Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
The overture had begun. Alexander had to make haste lest the rest of the play end up dead in the water. Even so he couldn't afford to not check the area before he continued. No show can start without its actors after all and Alexander had yet to find the right ones. His eyes ran over the scene as he stuck to the crowd, doing his best not to be swept up in the panicky herd as he did.
Near the stage several security guards were trying to stop people from rushing onto the stage, whether to ask questions or seek shelter Alexander knew not. One in particular stood out to him, a woman with a side braid and a sticker on the left leg of her sunglasses. He discarded the thought in an instant. A design for a side character at best. Near the middle of the mass a prospective hero appeared to be attempting to keep everyone calm. The boy's voice failed to breach the din of the crowd and the press of bodies was far too thick for him to reach a vantage point to better direct it. A back-up option perhaps, but certainly not someone who would fit any of the roles Alexander currently had in mind. By the edge of the crowd he spotted one more figure, one with blonde dreadlocks, that seemed to be observing the situation in a matter both like and very unlike him.
Then the crowd moved further and Alexander lost sight of her as he was nearly bowled over by a panicking civilian. A flash of outrage crossed his features before he schooled them once more and helped the one that had ran into him to their feet. While he couldn't quite take a step back and see if there were more that could fit his needs Alexander was sure they'd rise to the top soon enough if any were present. He needn't waste more time searching, nay, he had to continue to the next part for one simple reason.
The show must go on.
Casting his gaze up to the second floor as he neared the stairs Alexander channeled another echo, this time of a burst of gunfire, cracking glass and several screams. Muzzle flashes shone through the banisters of the floor just above him, right near a small jewelry store that had yet to reopen. It had been quite the find, for the lack of access to the inside meant there were no people there that could instantly notice the flashes had no actual phenomenon behind them. Not to mention the unfixed glass could falsely confirm the validity of what any who looked its way had just experienced. It would not hold up to scrutiny for long but it didn't have to. Such things only happened after the fact.
The following set of screams did not belong to his quirk, for like any falsehood that met the uninformed masses it had become real and was echoed by them time and time again without any need for the supernatural. The situation was rapidly getting out of hand and unless someone intervened the panic might just cause casualties.
Having passed the stairs without leaving the fleeing crowd Alexander forced his way out as he neared the plaza's bounds, staying close to the wall and keeping one hand on it for support to feign a need for stability. His other shoulder hunched and he put his other hand on his chest as he pretended to heave for breath, following along the wall like Theseus in the labyrinth. His aim however was not to reach a mere beast, nay, step by step he was getting closer to the location he had last spotted Nat. Whether she was still there, of course, that remained to be seen.

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
With a solid four floors surrounding a large open plaza the Toshi shopping center while not the biggest mall in Tokyo certainly made the list. Large enough to fit thousands of shoppers at a time and with several bridges over the plaza for ease of navigation it was a marvel of engineering that had held up against natural disasters and villain attacks alike. Even the massive robbery during Operation Babel hadn't been enough to keep it down. Less than three months had passed since and already it was open once more.
In fact, today was the day of its Grand Reopening. An event advertised as a beacon of the nation's fortitude, ability to recover from villainy and everlasting perseverance. Alexander happily took his place at the edge of the crowd. His eyes roved over the masses, scanning faces and profiles alike, wondering which amongst the great many held potential. He couldn't wait to find out.
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to our Grand Reopening," A presenter began up on the stage at the center of the plaza. The mall had opened early in the morning but the speech was set to happen now, just a bit after noon. Alexander had made good use of the hours preceding this moment, setting up ways to use his quirk and looking into the past to find exactly the echoes he was looking for.
As the speech went on Alexander refocused on some of the more useful echoes nearest to him, making sure he memorized their time and location so he could use them at the best possible moment. He'd been analyzing footage for weeks. Some from news reports, others from shaky recordings by fleeing civilians and yet more from security camera footage that had gotten leaked onto the net. It was far from even a fraction of what had happened that day but it had been enough to give Alexander ideas.
By coming here in person and scanning place after place with his quirk he'd found just the puzzle pieces he needed for his opening scene. Now all that was left was to find the actors.
