The evening roster had been checked. The students were supposed to be all tucked up in bed. Teenagers are never so forthcoming in their willingness to abide to curfews however. Syllica had begun her evening patrol of the dormitories. The sound of her footsteps clicked against the solid floor. The students had studied hard, they had taken a beating and given one themselves. It was impressive to see how they all progressed. A soft yawn left her maw as she shook her black hair. An ear twitched as she thought she heard a sound. Her crimson eyes narrowed. "Now, what are children doing out of bed?" her voice purred.
Her ears twitched more as she attempted to pinpoint the location. She knew that the kitchen as well as the common area lay ahead. Beyond that lay more dorm rooms. She was fairly certain that who must be out of bed would have to be students, or perhaps a another teacher? She had checked the detail for other staff members that were due to be working that evening but did not see anyone else listed for her area. A break in? Not likely. The security measures would have already been initialled and half the campus would be up as well as a foray of heroes and staff. Per pace quickened, approaching the commune area first. "Whoever is out of bed is gonna get a good barking at." Syllica spoke, gritting her teeth in an agitated growl.

Syllica is shy, brash with her words and sometimes dismissive. This is due to the way that she looks and the preconceived notion that everyone would fear her of be "grossed out" by her appearance. She was bullied for the vast majority of her life, mostly down to peoples fear of spiders. She has taken this quite personally and does struggle to form connections with others even though she is willing to try. Due to the severity of the fear she picks up from people she can be reclusive, often putting herself out of the way in the classroom and trying hard to not stand out. Even though Syllica does have hurdles that in her mind, prevents her from forming lasting bonds, she is incredibly caring and considerate, even though she buries it behind the "I don't give a crap" persona she has come to carry with her. Her father the wealthy CEO and mother, a doctor, spent much of their time trying to come to terms with the way in which their daughter appears. Syllica's father had Wolf Quirk and her mother's quirk allowed to conjure flames. Both were high ranking members of society and the social elite. Often attending balls, galas and all manner of award ceremonies and conferences. When Syllica was born she did not match how her parents appeared, her skin was dark with crimson eyes. The fear that Syllica saw from her own parents pitted a deep self resentment which has founded much of her social anxiety and making friends with others her age. Syllica attended regular school, however with many of the children suffering from Stygiophobia. it did not take long for the Albedo family to pull her from school and attempt home tutoring. It was there that her father also began trying to find a way of suppressing the manifestation of her body and quirk. Test after test led to her father eventually becoming extremely distant. Syllica watched the news, seeing how heroes were able to help people and receive praise and acceptance. This is where he desire to become a hero began. She began to train herself, fighting hard to forge herself into someone she believed the people could care for. By the time Syllica was a teenager she had all but made up her mind that she would try her hardest to become a hero, choosing to take the UA Entrance exams. She passed and Joined Called 1-B. She completed her four years and then struck out on her own to become a Hero. It was during this time that Syllica also saw the opportunity to help others that had trouble with their appearance of Quirks to be able to help them to become Heroes. She gained her Teacher's certificate and joined UA as a Substitute Teacher as well as doing her role as a Hero. The umbrella is able to held like a standard umbrella or it has a self hover mode created by a small pulse engine. The umbrella is also connected to a small homing beacon which attached to Syllica's belt, allowing her to move freely and stay dry. The umbrella covers a 6ft area and is able to be this size due to it being able to utilise its hover mode.[attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]QUIRK QUIRK NAME: HellhoundQUIRK RANK: S-QUIRK TYPE: MutantQUIRK DESCRIPTION: The quirk Hellhound emodies the user with the power of a hellhound. She has the physical perks of being a Hellhound which includes Strengthened Physiology, speed and strength. Syllica's body has been permanently changed courtesy of her work. Her muscles tore and reformed so many times that they built far beyond those of the average person. This helped to incredibly increase her strength to that above two strongmen/ persons, to the point lifting a car comes easily. Her speed becomes that of an Olympic althele capable of reaching incredible speeds. [Strength and speed]
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Hellhound is a quirk that does not work well with water. Due to the density of her muscles she moved through water about as well as a brick. She is able to swim but it is extremely sluggish and would not be able to carry another person with her. Syllica's quirk also creates a negative mental state. Hellhound makes the user anger quickly and sometimes lose control if they witness true acts of depravity, making Syllica unpredictable and almost unchained when it comes to true villains. The Downside to being linked to a Hellhound is that when Syllica goes all out with her Quirk her muscles begin to feel as if they are on fire. It is a combination of intense cramp and lactic acid build up which makes her muscles feel as if they are literally soaked in hellfire.[attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]SKILLS SKILL NAME: Gymnist
SKILL RANK:BSKILL DESCRIPTION: Whilst a student at UA, Syllica learned how to do gymnastics. She fell in love with it and as a result continued to progress well into her 20's.
