Aiko hated buses with a passion. They were busy and cramped and people usually avoided him because they thought he was dangerous. Some of those things were true, but in reality it was just a whole process that he didn't care for. Still, he relied on it to get from point A to point B. Today? He was going to go to a good ramen spot on the other side of Tokyo. The only problem is that it seemed that he'd forgotten his bus pass at home.

"Well shit..." As he saw the bus approach, Aiko really wasn't sure what the right course of action was. When the bus stopped where he was, the opportunity to do something about it opened up. The bus stopped, and the bus driver got out! I guess something about a small stop or whatever, but Aiko was here for it. With a toothy grin on his face, he would wait until the least amount of people were looking before getting on the back of the bus and climbing up on the top of it. Was it the safest? Of course not, but how cool would it be to be on the top of a fucking bus?

Operating in broad daylight was a rarity for Taro. The underworld wasn't prepared to do such a thing most of the time, preferring to do their business in the dark where they'll be away from prying eyes. Only the craziest or most powerful would strike in the middle of the day, confident in their ability to outlive anyone who dared oppose them. He himself didn't have enough ambition to do that sort of thing, content with taking up jobs on ENKI to hit where his leaders wanted.

Today was unfortunately no different. He wasn't supposed to break into the convenience store he was tasked with hitting until nightfall, so now Taro had a lot of time to kill. How was he going to spend that?

By lying on top of a bus apparently.

It passed by said convenience store so why not? All the digital being needed to do was wait until the time came and he could just hop off easy. No one seemed to mind his odd seating arrangement either. At least no one tried to get him off yet.

So there he was, scrolling through his phone when a commotion behind him made him pause. He glanced up, and due to his position was looking at the man upside-down. Not minding this at all, he simply raised his hand with a smile. "Yo. You hitching a ride too?"

Aiko wasn't expecting anyone else to be up there. He'd blink, then blink again. Oh, well... Hopefully this dude wasn't a snitch or something. Then again, would he be on the top of a bus if he was the type to care about what he was doing?

"Hey." He'd get up fully, almost army crawling to get closer without being as obvious. "Yeah I guess so. I felt it was better to be up here. Bus driver is an ass anyways." Getting comfortable, he would move to lay beside Taro without a care. Offering a hand, for a handshake, he'd place his other arm behind his head. "Aiko Avetia, nice to make your acquaintance. How about yourself? What's your name? Why're you up here?"