"...we will not be kept down, will not cower before such an-"
The speech was suddenly interrupted by a loud bang. Within the plaza were several trash cans, each placed at a set interval. One of them contained the echo Alexander had chosen for his first move. The sound of a detonating fragmentation grenade.
Now all that was left was to wait. Alexander carefully cultivated his expression into one of shock to match the crowd, his eyes roving over them all the while, eagerly awaiting the results of this inciting incident.

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
"Ah, what a saddening response," Alexander answered ruefully. "Do you believe yourself less than human because you do not have -and forgive me if I am incorrect- blood running through your veins? Because you are not a, and forgive my crudeness in rendering the soul down to mere biology, pile of meat piloted by electrical signals sent through nerves?"
Shaking his head side to side with a theatrical flair he clicked his tongue.
"Nay, to be human is not a matter of what you are made of in the physical sense. It is a matter of what you are made of in the metaphysical sense," a broad sweep of his arm served as his gesture towards the crowd. "Ask a hundred of the people here what makes a person human and you will receive a hundred different replies. Some will say it is to be the center of one's own universe, to experience life in all its colors and all its potential. Others will say it is to stand on two feet, think complex thought and have opposable thumbs. Some yet may say it is to be a mother, a father, a brother, a sister, a son or a daughter. Pray tell, which of them are correct?"
With a conspiratorial air to his movements he leaned forward to whisper into Marlene's ear. As if he were imparting her with the secrets of creation itself.
"All of them."
Proudly he stood straight once more and spread his arms wide, his eyes gleaming with the manic energy of a fanatic believer.
"All of them are correct. So too are all of them wrong. There is no such thing as a single thing that makes one human. No one crucial component one must possess to be so. What is it to be human? In my opinion it is a choice."
Alexander slowly built momentum as he continued to talk, working his way up to a blazing finale.
"Humans much like anything else never stop changing through their entire lives. They -we- are the result of choice upon choice layered atop one another until it creates a person. A personality. An ego. A mindset. The circumstances of one's birth are irrelevant. It is what you do with the gift of life that determines who you are."
He pointed straight at Marlene's chest, his hand hovering mere inches in front of where her physical heart would be had she been flesh and bones.
"Who you are deep inside only you can decide. No one else can make that choice for you."
His parable told, Alexander took a moment to catch his breath before launching into the story of Amaryllis, nodding in response to her understanding of the flowers' meaning and giving her some time to gather her thoughts. He wondered whether she would realize how contradictory his two explanations in regards to 'less is more' were. Even more he was curious whether she'd pick up on the nuance and understand that both were true in their own way despite being contradictory.
"Upset me? Dear heavens no. The alternative is far more horrifying," A genuine smile had settled on his face at Marlene's next question. "Tell me, Marlene. Once you achieve perfection, what is left?"
He let the somber air that followed his question hang while he took a deep breath.
"Allow me to ask a different question. Do you know why mankind from its very beginning all the way to now keeps coming up with new gods? It is to have something greater. To reach the apex that is perfection, to accomplish the final accomplishment there is, would undo everything one strived for. There is nowhere left to go when perfection is reached. The only way forward from there is down. Yet perhaps even worse is the alternative. Stagnation and stasis. The end and death of creativity, creation and the self."
He seemed to look through Marlene as he continued speaking, gazing at something far past, perhaps in both distance and time alike.
"Perfection, my dear, is a wondrous goal and a terrifying result. It is the duality that makes it so interesting to pursue."
Blinking his eyes back into focus and aiming a warm smile at Marlene Alexander concluded his speech.
"Strive, Marlene. You are on the right path," he declared while gesturing at the card he'd given her. "I'd be honored if you came to see my show at the Unity Festival. It shall be an interactive performance. Come witness how you and other alike react and try to figure out why. Understanding beckons. The path is yours to walk."

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
For a moment Alexander had to use his quirk to cover his face. The smile that threatened to tear his cheeks was anything but what he wanted the world to see. It only took a split second for him to push it back down, the personable echo fading into an indistinguishable amicable smile.
"Everyone, please welcome Marlene and Rui!" He said in his best showman's voice, both of his arms raised to the side behind them as the audience applauded once more before settling down almost entirely in tune with him lowering his arms once more. Alexander was no stranger to playing a crowd and with such an enticing set of circumstances before him all his ingrained lessons came out to handle it leaving his unadulterated focus available for the two in front of him; And what a pair they were.
