with a powerful intellect and strategic thinking. She can overcome with sheer willpower or outmaneuver with patience and guile, achieving things that others might seem unachievable. At the same time, her many quirks, particularly her unconstrained rationalism, leads to many misunderstandings. Learning to direct her energies to the right project is an excellent way to put a particularly capable individual on the path towards success.  Having been conditioned by her "employers" at Mhairi Global and Black Rose, Nadeshiko tends to lack any outward empathy towards other humans, which allows her to commit atrocious deeds with little impact to her mental or emotional well-being. Her father was a petty villain, though calling him a villain might be an exaggeration of what he was. Little more than a crook, a drunk, and a general scum bag, he made Nadeshiko's life hell through the abuse of her mother. Her mother wasn't all that much better, though. She, like Nadeshiko's father, was an incredibly flawed individual whose only real redeeming trait was that she attempted to protect her daughter from her abusive husband. That would be wonderful, if she wasn't just as terrible to Nadeshiko in her own way. However, as awful as things were, Nadeshiko managed to survive relatively unscathed. Certainly, it had an impact on her development, but her quirk began manifesting almost immediately after birth, and rendered her extremely resilient to physical abuse. It also made it stupendously difficult to keep track of her. However, as Nadeshiko's father came to understand just what his daughter was capable of, a plan began formulating in the shriveled little organ he called a brain.  He had a quirk that allowed him to manipulate the location of something he touched and move it around. It was slow, couldn't lift much weight, and had very little use. On the other hand, his wife had a quirk that gave her the ability to manipulate her own space in time. Generally not considered that useful as it was not actual time travel, it did give her the ability to move quite quickly. Nadeshiko, though, had inherited aspects of both, and unlike her parents, she was not weak. Her power was quite strong. She showed promise, and to someone with no conscience and a lot of greed, that spelt pay day. A TESTAMENT TO WILL Sometime after this revelation, a trio of suspicious men showed up at Nadeshiko's home. At the age of five, Nadeshiko was unaware of who or what these men represented, nor what was in store for her or her family, but they were representatives of a company called Mhairi Global who had yet to really make any headway in Japan. Her father had contacted some particularly nefarious individuals - not villains outright, but perhaps, in some ways, worse. They were interested in Nadeshiko - but particularly her quirk. The ability to manipulate time was a prize many would love to get their hands on, especially the world's darkest forces. The wealth and power someone who could harness such a quirk could amass was beyond comprehension, and so, they offered to take Nadeshiko off her father's hands, but not without compensation, of course. There was no hesitation. He gave her up without thinking of the bigger picture nor considering any regrets, and so they took Nadeshiko away and left behind the bodies of her parents, the only people that really knew who Nadeshiko was, or what she was capable of. But perhaps more importantly, they knew where she was going. Now no one did. Thus began Nadeshiko's new life. Stuck in the clutches of the underside of the world, bending to the whims of the darkest and most vile individuals to exist. Those who wanted nothing but the most for themselves, regardless of the suffering of others. For a decade she was with them, and during that time they pushed Nadeshiko to the limits more times than she could count. Oddly enough, despite their intentions, and despite their darker natures, these individuals did not treat Nadeshiko poorly. Certainly they made her work hard, harder than any kid her age should have, but they treated her almost like family. When it came down to it, they treated her better than her actual parents did, and it undoubtedly had a major impact on her allegiance later in later. But, it wasn't because they were good people, per se. One doesn't kick around the kid that might have the potential to erase you from existence, after all.  But evil does not always win. What they wanted from Nadeshiko was just not happening. Nadeshiko showed no ability to truly manipulate time in the way they needed. Perhaps it was not possible at all?  forsaken, but free The program surrounding the development of her abilities was downsized considerably after this revelation, and she was left with little more than a rookie skeleton crew to deal with her. It was determined that, while she might not be suitable for their initial task, she could at least make a powerful tool - some sort of villainous commando. As such, she began training for that task, and it turned out to be a worthwhile investment. Several years later, she was deemed "complete", at least to a point where she was able to be utilized by the company without supervision. Nadeshiko, operating under the codename Failsafe, joined her captor's subsidiary company, Black Rose Security Solutions, as a security specialist to protect their assets. Other times, she would don the mantle of "Revision", and operate outside of company affiliation to destroy their enemies and crush competitors as Mhairi Global begun working its claws deep into Japan. Nadeshiko has been quite successful thus far, and the name Revision has begun circulating among some of the hero agencies as someone to keep an eye on, because she is clearly a herald of trouble. The only downside is she is hard to track down, as the major corporate backers make it difficult to follow any trail she might leave behind - and she rarely leaves any witnesses. Items & equipment VILLAIN OUTFIT(S) Nadeshiko doesn't necessarily have a dedicated outfit that she wears to represent herself, nor does she wear corporate colors while operating as Revision. She is functionally a deniable asset, and thus does her best to conceal her identity to some degree, while simultaneously fitting in. However, she doesn't always do the latter very well. Her outfits, though, tend to have a very specific theme. A simple base layer, typically designed for athletics, such as a sports bra and suspiciously tight leggings is extremely common, though she does occasionally wear particularly short shorts over tights. It's extremely common for her to bare midriff.  