Naive and happy-go-lucky, Arsenal is someone who loves to meet new people and try new things. Due to her upbringing her way of thinking might sometimes come across as illogical to others, not that she cares much about how others perceive her, as she is much more focused on living authentically. Despite her occupation as an assassin and double life as a villain she has a lot of respect for life itself and doesn't want to go around killing needlessly. This rule applies to humans and animals, down to even refusing to hurt an ant or a fly. Having received very limited schooling she's a bit of a dumbass, but she is always eager to learn and only takes on work so she can afford to get her education in Tokyo.

Not all quirks are created equal. Some are harmless, resourceful or even cute. Mine is perfect for killing.
For as long as I can remember I've been trained to kill, me and all the others. We went to some sort of school for it, although thinking back on it with outside knowledge it felt more like a prison. None of us had names or human rights. We had our bodies and quirks that could be honed into weapons. I was never formally given a name, but one of my friends back at school gave my quirk the name Ampersand, so I've taken a liking to the name Amber.
I attended this school for a while until graduation day rolled around. We were all gathered in the assembly hall when they told us the requirements for graduating. To kill all our fellow students until there was one left standing. I won't bore you with the long of it, maybe ask me after treating me to dinner sometime! Anyways, I won. My friend always told me the most special thing about me is that my emotions were still in tact, that I could cry and laugh like a normal person. I cried for them after graduation. I cried for a long time and then once I was let out into the world I ran away. It wasn't hard with a quirk like mine.
It wasn't until I made it outside I realized how big the world is, and how little I know. In this world you buy things with money, and to earn money you work. My only skill is killing, and it just so happens that there's a niche for it. To avoid ruining my good name of Amber, I decided to go by Arsenal when I undertake dirty work. That's how I first met Yingshe. She's a real charmer I'm telling you, you just have to give her a chance! Soon after, I even found legitimate work as a bodyguard for the D'Arcangelo family and became friends with Maisie! At least I like to think we are.
With all this money I started going back to school, catching up on all the subjects I never had. Imagine my surprise when I found out assassination or how to dispose of a body isn't something everyone learns! I hope I can keep earning money and keep learning. The world is so vast and there's so much I want to know!

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Because of the metals that mix with her blood Arsenal is able to use her quirk to transform into weapons. She can choose to either fully transform her body, or only parts of it. This makes her quirk highly adaptable and while she is transformed, replaces her durability attribute with her quirk's rank. While she is transformed, Arsenal still has full control over herself and can see and speak as normal. Additionally, Arsenal can telepathically communicate with her wielder, but it’s a one-way street, so they would have to reply by talking out loud. This ability requires player consent to be utilized.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: While she can transform into weapons, her quirk cannot cover every facet of every weapon. For instance, turning her whole body into a katana is relatively easy, but she can't turn into a gun and use her quirk to supply her own bullets. In a similar vein, while she can turn into a grenade, she can't explode like one. Due to taking on the material properties of whatever she transforms into she is especially weak to elemental powers, powers that manipulate metals, or in the case of the catalyst of her quirk, powers that control or manipulate blood. Quirk overuse can lead to a state of numbing blissfulness where Arsenal has forgotten how to think like a person, leaving her unable to move and think due to enjoying being an object too much.
