Maxima Agency is a long-standing organization founded by Callaghan Maximillion, branched off from the Canadian agency of the same name. It strives to be the pinnacle of heroism, striking at the heart of adversity and leading rescue efforts without faltering. In addition to keeping the populace safe, members are expected to embrace the spotlight that comes with working for Maxima and remain exceptional always, especially under pressure. For that's how diamonds are forged.

Headquarters are located in the heart of Tokyo.

To the public, Maxima stands as a trustworthy name and a dream agency for hero hopefuls, housing many champions who either already have, or will cement themselves in history as some of the greatest ever known.

Some heroes are at their best when not under the constant watch of the masses. For this reason, Maxima specializes in garnering focus towards themselves and away from those who do not favour the spotlight. Because at the end of the day, civilian safety is the highest priority.

Due to many years of experience and vast connections, Maxima accrues resources in excess. As a result, sponsorships and provisions are often offered to those who are limited financially.

MEMBERS

	The Clear Cut Hero, Callaghan Pro Hero, Founder (NPC) The man who's larger than life. Callaghan was one of the veterans who aided in setting the balance when Quirks came to be. He now leads his agency with a booming voice and an even bigger laugh.
	The Strong Arm Hero, Knockout Pro Hero (NPC) The heroine who's got muscles in spades! Knockout's the combat specialist of the agency, and for good reason. Her fists really are as strong as they look and her fighting words hit just as hard.
	The Flamebringer Hero, Hotshot Pro Hero (NPC) Resident punk who has fans fawning over him despite his abrasiveness. He's rough around the edges and makes it the world's problem. Let it be said though; the control he has over his fire is unmatched.
	The Monolithic Hero, Titaness Pro Hero, Chief Medical Director Intensely dedicated, Titaness serves both as a front-line fighter and the team's primary doctor. She can be a little prickly, but she lives to care for others. Unfortunately for her, she's not really built for the limelight.
	The Madlib Hero, Vox Pro Hero One of the newer members of the agency and already he shows a lot of promise! Vox has proven his place in its ranks with his work ethic and optimism, and his actions always puts a smile in others' faces.
	The Jubilation Hero, Stellar Pro Hero, Social Media Manager Another newer member of Maxima from America! Known for her extravagant style, peculiar food preferences, and, most importantly, her endless joy! She manages the agency's social media accounts with her usual flair.
	The Undead Hero, Phantasmagoria Pro Hero Eccentric and kindhearted, when Phantasmagoria isn't busy teaching the next generation of heroes at UA she's using her flying quirk as a rescue specialist! As a foreign hero, she is relatively new to Japan.
	The Shark Hero, Tiburón Pro Hero Low energy and often napping, Tiburón works hard patrolling and teaching at UAU to repay the school for helping her when she was a transfer student there. Decided to stay in Japan after graduating.
	The Inquiring Hero, Sphinx Intern Hero Student Specializing in rescue missions and pursuit of suspects Sphinx is here to save the day! Once you're in their sights you'll be there until you're safe and sound, either free from danger or behind bars.
	The Vocal Hero, Soundwave Intern Hero Student Idol, actress and hero-in-training. The stage is a battlefield as familiar as the streets for Takanashi Misaki and she never shies away from hardship. Leave it all to Soundwave!

[PTab=CALLAGHAN]

Callaghan, real name Callaghan Maximillion, is a veteran hero who moved to Japan long ago. His long list of achievements and many years in the business have made him a recognizable name in the industry, to the point where even experienced pros often turn to him for advice on how to better themselves.

• He's a gentle giant; an amicable elder who finds amusement in the sheer amount of energy those younger than him exude. His voice is deep and holds a tone that highlights his wisdom.
• Nowadays, Callaghan only steps in as a hero in times of great crisis due to his size (think Elementals level of catastrophe). Because of this he mostly spends his time running his agency or appearing in public events as a guest and mentor.
• Seriously though, the guy's at least ten feet tall. Without his wings.

QUIRK — ROCK AND STONE

Callaghan can telekinetically move stone, where his main usage of it comes in the form of positioning the plating on his body. He can layer them to tank blows, detach them to launch them out at high speeds, and even use them as an aid to lift allies in the air. When his Quirk is active, nearby pebbles move to orbit around him.

WINGS OF GOLD
His weight makes it impossible for him to lift himself with his Quirk, so a different solution had to be made so he could achieve flight. The wings on his back is that solution.

Knockout, real name Juliana Garcia, is a bombastic hero known for her spunk and competitiveness. Her muscled hat and flashy combat style made her a standout in the fighting scene, and her outgoing personality has only caused her popularity to skyrocket.

• Knockout loves a good challenge, and is the most likely to accept a spar as a result. Complete with bets.
• She has severe cute aggression. Be glad she doesn't use her hat to hug things.

QUIRK — "CLOTH CONTROL"

Knockout can control fabrics she's wearing, from bulking them up to block attacks to stretching them to slap others silly from a range. This is what she tells others at least. Only those close to her know her Quirk's true nature.

Hotshot, real name Daichi Kanemaru, was once a Shiketsu dropout before he was guided back on the path of heroism. Crass and impatient, he's liable to just torch obstacles to ashes should they make the mistake of slowing operations down.

• He bested Callaghan in a sparring match, due to his fire being so hot it made him fragile.

QUIRK — WILDFIRE

Hotshot generates pink fire. Mostly used to fire streams and fast shots from his hands, but he's able to emit them from any part of his body.

While water would be an expected weakness, the amount needed surprises many people because the heat he gives off evaporates most of it. One of the only reliable ways to douse him is to fully dunk him in a body of water.

SUPERMOVE — COMBUST
By sacrificing his range, Hotshot turns his fire inward and bursts into flames. He becomes intangible in this state, letting him squeeze through small openings and escape a hold with ease while leaving behind a nasty burn.
