[attr="class","likedoinfo"]It's been a little over a month since we've launched the new site, and so we have a few new updates we wanted to list out for your viewing convenience. Please be sure to direct all questions regarding this update to us in the #ask-staff channel, and we'll answer them at our earliest convenience!
The Experience, Ranks, and Stats thread received a minor update. The opening post was updated to make the important information easier to navigate to. Additionally, Sol's Calculator was added to the thread for member convenience. Please be sure to thank Sol for being such a godsend for providing the calculator!
The Equipment post was updated to provide an EXP table to show the Discounted Cost values. In addition, we have an update for manufacturers. If you have a Manufacturer Skill and would like to become your own Manufacturer, you may do so. You have two options if you choose to do so:
The Alliance Registry and Business Registry have been shifted into their own subboards within the Database. This is to make finding the threads themselves a bit easier.
You will no longer be required to go through the Thread Inbox to have your Alliance or Business registered on the site. We've elected to do this for a few reasons. For starters, we're cutting back on the staff workload and hoops our players need to jump through to create things on the site. You need only visit the appropriate threads for the new rules regarding Alliances and Businesses.
A new Database was added in the form of Member Shops. It, like the Alliance and Business Registry, are all player-maintained threads that allow them to advertise the sort of Equipment that their character is capable of producing.
We're launching our new system in the form of Site Events and the Event Shop. It's an iteration on the previous Arcs System as well as Even System that we used to run on the old site. In this new version, we've opted to create a year-long shop with a secondary site currency that can only be earned via participation in Site Events. The current ongoing Site Events (Entrance Exam and Ikigai) will not be using the new Site Event System.
Mini Profiles are going to receive an update changing "Limit Breakers" to "Event Tokens." We'll be moving Limit Breakers to be displayed on Character Sheets. If you are using the site's standard character sheet template, you don't need to worry about doing anything on your part. If you are, however, using your own template, you will need to update your sheet on your own.
As a heads up, for this first season, given the lack of ready-to-go content while we continue working on the site, we have elected to reduce the maximum number of Event Tokens that a character can accumulate for this season only. Future seasons will have a higher limit as more content becomes available.

- Seasonal Events - Slice of Life-oriented prompts that will allow players to earn EXP each season.
- Setting Updates - We'll be releasing information regarding the setting of the site beyond the general history that we have provided so far. This will help answer some of the common questions on the site like how U.A. school life works, the level of technology, societal perceptions, etc.
- Beginner Handbook - We'll be releasing a handbook to help new players quickly navigate the site and create a profile.
- Member Feedback Form - We'll be sending out forms to allow you to voice your opinions on the new site, its direction, what you want to see moving forward, etc.
