The number of arms Elijah had requested from his colleagues must be strange by now.

Especially if that sentence was taken out of context.

No, he wasn't some sick-minded individual collecting body parts just because. There's a reason behind the madness, though to him it wasn't mad at all. With Elijah lacking a right arm, he might as well get something that could do more than be an arm. Turn that loss into a strength not many people would have. Though much like any tool, their strengths wouldn't fit every occasion. Hence his asking for one from multiple people. Each had their purpose and he would respect the creators by not using them outside their functionality.

Which would lead him to this interesting scenario. The student he made his most recent request to had a specialty in bio-engineering, meaning the arm she would make may not be mechanical at all. Elijah was intrigued by this prospect. He's interested in what she could come up with.

The hero student eventually reached the location the ad provided, driven there as promised. He couldn't help but wonder if she was of high economical standing if she had the power to offer rides to anyone who asked. But he supposed that didn't matter. If anything he was appreciative of not having to go through public transit.

Elijah stepped out of the car and raised his human hand in greeting once he saw the woman by the door, his outfit only consisting of a hoodie and joggers. Not nearly as professional as hers. "Hey. Are you Okita?"

Elijah's eyes were immediately on the man's gun, already growing more alert. He may be experienced enough not to fire it while it's spinning, but the knowledge didn't ease the freshman's tension at a weapon being drawn. Especially with the reasoning the hero decided to provide. "Holding back?" Because that couldn't be right, he was working through in his exercises just fine.

He squinted at Lone Wolf, removing his hands from his pockets to ready himself. "Yes. One non-quirker to another." So that was it, wasn't it? Because he decided he didn't need his Quirk, he was accused of not giving his all. What of the man then? He was Quirkless himself, at least supposedly. Whether that really was true or not, it still proved that much like his father who really was Quirkless, it was very possible to succeed in the hero field without one. So why was he on his case exactly? He may never know.

But Elijah's stance was clear. He will not use it.

And that decision would cost him. While he stepped back in time to avoid the chair, he wasn't fast enough to avoid a couple paint bullets on his real shoulder. A hiss of pain escaped him as he leaned back but he eventually stood firm, brandishing some knives from his vest. He didn't expect the spar so he didn't have any wooden ones with him, but Lone Wolf told him not to hold back so...

Two blades would soar towards the man before Elijah pulled out more and attempted to close the distance between them.

Elijah was doing an errand when disaster struck.

The house his father resided in wasn't far from UAU at all. He could visit him whenever he wanted really. The only reason they decided he live in a dorm was because the place was at that awkward distance where transit would be inconvenient to use if he just needed to attend a few courses per day. So the campus was where he stayed, with occasional trips home so they could have dinner together and the freshman could tell his dad how he's doing in the university.

Said dinner was supposed to be tonight, with Elijah being in charge of getting the food as the old man had just left his work. He exited the store to a cacophony of screams and crashing, buildings toppling down and ultimately crushing the civilians within as the titan responsible continued on its way, ignorant of the destruction it's causing.

Elijah abandoned his groceries. He's sure his father would forgive him for prioritizing lives over their family bonding.

He was already moving to dig people out of the debris, his prosthetic thankfully preventing injury as rocks scraped against it. Eyes would scan his surroundings as he ordered the victims to stay away, looking for something that could be done about the golem. So far all he could note was a bike rider driving under the thing, someone on a broom leading civilians out of its path with a megaphone and- someone familiar?

"I didn't know you wanted a death wish," he'd call out to the clouded freshman, making his way to the next pile. "Do you have a plan other than just punching the thing?" Though Elijah would have to forgo criticizing him further, as a couple was stuck under a particularly large piece of concrete. Sighing through his nose, he braced himself against the block, pushing it with strength he's clearly lacking compared to his peers. But he only needed to move it a couple inches; enough for them to crawl out. Surely he could accomplish even that.
