He is a kind person to those he deems worthy of respect. This is very slim in number. He is a genius, quickly picking up coding and robotics as if it were nothing. He is still learning what can and cannot be done within the field but he reads five hundred page books within an hour. He doesn't like talking to people. He would rather talk to his machinery and his artificial intelligence. He doesn't like to talk to people if he can avoid it. He has a strategic mindset. He has crafted military video games and programs to allow him to test his mind versus some of the greatest tacticians in history. He generally is emotionless when talking to people he doesn't know or doesn't like. This makes him sound robotic. This is his way of protecting himself and his projects. He believes emotion and flesh are weak. He would rather not show his weakness to those that he doesn't trust. He shut down to a point that he is unable to hold a proper conversation with a human anyway, so most of what he says seems to stand out anyway. He also doesn't like to stop working. He has to be reminded to sleep and eat. Another reminder of his weakness. When he is alone or with someone he trusts, he allows his emotions to flow more.     [attr="class","body"]

He wears a hooded cloak whenever he is out of his lab. He would rather hide his weakness from the world. He wears a pair of glasses normally and a pair of goggles when he is actively working on projects. He tends to wear a pair of black pants with a leather belt. He generally will wear a black long sleeve shirt and black leather gloves. He generally only takes off his gloves to work on tiny projects and circuit boards. He is surprisingly muscular underneath all of the "armor".

Chise was a shy kid that kept mostly to himself. He was born to unassuming quirkless parents. He was a nobody in a world of quirks. He had the one toe bone, so the doctor said it would likely develop. Regardless, he was bullied mercilessly for not having a quirk. At least until he figured out his quirk. It took him until he was nine to figure out his quirk. It wasn't that he was a late bloomer. He just never stuck a tool against his arm. How would he know that it existed? He discovered it one days by grabbing a tool for his father. He was excited to help his father and tripped causing the tool to land on his arm. It began to absorb into his arm and the knowledge of how to transform his finger into the screwdriver he absorbed filled him. He was amazed. He showed his father who was extremely happy for him. His parents decided to bring him out for a celebration dinner. On the way to the restaurant, there was a car accident. Neither of his parents survived the crash. He was in and out of consciousness for days as the hospital took glass shards and shrapnel from his limbs.

After a week had passed, he had been released from the hospital. He was with his grandparents and began testing out his quirk. He was bullied without end for the loss of his parents. Because of this, he dove deeper and deeper into technology. He read every book on programming that he could find and

Body parts may also be transformed into the tool. When the body part transforms into the tool, the body counter balances and gives weighted leverage.

Chise has the ability to absorb tools into his forearms. He keeps a full catalog of the tools he absorbs in a notebook so that he can keep track of everything. He is able to pull the tool out of his inventory, but then he loses the ability to mutate and makes replicas with that instrument. This works with simple tools. It does not work with power tools or anything requiring programming. This would not work on a calculator for example.

[Instruments of Mass Destruction]
He is able to transform his fingers, arms and forearms into various instruments. The size and complexity of the instrument determines which part of his limb transforms. For example, a simple wrench would be a finger, whereas a pipe wrench would be his whole forearm.

[Full Body Leverage]
Naturally Chise has an increased muscle mass in her body that results in increased strength being able to lift up to a ton. rigid when needed yet flexible Chise is near perfectly muscled. Typically, Hand tools are usable due to a level of strength, finesse, and the body being able to give weighted leverage. In his transformation state, his muscle structure across his whole body will act as a counter weight to his transformed body part. Removing issues involved in lack of strength behind his transformations.

QUIRK DRAWBACKS:He suffers from inflexibility if the tool does not line up with joints. For example, if he were to use a wrench, she would have the flexibility of the first knuckle and not be able to move or twist it in ways his joints would not allow.

He is limited to the tools that he has absorbed.
