Jun is a girl locked between two worlds.
Through her growth she wants to experience the world and explore her wants and desires, but is torn between doing that and upholding the duty she desperately wants to fulfill. In most cases she comes off as super serious and expects that of others, but over time as someone gets to know her a little more they see the layers stripped back, and all that exists is a self-conscious and unsure girl who doesn't believe in herself. Passionate about her hobbies, her interests, and her field, but unable to take that same expression and apply it to other fields of herself.
Because of this she has developed a complex. While she has come a long way and is competent in her own right, she feels like she is at least on par with some of the stronger members of the school. Anyone that claims they are better at her causes the divide in her mind to act up; her demons tell her that they are right and that she should just give up, while the other side wants nothing more than to force the other party to eat their words.
Issues aside, for anyone that she has let her hair down for, she is fairly happy-go-lucky and enjoys carrying on a casual conversation.

Prologue
As all stories begin, Jun’s origin starts when two people who love each other very much decide to have a baby. They were an unlikely couple at that, too; Kazuto Kanjo, working at the police department within Osaka as a dispatcher, was an overly emotional mess who wore his heart on his sleeve, but managed to win over the ever stoic and talented Misaka. Some thought it was pity, others thought there was some machination going on within her mind, but she stayed with him through thick and thin. Into the world they brought Jun, and it was the world they both endeavored to protect her from.
Growing up Jun had a lot of stimulation, most of it from her father, but she took to learning about history and tabletop games and model building from her father’s side of the family. She was regaled with tales from her family’s past, of honor and glory and service to the state and her people, something that she one day hoped to undertake as well. This was all a good offset to her lack of knowledge from her mother’s side, but also the bullying she underwent. Despite all the physical markers being there, Jun showed no signs of quirk manifestation. Between her father’s empathy quirk and her mother’s construction quirk, they anticipated that she would show at least something by the time she turned four or five, and yet there was nothing. She was ostracized by her classmates and struggled to make friends, and because of this she would always fall back on her family for support. That and her imagination.
Immersed in the world of comics, she enjoyed putting on a cape and running around the small apartment that the family had, pretending to be a hero and fulfilling her familia role. While most of her family had been politicians or naval officers or the like, there were no heroes, and so she had dreams of grandeur. She one-upped this one day when her parents weren’t home and she wanted to enact one of her favorite superheroes. She stole a band with a single emerald in it from her mother’s jewelry box and pretended to create constructs to fight all the bad men that she imagined within the apartment. That was, until she put too much of her will into the ring; a cannon materialized within the small space of the living room, and managed to blow a hole in the wall and out into the street. Mortified, she sat there and waited as first the police came, then the fire department, then her parents came home. She kept her mouth shut until she had the stern talking to from them; her father had always played things up and was all bark and no bite. The one she feared most was her mother, but when it came time for her to speak she forced Jun to make a promise: to never go down that path. Being seven at this time, Jun didn’t fully understand her mother’s reasoning and felt only fear. All she saw was the brilliant light the ring gave off as she started to panic, and if it wasn’t for both parents she might have lost control. In the end, she promised to never pursue the path of the hero, and not long after learned to gain control of her gifts. As a reminder of this promise, Jun was allowed to keep the ring, the stone now cracked after the awakening of her quirk…
High School Days
The remainder of her grade and middle school years went uneventful. The bullying did not subside, but it never intensified either. Jun learned how to handle her newfound abilities and keep her composure, though over time it was clear she had developed severe anxiety issues despite her best efforts. Her future was more and more clouded, and on top of the anxiety she seemed to have gained a slight depression issue. Unsure what to do for her, her father suggested joining a fast-track program that might help her get into the JSDF once she graduated high school, and seeing as it was a way to lighten the ever-present familia burden on her shoulders she decided to give it a go. Her first few years of high school saw a significant decrease in bullying, as well as finding a sense of comradery with other kids her age. She found a sense of belonging, though in some regards it felt hollow. In the summer of her second year there was a two-week training camp that her unit always participated in, and she happily joined in on it. Exercise, teambuilding, and many other fun things were in store for her. The only problem was an organized villain attack halfway through.
A group referring to themselves as the Old Guard led by someone named Shojin Mitsuba. There was a whole manifesto on why they were attacking this island camp, but the main takeaway was they wanted to target the upcoming generation of potential Japanese officers for all branches of defense. It was a harrowing event where Jun saw several of her compatriots be either maimed or killed. For most of the attack she had reclused into herself, trying to figure out what to do, when a few of the more enterprising of the students determined that the vessel the villains came in was more than likely interfering with communications. If they could only do something about it…
Jun ran through the possibilities of what could be done, and taking matters into her own hands decided that self-sacrifice was better than waiting to die. And so, hidden among the trees and reciting an ancient oath in order to find her strength, she tapped into an emotion from years ago, generating what she desperately needed in that moment. Focusing on the giant guns of the Yamato, she managed to blow up the vessel the villains used to get to the island, allowing a clear line of communication with the mainland and ensuring help would arrive.
Not a week later the event, known as “The Revenge of Yamato”, made its rounds in all the papers. Jun left the program, and confronting her parents explained to them what her plan was: to get into UA University. This generated much contention between her and her mother, mostly due to Jun’s broken promise, but in the end she acquiesced. Jun didn’t know why she accepted this in the end, and was made even more bizarre to receive two new rings to fit her station. At the end of the day, she got her wish…she just didn’t know the cost.
The Road So Far…
And so Jun, in stubborn determination, studied. She trained. She got accustomed to her quirk, learning new and exciting things about it. Through her trials and tribulations she managed to pass the entrance exams to get into UA, was roomed with a strange catgirl that equally terrified and intrigued her, got a job at a modeling agency by complete accident, fell in love and is in denial, befriended the embodiment of darkness and a literal ice dragon, was forced to adapt and learn new and exciting things, and has found a level of acceptance within herself that she had never known before. However, there is still much to learn and much to know, and she’s just starting out her second year. Who knows what challenges lie in store for her in the future?

