Sadako is a glass half full kind of woman. Whether it's in her civilian life, her work as a student counselor or her work in the field, she always tries to disarm and befriend the people around her with her cheery disposition. Her work ethic is an impressive one and she often comes off as very efficient. However, don't let that fool you into thinking she's particularly dedicated, as the only reason she works efficiently is to ensure she does the least amount of work possible. Even so, she is still prone to procrastinating on less important tasks and tends to leave her tokyo apartment as a bit of a disorganized mess.
To unwind, she loves to watch horror movies and chug plenty of energy drinks. Occasionally she likes to take time out of her schedule to go see her family as well, or invite her younger sister out into the city to spoil her with the money she makes on the job. Like the chains that manifest from her quirk, in the face of danger Sadako is unflinching in her toughness, yet flexible in her maneuverability and adaptability.

She is so particular about the divide that she refuses to wear her work clothes at home, even going as far as changing into something more casual before she walks in the door. The only criteria she keeps for casual clothes is that she will wear them as long as she looks or feels cute wearing them. As the eldest daughter of the Gotoh family I always felt a pressure to succeed. Of course I'm neither the brightest, fastest or the strongest among my peers. I knew that even before I got accepted into UAU. As a student I was diligent, but not particularly remarkable. I quickly learned that it was better to not have all my eggs in one basket, which is why once I graduated and became a sidekick I began looking for other jobs as well.
It's not that I don't like being the co-owner of the Ouros Agency. By the way, how cool is that, co-owning a business with Iphigenia?! Although if I'm honest, I'm not good at all the admin stuff and running the place, so I usually leave that to her. In any case! It has nothing to do with me being unfulfilled in life, it has more to do with spending the time we have been provided wisely! I believe my talent doesn't lie in just helping others on the battlefield, but in more subtle ways too. As a UAU counselor I help direct the students who might feel as lost as I was back in the day. Not everyone is going to grow into a renowned hero, but that doesn't mean they aren't talented. Quirk or not, everyone has something special that makes them a valuable asset to society. I wish to bring these qualities to light in people however I can.
Somewhere along the way, before I graduated UAU, no, before I even started attending, I took a trip abroad to America. On that trip I met the most wonderful guy. Some people don't believe in soulmates, but I do. Felix is who I consider my soulmate. I left him once to travel back to Japan. It remains the biggest regret of my life.
Nowadays I spend my time working as a hero at the Ouros Agency, as a student counselor at UAU and of course, as a good big daughter who looks after her sister, Rin, without pampering her too much.
