As time moved on traditions once upheld were slowly being lost. Some slower than others. In fact, a few of them needed a bit of help to be forgotten. The Hayashida-gumi had a long history dating back nearly a century and a half filled with success stories followed by far less successful stories and finally stories of them just barely hanging on. That was where the problem laid. Though their fame was long lost and their power but a shadow of what it once was they'd always just barely managed to stop their fade into irrelevance through opportunism and claiming whichever scraps the bigger fish had dropped. The issue with that was that Bakuretsu could now be considered one of those bigger fish. Her takedown of the Akimichi family should have given her near complete control of their operations yet transfers of power took time to complete in full and before her conquest was complete tragedy had struck. The commotion at the bay had led every other hero and their grandma over the course of the past few months and made it a fools errand to show up in person. For all that Bakuretsu had personal power subtlety wasn't her thing and the longer she was away the more her influence dropped. Something the Hayashida-gumi had been more that willing to make us of, their sly ways letting them expand right under the noses of the law. Retsu had enough of them. Their downfall was long overdue and with the activity down by the beach finally dying down it was time to make them realize that too. The hard way. "Roite then," Bakuretsu said while putting on her earpiece. "Ah'll be waitin' fer y'r signal. Remember, we only need their boss alive. Rest a' 'em are done fer one way or another, nah need ta 'old back so long as the job gets done. Remember. Ah need ta have a chat with Hayashida Terumi 'fore he kicks the bucket. Make sure 'e doesn't get away."She was sitting in the back of a van a street away from the Hayashida-gumi's headquarters in preparation of their attack. Located near the very border of the Ota prefecture close to the Tama river the compound had a rather large footprint, its traditional make causing it to have been built outwards instead of upwards. Within a rectangular outer wall sat a large courtyard with a pond that had several bridges and islands across it. Several buildings connected with roofed corridors in the traditional Japanese style that had already been outdated a century ago made up the rest of their base. A small army could fit inside and with the meeting of their leadership being ongoing it could be said that there was in fact one inside as more than fifty of their subordinates were spread throughout the buildings and courtyard alike. Some patrolling, others chatting by the waterside and yet more awaiting the catering or showing personnel to their places. With people sourced from several branches of their organization present there were a fair few that didn't recognize each other. To Retsu's exasperation they'd also made use of the downfall of the Akimichi to recruit adding several new faces to their group. It would certainly make infiltration easier for Forevermore but it still annoyed her. Those could have been her subordinates had it not been for the sudden mutated sea life attacks. It was amazing what interesting new ways the world always seemed to find to get in her way but she digressed, there was work to be done. Checking over the equipment she'd brought she offered a final nod to Forevermore before she refocused on the preparations for her part of the mission. "We're all set. Go whenever y'r rdy."

“You make a choice. You live with the consequences.”
He moved with his client towards were the targets whereas he looked he thought of how this old fashion group that represents a system from a time long ago that is well beyond their time. He even viewed them as nothing to worry about and he is the closest thing to a quirk less there can be. The reason for this job did not really interest him nor did he really care at all what was the cause of it. All he knew is villains with quirks are only reason they did not go extinct and provided a short thread of life to these types of groups. As long as this young villainess kept to her agreement what her influence and what type of power in underground, she had was none of his business. he looks to her as she spoke and put in her earpiece and nods to her " that well be done" he would say to her.
He would look to her " puts in his earpiece and tests it makes sure it is working before stretching out a little and looking to her "is there anything else I need to know before I go" he would say to her. He would study map and the locations in there and went over all the details that she had gathered for him and looked it was going be easier infiltration what make it challenging is they're where a swarm he would have to do it carefully but luckily, they spread out which makes taking them out a little easier for him. He would check his sniper rifle his handgun and his other weapons and make sure he had enough bullets for his firearms and made sure his thrown knives where in place and looked to her and gave her a look as she was doing the same thing and then noticed the nod to him from her.
He heard her words and gave her a thumbs up " I am all set and ready to go " he would say to her. He would then open back of the van and steps out and thinks on the best way to approach this and looked to her and signal her to follow him and moved toward the targets. He would signal her to stop before pointing quickly to a couple of goons that patrolling the area to keep their boss safe. He would then watch them and then move closer to them and shoot one in the head killing him and before his partner that was patrolling can notice him, he would stab the man through temple killing him. He would look to her as dragged the bodies into bushes that hide them before signaling her to follow and move on. TEMPLATE BY RR of DD