QUIRK NAME: Emotion Battery
QUIRK RANK: A
QUIRK TYPE: Emitter
QUIRK DESCRIPTION: In channeling her emotions, Jun is capable of creating various different constructs out of hardlight. The type of construct is determined through whatever emotion Jun is experiencing in that moment, and is typically done through the lens of a gemstone. The more intense the emotion is, the larger and stronger the construct is.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Jun is funneled into using seven specific emotions, each one with its own set of constructs:
Jun can only channel one emotion at a time, and if she were to channel a different emotion than what she already has out then the construct will either fade away or morph into a part of the construct of the emotion she's currently channeling (Example: if she's channeling Fear and has chains on her arms, and suddenly experiences a bout of Anger, then the chains will either vanish or attempt to turn into hammers). If she lets her emotions run away from her, she may get locked into using something she does not or can not apply to a situation. Overuse of her quirk or rapidly shifting between emotions can also lead to an apathetic state, which leads her into being unable to use her quirk for a period of time.
The larger the construct the more time it takes for it to form; creating something small like a hammer takes little time, but a series of cannons would take significantly longer. A holographic framework of what she's creating will form in the space she's constructing, and as material is required to start the process a gemstone is required for her to utilize her quirk.
Furthermore, if she does not possess a gemstone she is unable to utilize her quirk.

SKILL NAME: The Warrior's Call
SKILL RANK: B
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Through extensive training, Jun has learned a mix of various fighting styles in order to better herself in close quarters. The blend comprises of counter-grappling techniques, the use of weaponry with reach, and boxing. Being smaller and unable to stand up to an actual physical fight, the purpose behind this blend is to disorient within arms reach, get out of a situation if she's grappled, and maintain her advantage further than arms reach.
SKILL NAME: Naval Gunnery
SKILL RANK: C+
SKILL DESCRIPTION: Long range combat is difficult, and with a quirk such as Jun's she wants to minimize collateral damage while maintaining total battlefield control. As such she has started to revisit cannon training and has begun to incorporate marksman skills in order to improve her accuracy beyond short distance.

SUPERMOVE NAME: Dreadnought
SUPERMOVE RANK: B
SUPERMOVE TYPE: Additional Functionality
SUPERMOVE DESCRIPTION: For a brief period of time, Jun is capable of channeling all available emotions into one amalgamation in the form of a ship.
SUPERMOVE DRAWBACKS: This action can eats most if not all of the available gemstone material Jun has on hand, and triggers an apathetic state.
SUPERMOVE NAME: Constellations
SUPERMOVE RANK: C
SUPERMOVE TYPE: Additional Functionality
SUPERMOVE DESCRIPTION: Jun is capable of imprinting an emotion into a gemstone instead of traditionally through it, allowing for a delay before the construct springs to life. This particular construct does not need concentration to maintain, and can remain on the field for a time.
SUPERMOVE DRAWBACKS: These constructs consume an entire gemstone, regardless of type, whenever utilized. The constructs maintain a life of their own as opposed to Jun's will, and as long as one of these is on the field Jun will be unable to access her quirk as long as it is on the field. On top of this, the constructs made through this method are much more fragile than her standard constructs.
