Fosh is an idiot. Saying that isn't even an insult at this point - it's a factual statement.
Or rather, an understatement.
Because, unlike your run-of-the-mill morons who usually have a chance to learn a thing or two, Fosh stands to defy education itself as a concept. Not only that, but he is also incredibly careless in his default state of mind, and especially so when working on a project of any kind. Completely disregarding the well-being of himself or others while in the process of creation.
Very evidently, his favorite activity is "making and breaking sh%&", which is his way of describing the process of making all sorts of contraptions or machines. The very concepts of his creations serve to insult and oppose most modern designs. Through them (and sometimes on his own), Fosh yells out into the world and at the uninspiring aesthetic that is plaguing it. As for those who follow these soulless innovative trends when expressing themselves, Fosh feels justified in calling them nerds that only reduce the amount of cool and awesome in this world. From his view the world is too obsessed with efficiency and polish. Why not make things explode? Add chainsaws, drills and pointy edges! Paint it in all sorts of colors and make the engine roar for no reason at all!
Anyway. What's also very obvious is that his second favorite thing to do involves proving others wrong and coming out on top in any sort of challenge that might be worth his time. At times, it may even seem as if he is purposefully looking for conflict, as he can never get enough thrill nor validation. Pair that with his blunt and unmannered way of speaking, and it's no wonder that he got a reputation of a jerk.
Despite that, he isn't hostile all the time and actually enjoys showing-off his creations very much. And somehow, he can find motivation to impress even total strangers.

» HEIGHT: 5'4 ft
» WEIGHT: 65 kg
» EYE COLOR: Brown
» HAIR COLOR: White/Grey
» SKIN COLOR: White
» FACE CLAIM NAME: Junkrat
» FACE CLAIM SERIES: Overwatch
Somewhat skinny and short but overall still well-built. Fosh stands out firstly due to his ashen face and hair that are often cindering, and secondly due to his custom made prosthetics for his right hand and left foot. With the hand resembling a rusted metal fist badly in need of polish, while the foot appears to be just a metal stump with some spring mechanism.
Fosh may spend most of his time at the lab, but you'll never catch him wearing a lab coat. He doesn't care for his attire beyond that though, so he wears whatever is easiest to put on - tank tops, shorts, jackets or jeans.

Beginnings. This is where Fosh's childhood and parents would be described...if he had any!
Well, at least any that he clearly remembers, because he obviously wasn't just spawned into the world (although he wishes he did, and with a great explosion to boot) but simply had forgotten most of his days before the orphanage. Was it some traumatic accident? A memory leak condition? Fosh neither remembers nor cares enough to start searching.
And although he was the youngest kid in the orphanage back then, he had caused the most trouble - causing chaos by tinkering precarious toys and dismantling any device he could get his little hands on. That's right, he has been a reckless gremlin-dunce right from the get go. Adults around him weren't blind, so they could clearly see that as well and also made sure he spent most of his time out terrorizing the school once he hit the minimum entrance age.
Since then Fosh would go through a cycle of school expulsions, then admissions, then a few months of fun time, and the circle repeated. Truly, his affinity towards breaking shi% and then making unsafe contraptions out of what's left was unrivaled. Miraculously, Fosh survived high school without completely destroying his chances for future education, and just as surprisingly, that high school survived letting him stay.
Few teachers at that school had high hopes for the wild student, arguing that his behavior was simply caused by his quirk. But by the time Fosh reached his last school year, even they realized that he wasn't being pushed by his quirk towards a reckless path. No, he was willingly sprinting there himself.
One major event did happen at that time though, Fosh learned about a challenge that his classmates set up for each other - it involved trying your hardest throughout the year and then passing exams into the U.A. University. They even made bets and a special club. It wasn't just his class either, everywhere he looked he saw peers motivating and collaborating. School felt like one giant nerd party, and he wasn't even invited!
So just for the sake of attention and spite, Fosh began putting effort and acting like a true nerd from his own point of view. It was horrible, but his quirk managed to carry him through most engineering competitions, so he did end up passing the entrance exams and getting accepted into UAU. What a surprise!
But now that the excitement of proving his old classmates wrong wore off, Fosh stands unsure of what to think about his new environment. Even existing in such a fancy-schmancy place is draining, but he couldn't just leave since that would defeat the triumph he just had. So he chose to stay, even though now there are even more nerds around him!

QUIRK NAME: Scrap Master
QUIRK RANK: S+
QUIRK TYPE: Mutation
QUIRK DESCRIPTION:
Scrap Master is a quirk that affects both Fosh and the materials he is using when making/building something.
Driven To Create: The part that affects Fosh simply guides him both physically and mentally whenever he is in the process of making something out of scrap. It does not provide actual knowledge to him, but simply insures that Fosh instinctively knows how to use this quirk's main function to the fullest.
It Just Works: The main function activates whenever Fosh starts to create something out of scrap or trash specifically. It allows Fosh to create all sorts of contraptions/mechanisms by basically slapping some scrap together. These creations look just about how one would expect - poorly made, scrappy and ramshackle. But they still work at least as well or better than if they were made using actually quality materials and required academic knowledge. The quirk itself simply makes these creations work even if they clearly shouldn't. Though, of course, the creations cannot bypass this quirk's rank limitations.
This quirk also allows Fosh to manufacture gear despite him not having a manufacturer skill at all.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS:
Despite allowing Fosh to do the impossible with scrap, this quirk isn't perfect and does not make his creations indestructible.
Fosh's creation tend to backfire or break with a chance depending on how long it took to make them. For example, a power fist gauntlet made in a minute would most likely break after just one use.
It applies only when working with scrap or trash materials, so if he needed to make something using a new and quality engine block, Fosh would need to first break it apart and then use what's left of it.
