Well, she had to admit that she did have the perfect setup from CTRL. He had set the stage so well it was that she had to fail spectacularly to not be able to rouse even the smallest crowd. And with how she had even earned a few cheers before and after her speech, she was more than happy. Especially with him confirming it before he'd walk off.[break][break]
Now, the more astute villains in the crowd had probably noticed it. She didn't say much. She hadn't meant to. There were definitely two points to this meeting. Not only was it to set up and get some of the smaller, part time villains excited. The gangs and mobs. Those that were trying to be more organized but also fell prey to petty squabbles. For some of the changes she wanted she needed the true big heads. And getting them all into one room? That was going to be far different. And this was the perfect cover for that as she would have to make sure to recruit all of them into one meeting in a side room. One that's a little ways away to truly talk about real change. Put some weight to words. It was obvious the bigger villains weren't going to be as impressed with the opening speech. But it was going to be the secondary one that she hoped would rally them a little more.[break][break]
While she had origionally planned to go find Demonkun and thank him again for the door and for getting many of the invites out there, she looked over only to find out that he was trying to start getting a mini event going. One that might have other people she hadn't planned on bringing into the conversation talking. Which she found interesting, but there were still people that she found rather interesting, even if she didn't know who they were. Spotting someone wearing what seemed like a big costume as she'd find that rather interesting, hopping over and just interjecting herself in whatever they were doing as she'd ask. "That's super neat having that big costume! How'd you get that idea and whats your name?" She'd ask in quick succession.[break][break]

She took one last look out at the crowd. Noticing that quite a few people had shown up. Honestly, she had thought that some of the big names would ditch. But no, there she was the tech goddess herself Meliora. Famed for the various gadgets and supplies she had supplied the villain world with since coming onto the scene. Clearly a tech wiz for sure, and a very bright mind at that supplying the crowd. Demon-kun in the back who was the first she contacted. Having him set up all the invitations as well as using his quirk as the gateway since the best way to make sure nobody was going to crash the party was if no one knew where the party actually was. And of course, eyepatch here who was setting the stage for her. And plenty of other faces she certainly hadn't seen yet. But she figured if Demon-kun was willing to send them out in their invite list, they were people either she was supposed to know, or that she should know.[break][break]
However, she had a cue and she knew that as the host, she had to make as dramatic an entrance as possible. Sure, she had never done something like this before. Hell, if she was actually good at her job, most people here would never have heard of her before. Maybe of the mysterious disappearances, she caused for her collection. But that's why she was so good at her job. Is that she was never caught. After all, how could she call herself unKnown if she was actually known by everyone?[break][break]
And as the lights started to go out, she and eyepatch shared one common thought.[break][break]

Allowing his full light show to play out, she had to admit. Eyepatch did a good job. He promised her a show. He promised her an entrance. And he was here delivering as she watched the spectacle unfold. And while there was a slight tinge of worry. What if she came out wrong? What if she tripped? What if what if what if? Slapping her cheeks once and giving them a slight red hue.[break][break]
Darkness for a moment. A singular light was cast as most certainly everyone's attention must be drawn here by now. Hell, if you didn't find that light show spectacular, well, she didn't know what else would do it. Stepping into the light she'd smile. A practiced grin that practically invited you in and radiated positivity. Forming the words she had practiced hundreds of times before.[break][break]

"Your talents are being underused. Wasted. And Japan is growing stale. Boring. There lacks... excitement." She'd finally say, before spreading her hands towards everyone and generating yet another wide-mouthed smile. "But that's where you come in! You see. You're either the biggest and nastiest of Japan's worst. Or you're the up-and-comers who're here to meet them. Either way, tonight is the prelude. Because we're going to change the world. And each and every one of you has the talents that are wanted for that to happen. Each of you has a part to play." She'd say with that same smile. "So tonight is the night where you go and spread your influence. Be merry. Meet as many as you can. Make your friends that will last your lifetime. We all know just how short life is." She'd say almost in jest. The people grow content with their lives under the radiance of the heroes and the branding of villains. But we, here in this room? We have the power to change that. The stage is set. The actors are gathered. And I think it's about time we put on a show. Let's hope you don't disappoint." She'd say as she'd step back out of the light. Allowing silence to finally fill the air once again as she'd rush to the side where Eyepatch was and let out a sigh. "Oh that was so scary! I'm never in the spotlight. Howdya think it went?" She'd say continuing her innocent act. A true wolf in sheep's clothing.