The angel seeking naught but good and the devil here to throw a wrench in the plans. He doubted even his quirk could hide the gleam in his eyes. When had he last found such perfect candidates?
"How exciting, ladies and gentlemen. A hero and villain duo in the making! Who, pray tell, will come out on top?"
With a wink and a smile he took a step back and put a finger to his lips, his quirk activating to make him vanish as if he'd been sucked into an invisible whirlpool. Adjusting and activating the microphone wire on his throat he made sure his whispered words would be broadcast evenly all throughout both the stage and the audience.
"Will either?" An echo of his quirk whispered into the duo's ears, carefully positioned through his subtle guidance to stand exactly where he'd intended for them to be, in sync with the whispers coming from the speakers. "Can what stalks these starlit streets be vanquished or will it claim two more, forever lost to its dastardly schemes?"
In Alexander's opinion mixing truth into a performance was the best way to make it feel real. For what better way to come across as genuine than to truly mean what you said? It was good that he wore a mask when he reappeared, for the act he chose was no act at all. Oh, he had no intent to bring down those who shared his stage. But claim their fates he would.
Gleaming eyes observed Marlene from behind his mask. The girl who longed to be more, yet who did not wish to change. A doll chasing an ideal forever beyond not just her own but anyone's grasp, doomed to fail but even so eternally pursued. The perfect daughter. The exemplary hero. The puppet on a string of her own creation.
His gaze shifted to Rui. The girl who longed to have more, yet did not wish for anyone else to be excluded from her fun. A demon chasing joy through placing others in her grasp, doomed to chase ever greater tragedies but even so never truly fulfilled. The harbinger of ruin. The bringer of chaos. The puppeteer twisting and prodding without ever realizing she was getting entangled in her own strings.
Two people so different yet in many ways so alike.
Hundreds, nay, thousands of paths laid before him. Each greater than the last. Yet the future could not be repeated. He could only follow one. Only make one come true. Alexander would make sure his actions shaped it into the greatest one imaginable. Failure was not an option. Who could say when a chance such as this could possibly come again? Yet there was no time to think. No hours to plot, scheme and plan. He could only hope his preparations and rehearsals did not fail him in this most important of hours.
The desire to be a hero and the wish to cause pain. Two interests Alexander would use to the fullest; And fun it would be. He clapped his hands to get their attention.
"Reality and fiction oft bleed together on the stage. Who can say what is real and what is not?"
Alexander stepped towards them, his arms extended to the sides.
"You have stated your dream and wishes. Yet can words truly encompass a person's deepest desires? Is it even possible to truly know them yourself? Pray tell, how could one seek to find their true inner self..." Alexander said as he stepped between them, his arms phasing through them as it became clear the figure walking in their midst was nought but a fantasm. "...if they cannot even see true outside themselves?"
The echo turned as it reached the front of the stage, its back to the audience and its gaze looking past Rui and Marlene.
"Pray tell, my magnificent volunteers." Alexander's voice resounded through the speakers. "If I am not me-" The echo waved an arm at the audience. "-then who am I?"
With that the echo let itself fall backwards off the front of the stage, vanishing into thin air before it hit the ground.
"Which of you two will be able to find me? Who will decide my fate? Shall it be the hero of justice or the demon of pain? Remember, my dear volunteers. No violence is allowed here. Find me through your own methods but without touching any of the other guests. The search is on."

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
Alexander's eyes roved over the crowd, checking features and expressions alike to get a sense for the tales to come. It didn't take him long to spot the one he'd invited; The cold steel encapsulating a warm heart. Yet she was far from the only person of interest he spotted. A man with a bird beak briefly caught his attention before his gaze moved to a woman whose legs -if they could be called as such- resembled those of a Scylla. Both seemed like valid candidates yet Alexander felt like something was lacking, something that would render the story lesser than it could be. That was, of course, until his gaze caught a hopping blonde with large horns on her head. He smiled, the outline of a tale taking shape.
"Let us start with you and you," Alexander spoke both clearly and loudly as he pointed at Marlene and Rui in turn. He was deeply curious how they already seemed to know each other yet appeared here to have met here at random. Joy blossomed deep within him. What could it be but providence at work?
