Rhea looked at Rahul, studying him. How pompous...how self assured. She didn't need this interaction to determine that she hated him, she came to that conclusion not even an hour after the incident occurred. She brought her hand up, looking at the watch on her wrist. "A thought occurs to me, I'm meeting someone important today, and I don't know if we'll have time for lunch. Or even shopping, for that matter. I can always get myself a new phone later. The bill is due in two days, just so you know." Without so much as waiting for Rahul she began to depart, walking towards the door. What he didn't know was, technically speaking, he was in possession of stolen goods. Like the one she had before, she'd steal a new one. And food? She could do anything regarding food, either going home to fix something or finding a place without Rahul. She'd just have to figure out a way to be thrifty about it.

Assuming he didn't chase after her, though she found that unlikely. Her charms didn't have the desired effect on him, and while she was hydrated using her quirk on him this early was likely to spell trouble. He seemed to have some level of resistance to it, so her usual method of strong arming her way into his head was likely to backfire. The sad true was she had to cut her losses while she had the chance.

Rhea giggled, stretching out a little as she tested her mobility. Moving would be difficult, but so long as she didn't exert too much she should be able to make do. "Then let us go raise a little hell. It's about time I did something a little more productive than scheme.~"

Rhea was hiding it, but she was nervous. It was time she took the plunge, not some petty little scene but actually become a villain in her own right. Lilith seemed to be experienced, so as long as she stayed close...well, eventually she'd have to go off the deep end. Tonight was just wadding in. And she was looking forward to it.

Rhea returned the grin, putting an arm around Lilith's waist as she looked through the list of a few more potential targets. While it would be nice to hit multiple places at once, there had to be a method to the madness; Rhea didn't know if Lilith had worked with others in the past, and being her first outing she didn't want to overextend. The best way to get acquainted with this life was baby steps; bite more than you can chew, and you end up choking. "I'm not too familiar with the coming and goings of places like this," she says, looking over the details of the venue again. "The Lounge is a formal type place, soft music with dim lights and expensive food. The energy is subdued. While I've been to a club or two, I'm not in tune with their cycles."

She looked up, smiling a little. "You'll hold my hand when we start, right?" They would have to separate off in order to be the most effective at their duties, but at the very least getting there and setting up they could have each other's backs.

If there was any worst way to be forced to do something, then that was it. Her phone! As if she also didn't have places to be and things to do! This was downright criminal, and she should know! To make matters worse, his condition wasn't unreasonable. You know, to anyone with money. Something she had little to spare.

Calm down. Don't let the emotions get the better of you, Rhea. You just have to see him one more time after today. And we can make him regret his decisions. She shifted a little in his arms, pointing at something on the beach. "My bag," she says, indicating that needed that. "If you wanted my number, all you had to do was ask. This is possibly the most elaborate way you could go about it!~" Much as she figured he was more than a Good Samaritan, she had to hide her disdain. The best way she knew how to do that was through flirting.

Tomorrow, though...that was going to be tough. She didn't anticipate sleeping tonight, and she had to work tomorrow night. Only thing she knew to do was to cancel her plans for tonight, something she really didn't want to do. But there weren't many options, were there? "You have a deal. But I have to make a few calls myself before handing it over. I expect you bright and early. And perhaps we can make a date of it?" Much as she hated this society, if she could wrap one around her finger then she could cause a bit of corruption, or at the least expose it.

She flushed a little as his gaze dipped. She wanted to make a joke about how she was capable of setting fire to anyone with her looks, but now was not a very good time for that. Perhaps later, when the matter of life or death wasn't on the line. "I-I'm not a smoker, sorry," she says, giving an apologetic smile.

Meanwhile, the monster continued on, a second pair of pincers appearing from its abdomen; these looked more like the cutting ones that Rahul was thinking of. Rhea blanched a little, and despite her earlier scream threatened to rip her vocal cords apart she felt she had no use but to employ her quirk. "If you get me out of here, I'll give you anything you want!~" She hated phrasing that like this, but she was not a fighter and preferred to force combatants to kill themselves if it came to it. She didn't think she could force that creature to do anything she said, and at worst she had to do unsavory acts with this hero...student...

Okay, maybe this was not a good idea in the slightest. How could she revert that order...

Sunbathing was something that Rhea didn't necessarily need to do, but it was something that she found oddly relaxing. She wasn't quite sure why; maybe part of the reason why was because the Japanese sun was more forgiving than it was in other places, maybe it was because she was literally a snake. Well, resembled a snake. The scales she had were limited to her shoulders and neck, which she was proudly sporting with a strapless bikini. Either way, things were going well today. No one was bothering her, she could casually doze, she didn't have to work tonight, bills were paid, life was pretty grand. She was even going out with Lilith tonight! It would no doubt turn into a stealing spree, but she had to get her kicks from somewhere.

Although...what exactly was that shadow passing over her? She opened her eyes and pushed up her sunglasses, and-

"AHHHHHHH!"

While Rhea could be menacing in her own way, she relied heavily on mind games and veiled threats. Physically, she was beautiful and as such most people wouldn't assume she was a threat. A giant lobster-looking man with tentacles for a face, however, was physically intimidating and something that Rhea wanted nothing to do with. And unfortunately for her as she started to get up to run it casually reached down and clamped down on her leg, beginning to drag her across the sand. "Let me go!" she screamed, trying her best to figure out a way out of this mess. She was grown. She could do that!

Autograph?

That was...something she wasn't expecting. She had talent, sure, but her exotic nature meant that she wasn't going to be signing any deals anytime soon. Buuut, she was slowly gaining a following. Was Rui one of those? She didn't think that was the case, but she still felt the need to maintain a level of anonymity. "I have a few names, but you may call me Rose," she says, for the first time feeling a bit insecure about using part of her late mother's stage name. The Desert Rose was known in many circles, and in using that as a stage name she was inadvertently grabbing hold of those coattails. Not the best of looks, if she was honest.

Was better than using her villain name, though.

As she looked at the book she raised an eyebrow at the note as she glanced over at Hebiru, both titles making her pause. A hero? It's possible. Gorgon isn't exactly heroic by any means, however...I shouldn't take my chances. Using her thumb she pressed the note against the page, writing out, To my biggest fan! -Rose. She gave Hebiru her full attention as the ink dried, smiling. "Nothing quite as formal as this, I'm afraid. I have a passion for singing, but little chance of making it in the big league. I tend to busk on the side so I have that outlet." She shut the notebook, pressing the note into her hand as she handed it back to Rui. Once that was done she brought her purse up and began to dig through it to try and find the little notepad she kept, though this was more of a ploy to drop the note off. "So you mean to tell me that this girl isn't your daughter? You two seem awfully close."