She will frequently wear a coat of some sort. Though generally a normal length variety, she does occasionally go for something with a full length to it. She will almost always wear gloves so that she doesn't risk leaving behind finger prints - not that she is in any database to start with. On the other hand, it'd be relatively pointless, as she is likely to leave behind other telltale signs of her passing. However, she still feels that it is necessary. Her footwear of choice is generally some type of athletic sneaker fit for running and mobility, as well as comfort. To help conceal her identity a bit further, she will also frequently wear some sort of mask, the style of which can be as simple as an N65 face mask or something a little more impressive such as a mask with LED or digital imagery. Colors of her outfits vary, as do most minor aspects. This can make identifying Revision rather difficult. The only exception is that she typically has logos or text that reads "REVISION" on it. SUPPORT TOOLS Nadeshiko currently possess no support tools. WEAPONS Nadeshiko, or Revision, possesses a very dangerous quirk, but its offensive applications are somewhat limited compared to others. With this in mind, she turns to weaponry. Unlike some, she does not shy aware from the use of firearms, though she does have a distinct preference for blades, especially knives, as firearms are typically frowned upon in general public and must be used judiciously. KRISS Vector Gen II: While on duty as part of Black Rose Security Solutions, Nadeshiko uses a modified KRISS Vector. A permanently affixed 18.6-inch barrel converts the weapon into a carbine with excellent grouping and a blistering rate of fire that can threaten even the hardiest targets with dangerous .45acp rounds. An angled foregrip, extended magazine, and a paired precision thermal scope with a canted holo-site make it a versatile platform for handling any threat. Handguns: Though Nadeshiko uses an H&K USP as part of her security work for her employer, she uses a heavily personalized Sig Sauer P320 for her individual operations as Revision. This highly reliable sidearm is extremely distinct due to the personalized color scheme of black, silver, and pink, and has a few little modifications to it as well. However, it is used because it cannot be traced back to her employer so easily. When uses her firearm, Nadeshiko carries two spare magazines. Melee Implements:  Nadeshiko mostly uses melee weapons. They are more ubiquitous than firearms, and go unnoticed a little easier. She has three weapons of note. The first is a collapsible baton, useful for subduing without killing. For more lethal work, she uses a short sword and a series of knives. The knives can be used for close quarters combat or as thrown weapons. MISC ITEMS Cell Phone: Nadeshiko carries a fairly new Sony Xperia 1 III mobile phone as her personal phone. She does have a secondary phone issued by her employer for her day job.  Wallet: As part of her job, Nadeshiko travels a lot, and does take a number of trips out of country; most of these trips are to Asia. To make this process easier, she uses a personalized passport wallet that holds her passport and a number of credit cards, identification cards, as well as her employee badges. Motorcycle: To get around, Nadeshiko often uses public transportation, but sometimes her job necessitates mobility that she has full control over, so she opts to use a Kawasaki Ninja 400 sport bike. quirk & abilities Quirk Overview QUIRK NAME: Samsara QUIRK TYPE: Emitter QUIRK RANK: S- QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Samsara is an emitter quirk that manipulates the position and status of an object or individual. With her quirk, Revision can invert the momentum, acceleration, and velocity of something, propelling it backwards and away from her.  Likewise, she can exert her influence to pull something moving away from her towards herself so long as it is within reach. As her influence does not necessarily extend to the entire object moving forward, it can cause extreme damage as the forces invert upon each other.  Revision may also use Samsara to return something in the area to the way it was previously, so long as she has appropriate knowledge of the previous state. The area she can influence in such a manner is much wider, allowing her to encompass a significantly larger mass and greater quantity of items. If something does not wholly fit within her radius of influence, only the portion that does will be affected.  Any object influenced in such a manner returns to how it was at a previous point in time. A tree that has been chopped down in the vicinity can be made to stand again, as if it had never been chopped down in the first place. A building that has been destroyed can be restored so long as it fits within her radius. If it does not, it may only be partially restored, and thus be prone to collapsing again.  If something impedes the placement of the restored thing, it is forcefully displaced. Restoring something to its prior status is instantaneous.  Revision is able to undo the effects of her quirk, putting things back to their previous state so long as she has not utilized her quirk against since.  QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Samsara is a quirk that is constantly working and active, however, it is not influencing the world around Revision at all times because her brain acts as a switchboard for what it can and cannot influence. To release the restrictions, Revision must have an idea of what it is she wishes to remove, such as bullet, hammer, sword, bomb, etc. These things will then be influenced freely. If she does not have these restrictions removed, then they will bypass her quirk without being impeded. She is capable of leaving certain things unrestricted indefinitely. Revision's quirk not only works within a limited area, but it cannot be used repeatedly. While there is no limit to how many things it can influence consecutively, Samsara struggles to reactive on the same thing over and over. Every time Revision uses Samsara on the same person or object, the longer it takes for her to reactive it. Fortunately, the cooldown period dwindles away if she waits and is not a permanent modifier. Samsara can restore things and people to prior states, but Revision must be aware of that prior state. Therefore, she cannot enter an area and restore damage to a building or person if she was not present to realize its true nature. A tree that has already fallen before she arrives cannot be restored to how it was. Likewise, if she leaves an area for too long, the recollection of its true form becomes unreliable and therefore negates the effect of Samsara. One oddity of Revision's quirk is that it does not work the same when used on herself. She can restore the condition of others through the use of Samsara, but cannot do so for herself. The reason why remains a mystery.  