"Step over here. Ah! Young miss," he addressed Rui with wide eyes while using his quirk to echo the space below her waist to a time when no one was standing there making it appear empty. "Can you float over here? You appear to have misplaced your legs!"
Sending a wink at Marlene he gestured for her to halt for a moment. His quirk activating he searched through the past until he found a moment where someone else had been standing in the same space and echoed their legs over Marlene's own. Pointing at them he called out to Rui once more.
"Would those happen to be yours?"
With a chuckle he dissipated them once more and waved Marlene over, fully aware of the cruelty of his act. To make her appear half biologically human was unethical at best yet such an act could easily serve as further motivation to continue her story. Maintaining the echo of empty space over the area Rui was walking he waited until the pair reached him before snapping his fingers and making her legs reappear once more.
"Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for our brave volunteers."
The crowd cheered as Alexander gestured at Marlene and Rui. With a wave of his arm he directed the pair's attention to them.
"Please, my wonderful assistants. Introduce yourselves to the audience. Tell us your names, your hopes and dreams and finally, a wish you would see fulfilled today."

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
"Ah, but it is exactly because I am human that I cannot understand." Alexander explained with an enigmatic smile, straightening his back and holding the bouquet with one hand while his other raised to gesture alongside his explanations.
"To be less is to be more, for one can breathe every day of their life without ever understanding how. It is a luxury that leaves one blind to the truth of the matter, a truth that is far easier for someone to which it does not come natural to realize. After all, no one thinks of the process more than an asthmatic struggling for air."
Instinct was the realm of emotion and in Alexander's opinion emotion was rarely rational. It was the everlasting curse and burden of mankind that the two sides of what it meant to be human, rationality and emotion, were so often at odds. A duality as fascinating as it was frustrating and one that rendered discerning an objective truth utterly impossible. With a wave of his hand Alexander almost seemed to brush the thought aside as he continued speaking.
"While the story is unlikely to be as old as many claim, the tale of Amaryllis and Alteo is one of single-minded passion and a yearning for love. Upon falling for Alteo, a man who claimed he would only fall in love with a girl who brought him a flower he had never seen before, Amaryllis sought out the Oracle of Delphi for aid. The Oracle told her she had to spill blood to earn his love and so she walked to his house each night and pierced her heart with a golden arrow, a symbol you may recognize from stories of Cupid, until finally on the dawn of the thirtieth day a crimson flower bloomed from where her blood had been spilled. Said flower," Alexander explained, "was named the Amaryllis in honor of her and earned her Alteo's love."
Taking a half step back Alexander raised his head to the sky, closed his eyes and took a deep breath as if trying to take in the story told through the air in which it hung. Opening them once more and looking Marlene in the eye he fixed her with an artificial smile that looked far more real than the one she had given him.
"That. Is art. The unrelenting pursuit of passions and patient perseverance resulting in the creation of something entirely new. Something perhaps even greater than what you originally set out to do, but I digress." He concluded before clearing his throat and taking a moment to collect himself.
"Understanding what it is to be human requires both clarity through looking at something from an outside perspective in order to see the results and understand that few actions taken, if any, are purely rational as well as empathy through standing in another's shoes and seeing what caused their actions. Above all it is knowing that no matter what one does every piece of information attained passes through the filter of one's own perception and as such to truly see the essence of man is impossible."
Letting out a thoughtful hum Alexander considered how to best provide an example. There were many he could use yet his audience this time was highly unlike the usual which meant usual explanations would not suffice. Snapping his fingers in realization he continued.
"Coffee," He stated confidently before offering an apologetic smile and explaining. "It is a wondrous creation that strains the water of life through the filter of the self. Yet while the result is inspired by the objective truth, the granulated coffee beans, it produces a far different product. Many would argue one greater than its origin."
Bringing the bouquet closer to his face he inhaled deeply before facing Marlene once more.
"Can you see the reason why Amaryllis flowers are gifted to artists?"

Dream World. What a fantastic stage. Alexander had spent days preparing the perfect set and finally his efforts could bear fruit. He flitted to and fro across the part of the Magic Show locale he'd been permitted to use, moving with such fervor it at times appeared he was in several places at the same time. In fact, there was even a kernel of truth to that.
