As a Lawyer she is very direct and to the point, determined to make sure everyone is as happy with the conclusion as possible, and quick to call out what she views as attempted sleights or contradictions. She's driven with an almost ruthless and intimidating attitude that does everything in her power to protect the interests and well being of her clients - which happens to be Hojo Outfitters.
Off the clock, Tamaki is a very relaxed and understanding person. Or at least, she attempts to be but has some difficulty separating the views of others from her own personal feelings and tends to make assumptions about what their motivations are or why they feel the way they do. She prefers clear and open communication for this reason and enjoys the company of animals for how relatively uncomplicated it can be compared to dealing with people all the time. While she does value money a lot, she believes what it can be used for is where the true value is and that simply hoarding it is a waste.

Despite her stature she carries herself with confidence and a sense of casual authority that stems from a rock-solid self esteem. Her hair is dyed entirely, neither white or red being their natural colors. Despite seeming like she should be unintimidating looking, especially with a round face like hers, she can get a fierce look in her eye when focused. She has a tendency to hold her chin in thought, and is often tapping her fingers against whatever surface is in easy reach.
When it comes to fashion she wears suits during work hours, and favors more trendy casual clothes that change styles with the seasons. While she doesn't wear much makeup or jewelry, she is a big fan of coats and hats and has a large collection of them at home and seems to always be wearing different ones whenever you see her.

I'm from a more... let's say in need of renovation, part of Tokyo. Actually, to be blunt it was completely falling apart for a lot of economic reasons and very nearly turned into a ghost town. It probably would have if a punch of new life didn't get pumped into it by Hojo Corp. They pretty much saved my home neighborhood, all the shops that were there too. Some people complain that its not the same as it used to be, but isn't it normal for things to change and grow and move on over time? Isn't it better for it to turn into something fresh and new instead of falling apart and fading away?
Anyways, I've always felt grateful to Hojo Corp for that. They even helped pay for my education. Not directly mine, they actually helped out with a lot of peoples education in a lot of different ways. In the end though, if it wasn't for them I probably wouldn't have ever gone to University and I certainly wouldn't have been able to become a lawyer. Luckily, I have a chance to show them my gratitude by handling cases for them... I know no company is perfect, but shouldn't they be pointing fingers at laws they don't like instead of claiming the company is somehow doing something wrong?
That all said, while I really am just your average lawyer, I have had some unfortunate encounters with some less than reasonable people and sometimes a teeny tiny bit of self defense is necessary. Not like self defense classes or anything, but I do have a perfectly legal taser of my very own and I won't hesitate to use it when I need to!
Other than that I have some pets, like my pet pig Hoteki! The little guy doesn't like being on his own, and he's got a good sense for liars and sneaks, so he's actually a fully registered Service Pig. He's really good at his job, too, and way smarter than people give him credit for.
