[Freja Helt]

Given the severity of their enemy's attacks and her general nervous disposition, Freja had no time to enjoy the fight. This fight, like so many others she had been in before it was just like any other street fight. It was about survival and about coming out on top. Thankfully, the person backing her up was Zen and if they weren't an absolute beast for tanking so many attacks that would surely have spelled the end for her, she honestly wasn't sure how she could have survived this encounter on her own. Note to self, definitely consider getting some rubber or something in her future hero suit so electric quirks didn't just fry her in seconds for wielding a metal bat.

It was a risky move, wielding her grappling hook bat like a whip then, and it almost threw her off balance, but thankfully it seemed to create the desired result, chaos and more opportunities for her friend. She held onto her bat for dear life, yanking as hard as she could before Zenkai charged in and bulldozed the monk with a move straight out of a professional wrestling match. Retracting her grappling hook, she didn't wait around or hesitate, she followed his orders and charged right in for the finishing blow. Who cared if Zen didn't really use their quirk? In the moment, she couldn't be sure if they had anyway, but the fact of the matter was that they were creating results.

Spinning her bat in her hand, Freja lined up the swing like she was about to hit a golf ball, slamming the metal as hard as she could into the side of the monk's head. Was that a little dangerous? Why absolutely, but the monk was durable and it wasn't like Freja's strength was superhuman, so she could afford to go all-out in scenarios like this.

Panting, out of breath, she held her bat raised, ready to smack him again if he as much as moved a finger. No matter what, hopefully this put away the Thor monk for good. ''Holy shit...'' She took a moment to catch her breath. ''Are you okay?'' The guilt of charging in recklessly before Zenkai was starting to settle in her stomach again.

As the villain's body slumped up against theirs Zen would push the dude off him before grabbing his hands and letting out a sigh "Yeah, yeah, I'm fine, Pretty sure my heart is beating funny but I'll survive." The sound of sirens approached as the golden boi decided to sit on their unconscious opponent. "Don't think I'd like to be hit by that too often but, y'know it was kind of fun!" Zen placed his hands on the ground in back of him before letting out a loud, bellowing laugh. "Never thought I would say that"

As they finished laughing Zen's eyes looked his partner over, Sapphire gems scanning for any sign of injury that might need immediate medical attention. After finding none, the monkey king visibly relaxed "Good work, Bat girl. I would have been toast if it wasn't for you I probably would have been toast! Zen didn't know if this was actually true or not but he didn't care, Freja had saved his ass once again. Not only from being completely electrified but from doing any extra work, like knocking the villain out. That's right, Zen got Freja to do all the work again.

"So...About getting drunk" Zen's characteristic grin widening "This weekend or next? And you're buying right? Cuz I'm pretty sure I'm still not old enough to drink in Japan...Though honestly I don't care about that, but apparently other people do...Most specifically the people who tend to sell liquor" The titan was pretty sure he wouldn't get carded due to how he looked but he still would rather avoid a situation where it would ruin the fun. "Bar or Dorms?"

Hearing that Zenkai was fine was all the reassurance she needed, and it finally registered in her brain that they had won, letting go of the tensities in her shoulders as she collapsed onto her knees, still panting out of breath. ''What a relief. I'm not even sure how you survived one strike of that, are you secretly made of rubber?'' She teased, feeling even more at ease now that they could hear sirens approaching. ''Fun??'' She gave them a puzzled, before using her bat as a support to stand up again. ''Maybe that lightning really did fry your brain, or at least your ability to feel fear.'' She shrugged and shook her head.

''Well I could say the same to you.'' She smiled, before her face grew more serious as she looked away. ''A-Actually, Zen... I wanted to apologize for rushing ahead without you. That wasn't very hero-like of me..'' In her desperation to prove herself and being seen as useful, she had put both of their lives at risk. ''I regretted it immediately, but it just felt right in the moment. Sorry.''

''Hm?'' She blinked her eyes, oh right, the getting drunk thing. Did she really have to spill her secret? Maybe Zenkai had forgotten and they could just go drinking instead without any secrets being spilled. ''How about next weekend? I got a test I need to study for as punishment for skipping quirk class.'' She said nonchalantly. What was even the point of attending a quirk class when you were quirkless? ''Right,'' she smirked, ''I forgot Japan is so strict about buying and drinking alcohol.'' She handwaved them not being old enough. ''You'll be fine, it's just alcohol, people way younger than you are drinking back in my home country... Wait, how old are you again?'' She put a hand up to her chin. She had figured her and Zenkai were the same age all along. ''Just to be safe, I suggest dorms. That way there's no chance of us getting in trouble with anyone. I'll just tell the girls to go somewhere so we have the place to ourselves. It's your first time getting drunk too, right? Generally it's safer to try that at home.'' She said confidently with her hands on her hips. She felt so responsible, planning a drinking night like this.

''..And then you'll have to tell me about your quirk.'' She gave them a gentle poke with the end of her bat. ''Mr. Mysterious.''

You were out there being a hero, it looked so natural compared to last time" which was true, she did look like a badass charging in to meet the villain head on. A dumbass but a badass. "If it was anyone else you'd probably have beaten them right there so I ain't mad, just glad that you didn't get hurt. Unlike me, you're not exactly lightning resistant" the golden boy let out a chuckle before groaning, man did it suck to laugh. "I'm just built different, don't know why, maybe it's because I'm meant to take the hits" Damn, of course he'd be born as the tank.

As the sounds of sirens grew closer Zen's excitement rose as Freja began planning out their drinking night. It was true that Japan's drinking rules sucked but if one person was legal then that was enough for a dorm party, or a get together...Hang out? whatever you called two people drinking together in a dorm. Honestly, it would be Zen's first time in a girl's room that wasn't his family. He hadn't even seen Marlene's room let alone visit her house. It was an interesting prospect behind able to hang out like that and certainly nothing wrong could absolutely come of it.

"Eighteen, two years away from being able to properly drink." Zen let out a yawn and nudged the bat with a grin on his lips "Secret for a secret...Or maybe I'll lie, who knows? You won't since you'll never see my quirk but at least I'll get to see what you're like when you're drunk. Hell I'll even hold your hair back if you get sick"

''If you say so..'' She wasn't entirely convinced. Zenkai was right, she had acted without hesitating this time, but if it meant putting herself, him and any potential civilians in danger? That wasn't a development she was necessarily proud of. Even so, she did like to get complimented and it wasn't like things turned out that bad in the end. ''Yeah, not really no,'' she smirked, ''that's why I hoped I could beat him quickly.'' She smiled when he chuckled, but concern shone through her eyes as well. ''Y-You should rest!''

Aside from her study sessions with Miroru, Freja had never really invited anyone back to her dorm room, especially not for drinking. Especially not for drinking with the purpose of spilling her secret. Would it be the last night Zenkai associated with her? She doubted it, they had said earlier they would respect her no matter what, but would that kindness extend to include her situation? At the very least, even if Zenkai hated her after, she would get to have one night with them where she was actually drinking and hanging out with a friend. Maybe that wouldn't be so bad.

''Ehhh? No way, I didn't know you were a baby.'' She teased smugly. In all honesty it was kind of wild to think that Zenkai was two years younger than her, it didn't feel that way at all. Then again, as far as she was concerned, eighteen was plenty old to drink by Danish standards so she had no qualms about buying them both alcohol. ''You think you could get away with lying? I know all your tells.'' She replied confidently, she absolutely did not. ''Aww, how sweet! I'll hold back your hair if you get sick. I mean, how many times have you been drunk? I know how much I can handle by now.''