ATTRIBUTES » AWARENESS (B) Revision's Samsara requires excellent awareness of the situation unfolding around her in order to direct her quirk as needed. » PRESENCE (C) Revision is an odd one, both lackluster in general charisma, but still a rather talented, if not green, leader.  » CONSTITUTION (C) Revision is not the type who needs to whether a storm of damage like others. Her quirk protects her from damage, and if someone can bypass it regularly enough to damage her, no amount of constitution will be enough to keep her safe. » SPEED (B+) Beyond just wielding her quirk effectively, Revision must be quick on her feet to stay out of harm's way and make sure she gets into the effective range of Samsara. If she can do that, then she can win - or at least survive the day. » DEXTERITY (B-) Precision is Revision's focus, not strength. She does not benefit as much from strength because she can turn their own strength and durability against them. What she needs is precision, and she has honed it well.  » STRENGTH (C) Revision is not the most physically impressive individual. She's in good shape, stronger than your average girl, but by no means shredded. She has no real need for strength as her quirk is able to do most of what raw physical power could do for her. Limit Breakers: 11 Available | 0/45 Used SKILLS SKILL NAME: Esoteric Martial Arts SKILL RANK: B- SKILL DESCRIPTION: Nadeshiko, by nature of her quirk, is likely to find herself in close quarters, and thus benefits from being fit and ready to fight. Those who took her in and served as her captors, and eventual employers, deemed it necessary to train her to the best of their ability, and relentlessly prepared her to serve as an operative in their ranks. However, Nadeshiko also does not benefit from many of the traditional martial arts, due to the self-same ability. She has, instead, been piecing together things on her own, and with the help of instructors, to develop a style more suited to herself. Though there is still room to improve, she has become quite deadly. The primary focus is to ensure that she has optimal positioning for the use of her quirk's vector manipulation, and excellent mobility and defense for when she is between uses of Samsara.  Unfortunately, unless Nadeshiko can turn someone's quirk against them, her quirk lacks any real offensive potency on its own. She must, then, rely upon martial arts to make up for what she lacks.  To supplement her martial arts, Nadeshiko has elected to use weaponry and tools, including knives, or less lethal batons, and even firearms. These weapons give her a good bit of utility, but also the damaging ability she needs to take down an opponent that requires more than just her bare hands.  That is not to say she can't take someone down without a weapon. Nadeshiko's excellent agility makes her a very mobile fighter who can inflict a lot of light damage before an opponent is able to inflict serious harm on her.  SKILL NAME: Blade Mastery SKILL RANK: C- SKILL DESCRIPTION: Nadeshiko makes extensive use of bladed weaponry. She carries a short sword capable of slicing or stabbing anyone that gets in her way, but also a number of smaller blades specifically designed for throwing. She is quite talented with them, and has trained extensively in their use to ensure she is adequately prepared to handle foes in the future.  SKILL NAME: Marksmanship SKILL RANK: C- SKILL DESCRIPTION: Nadeshiko has worked hard over her relatively short life, and at the behest of her corporate masters, has trained in the use of numerous firearms to better fit in among her peers at Black Rose .  She is equally adept with rifles and sidearms, but they are not her primary means of engaging foes, more supplementary. While we encourage our players to chase their narratives and write cool things, we do have to keep things in check for the sake of balance. In particular, moving over from the previous site to this one, we agreed to lower the power level of the site back down as it was haphazardly creeping out of control due to our original team's shortsightedness when we inherited the system immediately during a time of great revision. With that sort of context given, I'd like to talk about your Quirk.

Not all Quirks can be considered fair or equal—especially those from the source material. One such example would be Eri's Quirk: Rewind. Her Quirk is one of the most powerful Quirks we've seen in the source material with it going on record as being capable of rewinding someone out of existence. A quirk like that is not something that I would allow on FFJ because it is far too unfair a quirk when dropped into a setting where it can be used against other people. That's keeping in mind one of the limiting factors of Eri's Quirk: it accumulates over a certain amount of time and cannot be used if she lacks the resource to do so. Your Quirk can rewind and accelerate something through space AND time, and it is completely resourceless to do so.

Given the complexity of your Quirk, it's a bit hard to navigate what I'd want about the quirk to change in a slow back-and-forth dialogue where I post a review, you edit then resubmit, then I post another review. Regardless, I can likely say that your Quirk most certainly will not make it to the new site without significant nerfs, here are the few that I will be adamant on: she cannot use her quirk to move things forward AND backward (one or the other, and I'm heavily leaning no forward movement through time and space at all), she cannot move things to and from her, she cannot cause permanent changes as a result of rewinding time, and require her quirk to establish physical contact to od its magic.