While the time may have differed he very much was in several places, his quirk manifesting echos in various locations across the ornately patterned tiles. Patterns the man had rigorously memorized to ensure he remembered precisely where he had set up his preparations.
17F. A flurry of rose petals flew through the air to the amazement of a young girl standing in its midst. As the mirage faded into thin air once more Alexander offered a smile, a wink and wave. To perform had long been his passion yet to have the audience get involved in such a personal manner elevated it to the next level and added so many possibilities. 24O. A replica of Alexander wearing a mask of Thalia appeared in front of a couple, a half bow and a gesture directing them towards where the man himself stood.
With an dazzling smile Alexander crossed his arms behind his back, cleared his throat and addressed the crowd.
"Come one, come all. Welcome to the immersive theater, Lucid Dreams. Where only you can decide what fantastical displays shall occur. Step forth, ye brave and merry. Reveal what lays hidden."
With a sweep of his arm several mechanism triggered causing flags to unfurl and wave in the wind. Using his quirk to supplement the display a myriad of little lights manifested like fireflies in the sky.
"May I have some volunteers?"

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside
Shaking Marlene's hand the cold core he could feel within the falsified humanity resonated with him. Pinocchio. That was what Marlene reminded him of. The puppet who wished to be human above all else. Ah, what luck he had. To stumble upon such a tale in this modern day.
"The pleasure is all mine, Marlene." Alexander genially replied while accepting the bouquet. "My thanks, dear. Your gift and praise are highly appreciated."
With a thoughtful expression on his face he considered Marlene's question. He could give the same reply he gave anyone else. Yet it did not seem fitting. Pointless at best and an affront at worst. Not to mention the missed opportunity. The chance to guide one seeking what it is like to be human, the age old question exemplified by a girl that seemed to have stepped straight out of metaphors and stories.
"It is both simple and complex," He began before pausing just long enough to ensure he had her rapt attention. "By striving to understand the duality of man. To understand that I will never truly understand the essence of what it is to be human. It is said that the best method to learn empathy is to put oneself in another's shoes and there is truth to it in a way. Yet a mix of both empathy and clarity is needed."
Alexander paused for a moment, considering how to best word what he meant. Gazing down at the bouquet in his hands an idea came to mind.
"Have you heard of the tale of Amaryllis and Alteo?"

Inside every story made with pride, the architect lives on inside "Am I a good man?"
Alexander's arm was raised to the sky, his expression twisted into a torturous frown as he slowly lowered his hand to his chest and clutched it within the palm of his other hand.
"Am I a madman?"
His hands trembled and an illusion flicked across his face, briefly replacing his expression with one that was wide-eyed and had a rictus grin.
"It's such a fine line, between a good man and a..."
Alexander vanished from his place and instantly appeared next to it, a far more malicious look on his face than the tortured one he had before.
"...Do you really think that I would eeeever let you go? Do you think I'd ever set you free? If you do I'm sad to say, it simply isn't so. You will never get away from me~."
The original reappeared, haunted and forlorn. His arm swung as if to both punctuate his point and dissipate the apparition. As the conversation continued the two personas continued to replace one another.
"All that you are is a face in the mirror! I close my eyes and YOU disappear."
"I'm what you face when you're facing the mirror. Loooong as you live I will still be here."
"All that you are is the end of a nightmare. All that you are is a dying scream. After tonight I shall end this demon dreaaaaaaaaam!"
Alexander swept his arm out with every bit of his energy as he held the final note, eyes passing over the crowd as if to look each one in the eye as he spoke. All manner of faces looked his way, dozens if not hundreds paying rapt attention and hanging on to his every word. One in particular caught his attention, a pair of eyes with a quite literal gleam to it. He did not have time to dwell on the interesting personage for long, for the show must go on.
---
"A pleasure to make your acquaintance." Alexander said with a smile while extending his hand towards Marlene. The interesting face he'd seen in the crowd had come to him like it was destiny, the opening of a grand play bound to chase the world. Alexander only narrowly refrained from showing the excitement he felt deep inside, the scent of a story to come. It was rare that meeting with fans after a play led to such a result but it made all the other times worth it. "My name is Alexander Pierrot, may I ask for yours?"

