SUPERMOVE DESCRIPTION: Spiral Nebula starts by coiling the whips from her quirk around her limbs and torso, which resemble springs. While this removes her ability to use her quirk at a range, it changes the properties of the whips to make them more elastic and spongy. Not only does this allow her to lessen impacts by dispersing the force among the coils, but it can also be used to launch herself at high speeds, instantaneously capitalizing on the momentum from the ‘springs’ compressing.
SUPERMOVE DRAWBACKS: As stated in the description, when using this super move, Stellar cannot manifest whips outside her body, forcing her into close range exclusively.

The feedback loop brings her near-uncontrollable joy, as she cannot suppress a smile and laughs constantly at seemingly nothing. The combination of the whips influencing her brain directly results in her whips adopting a similar property to electricity. Which provides not only her normal emotional imbuement but also shocks to the target in question.
SUPERMOVE DRAWBACKS: The drawback to this super move is that it doesn’t allow her to manually control her whips farther than the small radius around her, as they will fizzle into nothing. When the super move ends, she won’t be able to tap into her yellow [Happiness/Joy] until she recovers after expending all of her dopamine.

Whether on the ground or using her quirk to swing around in mid-air, she uses her whips with excellent proficiency in range, accuracy, and speed by adjusting their properties on the fly to deal with several different combatants at a given time.

[Note: They do not become electrical] The whips still hold the emotional imbuement that her quirk normally does. With an extremely limited form of control, the whips now autoreact to anything that gets too close to Stellar, lashing out to either harm or push away anything that enters a small radius around Stellar. She is always at the center, regardless of whether she’s stationary or on the move.


The drawback to this super move is that it doesn’t allow her to manually control her whips farther than the small radius around her, as they will fizzle into nothing. When the super move ends, she won’t be able to tap into her yellow [Happiness/Joy] until she recovers after expending all of her dopamine. It should also be noted that while her Super Move causes the whips to strike out towards any enemies that get within range, they are not homing, just reactive in proximity close to Stellar.
