As for the story behind it...[break][break] Try as she might to be brave, Tatsu is a girl that cries and apologises too easily, especially when placed under pressure. She will rarely thrive in confrontation or awkward situations, often finding hatred when left to deal with a problem alone. Though it is hard to befriend her, people can slowly work their way into her timid heart. And the moment that they succeed in getting her to call them a friend, she will be loyal to them and always help them in times of need.[break][break] » HERO OUTFIT:[break] SPOILER: Click to show When it comes to actual fieldwork, Tatsu's thinking ahead on how her gear can be better modified to help her out. Though she still retains her usual style of blouse and jacket, there is also an additional layer of bulletproof fabric stitched into the folds of her clothes, just to reduce her chances of being mortally wounded by gunfire. Her usual skirts are swapped out for khakis which ends are often tucked into her boots to reduce knee scrapes received whilst crawling to reposition. There are several belts around her chest, arms and thighs to carry additional magazines, communication devices, important items and first-aid supplies on the go. Beyond the basic looks, she also has a pair of night-vision googles and a gas mask - To spare her the need to strain her eyes in dark environments and to prevent her from inhaling to much dust or toxic gas. The gas mask also has a voice modulator in the event that villains quirks that require listening to her real voice to activate. [break] Born to be a successor to a prestigious hero family but ultimately scorned for her quirk, Tatsuko faced a mother drowning in tears and a father that would never look at her again. Whilst her mother tried her best to comfort and shelter her, her father would turn his sights to the next in line, her younger brother Setsu. Home never felt like home again, their parents torn apart by their expectations, the ego of her sibling fed as he began to pick on her for her shortcomings.[break][break] Be still, be seen but never heard - These ideas would be carved into her as the years went by, the lustre she'd once carried as the pride of the family now lost to self-doubt. But perhaps, she'd never lost that will to become just like her predecessors. Perhaps, spite had brewed up from the back of her mind and driven her insane. Before she'd even realised what she had done, she had applied for UA and made it into the heroics department by sheer rescue points alone.[break][break] When the letter arrived, some part of her absolutely reveled in the expressions around the table.

When the object hits another living being, it will give them whatever boost that had been infused into the object. For example, she can touch a bullet and give it a healing property, and if she aims and shoots it at a person, successfully hitting them, they will be healed over a period of time. The same goes for anything, a pencil, a knife, anything that can stab, etc but the requirement is that it hits the person in a way that looks like it can injure them. She cannot directly apply the boost by touching another person with her hands.[break][break] Each boost can increase a certain physical stat for the affected person: 1 rank per Psyche's quirk tier up to A-. Any boost that allows a person to temporarily break human limitations of B+ will result in physical strain as the affected person's body isn't used to performing such feats on the regular.[break][break] Honeybadger Ire // Constitution[break] If an object with this property hits a person, that person gains a temporary increase in durability by 1 rank per quirk tier, making them able to withstand slightly more punches than the average person. Upon using this, Tatsuko will take more damage if targeted directly.[break][break] Strength Buster // Strength[break] If an object with this property hits a person, that person gains a small boost of strength that affects their next immediate hit / feat of strength by 1 rank per quirk tier. Upon using this, Tatsuko will be weaker if targeted directly.[break][break] Zoomies // Speed[break] If an object with this property hits a person, that person gains a boost in speed that temporarily increases their max speed by 1 rank per quirk tier. Narratively, it can also enhance their reaction speeds and provides more clarity in decision making. Upon using this, Tatsuko will face a loss in spatial awareness and have slower reactions to being targeted directly.[break][break] Null! // Drawbacks[break] As long as Tatsu has this quirk, anything she touches / is holding will become nulled and unable to deal harm to any living being (including animals). For example, a knife. If she attempts to stab someone with a knife, it will always permeate through the human being and leave no injuries on whoever she tried to stab. This also applies to daily items such as sharp pencils. Of course, this can't null the effects of chemicals, so don't try that.[break][break] Stat Limits! // Drawbacks[break] For starters, Tatsu can't apply any boosts to herself, only to others. At any given point in time, a person may only have one stat boost at a time. With every quirk infused bullet / object she uses to boost another, she faces a gradual decrease in strength and aim - Every time she applies a buff, she gets debuffed by one rank all the way down to a D-. The side effects of the bullets used will stack on each other and drain her slowly.[break][break] Firing any more than 2 bullets at a time can lead to harsh rejection such as piercing headaches or temporary blindness as she is pushing beyond her limits. She is also temporarily unable to boost anyone. If she fires beyond 3 bullets at one time, she will be rendered unconscious and unable to fight. [attr="class","nodensright1"]DON'T BELITTLE HER ABILITY [attr="class","nodensright21"] [attr="class","nodensright22"] Amphitrite // Gear // C-[break] A custom-made sniper rifle with cartridges that allow her to infuse bullets on the go. Though it seems cool, Tatsu has never let another person touch her equipment out of fear that one, they might use it for evil deeds and two, they might never return it. It does have a biometric scanner that ensures the user is Tatsuko and no one else: If a foreign fingerprint is detected, the trigger locks in place and cannot budge no matter how much a person tries.[break][break] Hunter's Intuition // Support // C-[break] Having done a few missions of her own, Tatsu has developed the ability to look out for certain things in her surroundings. From traps and trails to structural weaknesses and possible hiding spots, she's usually able to avoid alerting enemies to her presence. While she's able to find traces of her target, she still needs a lot more practice to actually track them down.[break][break] Down the Barrel // Offense // C+[break] Unable to be of assistance on the actual field, Tatsu has resigned herself to the backlines where she can comfortably assist others from a distance without being a nuisance or bother to others. With a little training, her aim's gotten a much steadier and she able to hit her target most of the time. Thankfully, her bullets don't possess the ability to hurt anyone!

Morning! I appreciate your patience, and I have a little feedback for you!

We like the idea of the quirk, but it needs to have more defined buff/nerf wording. For example, the speed buff increases the person 1 rank per quirk tier; does this mean the buff is at Psyche's level, or is there an arbitrary buff based on the player's statsheet somewhere? And what level of debuff is Tatsuko receiving, all the way to a D- once she imparts the buff or by two ranks or does it wind her completely if we subtract the quirk rank from the attribute, which would more than likely put at at an E or F level?

Apart from that, we'd like the see the CON buff be focused on making an individual tougher/with more endurance or a focus on the healing aspect. As of now we're trying to limit what kind of regenerative powers on the site, and it's possible the former would be of more use than the latter, as it'd be more situation.
