Elias is indulgence personified. He wants for only the finer things in life. Give little, take a lot. He's also clever. Too clever. Mix one part hedonist with one part cunning bastard together, and you're left with a concoction far too disillusioned with the world. He came to own his own club by nineteen. Having flown to such heights so soon, he's experienced enough of the world to become numb to it. Now, Elias requires extremes to feel anything of note. The only priority above his pleasure is the hidden agenda of his benefactors.

Though Elias doesn't train as often as he should, he sports something of an athlete's build. He's tall, has a fair amount of muscle, and eyes like glaciers. He can usually be found in lavish suits and luxury wear. Lastly, he has silver that almost seems to radiate light. When he grants a wish that requires much of his strength or otherwise finds himself in intense combat, his attire instantly changes to that of the [a href="https://i.imgur.com/8rU3JA9.png"]Djinn[/a] and he dons an [a href="https://static1.srcdn.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2022/10/Gotham-Knights-Court-of-Owls-Cosplay.jpg"]owl mask[/a].

Elias wasn't so much born as he came to be. Ask him, and he'll tell you he strut his way into existence. That is, he doesn't remember much before the past five years. One moment, there was only the infinite void, and then he was alive and under Ouroboros's care. Ouroboros, a less-than-legal organization set on researching and accelerating the development of quirk-kind, raised and trained Elias to become the man [s]they[/s] he needed to be. Though he doesn't exactly share their vision, Elias does feel loyalty toward the organization for teaching him well enough to not only survive but flourish in the world. And so, eventually, he was let loose on the world. 

With Ouroboros's backing and his own abilities, Elias was quick to amass his own fortune. With it, he bought his own nightclub, Club Nirvana. There, he acts as an info broker for Ouroboros, and more notoriously - as a wish maker. In exchange for loyalty and favors, Elias uses his quirk to further the agendas of others. 

Having accumulated much wealth and resources, Elias spends his days seeking what pleasures he can still squeeze from the world. The only items that deter him from his debauchery include executing Ouroboros's agenda, namely attaining valuable intelligence, and further growing his assets via wish fulfillment. He can usually be found in the Nirvana, or its lower levels known as The Hibernacula.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: [/b]Fate Weaver is a wish fulfillment quirk that alters fate to limited degrees. Elias can grow countless threads from his body, with a few meters' reach, and should these threads bind Elias's hand to another person's, the person may make a wish. If Elias can grant the wish, a needle will form at the edge of the threads binding Elias and the target. Once this needle draws blood, the wish shall be granted. There are quite a few caveats, though. Elias can't go warping reality to insane degrees. He can't turn a vault door into cheese, randomly spawn money out of thin air, change someone's quirk, or perform other similarly extreme feats. That shouldn't, however, suggest Fate Weaver is weak in its potential. 

Mechanically, Elias uses Fate Weaver to heal himself and his allies, should they have the opportunity to make the wish. His healing is strong enough to restore one's eyesight or even a lost limb, but extreme damage takes time (possibly even beyond a single thread). Additionally, he has access to his threads, which can be used as weapons, though their damage is directly tied to his normal strength attribute. Elias also may summon a rod-like weapon, but it's not particularly strong (no real stats). He mostly reduces it in size and uses it as a cane. It will return the next day if broken, though. Aside from the two primary uses described, anything else is pretty much banking on the narrative. 

Narratively, Elias can increase the strength and capabilities of others, but this doesn't actually increase their actual stat ranks. It's just flavoring. Additionally, while he can't go making vault doors disappear, he may alter fate in such ways that a guard might drop a security key, or a camera might malfunction. Even if he can't control exactly how such wishes come to fulfillment, if fate deems it possible, he may sway a person's luck. Lastly, Elias can use his threads on several people at once should they attempt an interlinked wish.  

Elias's wishes, however, come at a cost. He may define a specific trade (a tribute) to be made in exchange for one's wish or default to a simple yet strong sense of loyalty the person will feel towards him. The more wishes someone makes, the more loyal they feel. Otherwise, it's up to the other party to fulfill their tribute (we can modify these later if someone decides they don't like the idea of the tribute anymore / no causing death and such). 


[b]QUIRK DRAWBACKS: [/b]Elias can't make a wish for himself. He needs someone else to make a wish on his behalf. The only immediate boon his quirk offers him is his threads, which rely on his normal strength to determine their capability. A high presence stat may also reduce the innate loyalty others feel toward Elias after making a wish, though nothing will eliminate it entirely. Also, offering too many powerful wishes (mechanically useful or otherwise big narrative wishes) will exhaust Elias. He'll become incapable of granting any further wishes for the rest of the day.

CURRENT DESCRIPTION: Fate Weaver is a wish fulfillment quirk that alters fate to limited degrees. Elias can grow countless threads from his body, with a few meters' reach, and should these threads bind Elias's hand to another person's, the person may make a wish. If Elias can grant the wish, a needle will form at the edge of the threads binding Elias and the target. Once this needle draws blood, the wish shall be granted. There are quite a few caveats, though. Elias can't go warping reality to insane degrees. He can't turn a vault door into cheese, randomly spawn money out of thin air, change someone's quirk, or perform other similarly extreme feats. That shouldn't, however, suggest Fate Weaver is weak in its potential.

Mechanically, Elias uses Fate Weaver to heal himself and his allies, should they have the opportunity to make the wish. His healing is strong enough to restore one's eyesight or even a lost limb, but extreme damage takes time (possibly even beyond a single thread). Additionally, he has access to his threads, which can be used as weapons, though their damage is directly tied to his normal strength attribute. Elias also may summon a rod-like weapon, but it's not particularly strong (no real stats). He mostly reduces it in size and uses it as a cane. It will return the next day if broken, though. Aside from the two primary uses described, anything else is pretty much banking on the narrative.

Narratively, Elias can increase the strength and capabilities of others, but this doesn't actually increase their actual stat ranks. It's just flavoring. Additionally, while he can't go making vault doors disappear, he may alter fate in such ways that a guard might drop a security key, or a camera might malfunction. Even if he can't control exactly how such wishes come to fulfillment, if fate deems it possible, he may sway a person's luck. Lastly, Elias can use his threads on several people at once should they attempt an interlinked wish.

Elias's wishes, however, come at a cost. He may define a specific trade (a tribute) to be made in exchange for one's wish or default to a simple yet strong sense of loyalty the person will feel towards him. The more wishes someone makes, the more loyal they feel. Otherwise, it's up to the other party to fulfill their tribute (we can modify these later if someone decides they don't like the idea of the tribute anymore / no causing death and such).