Alexander tends to be manipulative and cautious. He rarely enters a fight unless he set the stage himself or believes the outcome would be far worse if he did not personally participate. Other people tend to be pawns to him to further whichever ‘plot’ or ‘story’ he is attempting to create or further. If he believes it to be to ‘the world's’ benefit Alexander has no quandaries allying with either side of a conflict, he is however smart enough to realise trust is needed to allow this to be possible and as such would not betray whichever side he pledged himself to. While he sees their purpose Alexander tends to dislike lies and refrains from lying unless absolutely necessary. Proper usage of the truth is that much more fun after all. Raised by an opera singer mother and a stage magician father he was aware of how perception could color the world yet despite his best attempts the very core, existence itself, remained lackluster. Where were the daredevils overcoming impossible odds and certain death; The plotters plotting diabolical schemes and cunning ruses; The opportunists using silver tongues and iron daggers to get closer to their goals? Where were those things that made stories such a joy to read? For years he wrestled with why the world could not be so despite it being one of both heroes and villains as well as technologies indistinguishable from sorcery. It was only on the day of his 18th birthday he finally came to a conclusion. What this world needed was a guide to steer it into a clearer path, a Muse to inspire the stories yet to be. So why not him? Consumed by his newfound purpose Alexander labored to create the foundations for his wish, nay, duty to existence itself. Stable employment that would yet allow him time to fulfill those needs. Tailoring to create the costumes the world would bid him to wear. Woodworking and engineering for the many masks and contraptions he would yet require. Martial arts and knife-wielding to ensure he’d live to see his responsibility through. Above all else however he focused on mastery of his quirk, limited though it may be he believed he may yet turn it into his greatest asset. So the years passed infuriatingly slowly yet immeasurably busy and when Alexander finally turned 21 he deemed himself ready to begin, to be The Muse this world required. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]ITEMS - Many Masks: Through woodworking and painting Alexander has created dozens of masks throughout the years to use, each tends to have its own symbolic meaning. - Combat Knife: The Muse has a combat knife he keeps hanging in a sheath below his belt over his backside in a mocking jest to himself. For when proper storytelling is not enough there is always… - Smart Phone: Can do whatever a smart phone can. - Pocket Watch: A golden pocket watch. - Notebook: A notebook with an attached pen small enough to fit in his coat’s inner pocket. Limit Breakers: 3 Available | 0/45 Used [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]EQUIPMENT EQUIPMENT NAME:EQUIPMENT RANK:EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER:EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION:[attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]QUIRK QUIRK NAME: Echo QUIRK RANK: C+ QUIRK TYPE: Emitter QUIRK DESCRIPTION:Echo has 2 uses, Personal Echo and External Echo. Personal Echo allows The Muse to show a visual and auditory illusion of an act he previously committed in the exact location he committed it and gives him the ability to recall said acts flawlessly when the opportunity occurs. The 'recollection' of the illusions are limited to himself and a small area around himself (Allowing him to 'echo' himself using a knife or other short tool but not an item such as a ten foot pole.), although they can be triggered remotely so long as The Muse has the location wholly his sight and is within several meters of the area he wishes to use his illusion on. This allows The Muse to employ a ‘pre-recorded’ monologue from a distance, use feints in combat provided said battle takes place in the exact location he predicted and he mimed said feints prior to the battle (or he reuses moves used earlier during the fight) or even create illusionary doubles to flee in different directions if he ran each such route in advance. External Echo allows him to ‘echo’ the past state of a location within his sight allowing for information gathering through ‘echoing’ conversations, showing scenes of the past or shrouding himself in semi-invisibility by ‘echoing’ the area around him when it was empty. ‘external echo’ would require intense focus allowing little action to occur during it other than talking or motion ingrained through muscle memory (walking, running, basic movement.) QUIRK DRAWBACKS:Echo has no physical substance and as such can easily be moved through. Since Alexander has practiced perfecting his illusions from certain angles he has unintentionally neglected others. As such his illusions tend to be less detailed from angles he did not expect them to be viewed from. Additionally, quick sideways movements can briefly show such a lack of detail for a skilled observer. Overusing Echo reduces the accuracy of which time The Muse attempts to echo, often resulting in the quirk failing to manifest. Extreme overuse can cause The Muse to experience recollections as hallucinations, blurring the line between reality and his ability to his senses.