Retsu kept her distance as Forevermore got to work, staying close enough to have an idea of what was going on but far enough to stay out of his way. More importantly, far enough to ditch the joint if he messed up and brought hell down upon them. Not that she didn't think she couldn't take all of them of course but grenades were a rather difficult tool to keep specific people alive with. The Hayashida-gumi had to go that was for sure but the information their boss possessed was far more important to her than their disappearance. But she digressed. Only once the area around the front gate was cleared did Bakuretsu approach. With the entrance secured she wondered how he was going to proceed. There was but a single 'official' entrance namely the large gateway in front of them leading through the outer walls. Said gateway led directly to a small inner courtyard flanked on three sides by buildings with thin ornamental windows creating a kill zone with plausible deniability. The building directly opposite the gate had a man leaning forward while holding a cigarette out of one such window while each of the buildings on the side had two more gunmen ready to take on any enemy who entered. Gesturing for the mercenary to continue without offering any words of guidance Retsu couldn't help but wonder how he'd handle it. She was looking forward to seeing his approach. Who knew, maybe she might hire him again in the future if he did well enough.

“You make a choice. You live with the consequences.”
He after hiding the body and signals to move on he would move on but noticed she kept the distance and knew why she did so and did not plan her as it was a good sign to him that she did, so it showed she was prepared for the worst-case scenario. He would scan the area before looking to his client and took her presence into account for his plans. After a minute he got a plan that he hoped would work. He would look and thought it would be very tough but if they were lucky, he might be able to get around the toughest aspect that they had to worry about as the three buildings and layout kind of created a pinch area that all their gunman had to do and aim and fire and guarantee to kill most people that are not cautious of this.
He knew if timed it right he can get a spilt second of blind spot to get around it. He would look to her “please wait here“ he would say to her before using his skills to sneak in almost unseen and unnoticed before distracting gunmen and killing them one after other with his silenced TTI JW4 Pit Viper. Once targets were killed, he shown himself to her motion for run as they had a very small window to do what is next. They not only had to get in the building locate the rooms they were in they would then have hide the bodies not to alert others of what's going on which make it a lot easier on him. he would once she joined him guide them into the house and using blueprint he got from resources and her figure it out and would hide the bodies and look to her "next part going to be tough" he would warn her.
He would then wait and once a goon passed by pull him to a room and using his knife, he would stab the man and kill him before dragging him to the body and made sure to leave hardly any evidence and looked to her then checked his gun to make sure not issue before he started off again as so far so good and should be easy unless hired someone with a quirk to protect them. He would kill a few others and lead her to next room that had the real challenge as he was sure big fish she wanted and his elite goons where next and this where it might be up in air as it depends on skills of goons and big fish himself. he took a deep breath and looked about and pointed to a shaft should hold them as he needed more information on how many left and where the target was.

Retsu replied with a simple nod, leaning up against the wall without a care in the world. At least that was what it looked like. Not even for a second did she lower her guard, watching and listening the entire time for anything that could be a problem. Once Forevermore gave the signal she strolled into the place without a care. "That's why ah hired ya," she shrugged while keeping her voice low. The Hayashida-gumi were old-fashioned as a group could be. Traditions so old their purpose had been forgotten, bigotry that prevented anyone with abilities they didn't understand from joining and the kind of casual cruelty that came from awful practices becoming normalized through generations of habit. Retsu was doubtful they'd have anyone with a potent quirk amongst them but so too did she know that hypocrisy was oft practiced by those in power. "Go ahead, ah'll be roite behind ya," Retsu said with a look that made it clear she wasn't going to be doing any climbing. She'd wait here until he was done scouting and follow after. Things had gone smoothly thus far but she doubted it'd last. Before long something was bound to go wrong and she wanted to be sure she had solid ground under her feet when it did. From where they were now there were at least three routes to the target. The fastest way was through the corridors connecting the building they were in to the other buildings within the compound. Armed guards stood at the corner of each and several more patrolled the whole place at set intervals. Given the large gathering in the courtyard right next to said corridors remaining unseen could prove difficult and being spotted would cause several dozen yakuza members to bear down on them within moments, both from the courtyard and the buildings on the other side trapping them in a pincer maneuver. Even so the bodies they left behind could be discovered at any moment. Speed might just be what they needed. The second route was far riskier but put them in control of the momentum. If they barged into the courtyard guns blazing they'd be wildly outnumbered but all the danger would be coming from a single direction. The front. The third and final path they could take was the longest but the safest. If they traversed the islands atop the lake they could go around the courtyard entirely all the way to the other side of the compound. From there a single corridor at the back of the base would lead them right to the room where the Hayashida-gumi's leadership was meeting. It would be a detour however and if the bodies were discovered before they made it across both their plan and the two of them might end up dead in the water. Letting out a yawn Retsu waited for Ishikawa to finish scouting the area, wholly unaware of the possibilities herself. Whichever path he picked she'd go with, ready for anything that may come their way.
