"You smell!" As she healed up, Flamemane would slap her on the shoulder and then point at Rui, "Get her, redhead! Execute her!" only to be dejected and pouting as she shouted and teared up, "Redhead?? don't run away! I gave you an order!!" The girls were basically screaming at each other at this point. "Hmph, I'll still beat you any way. I don't need the help of my best friend. She'll be MY driver now once I get rid of you...CRINKLY WRINKLY!"
"It's mine now. I'm a princess, so everything belongs to me!" She watched in horror as Rui stabbed her, and she shouted, "OW, why you- huh?" the pain went away instantly as she healed. This was a good quirk and wasted on a short dummy like her.
Mira would jump back reflexively as she healed. "Oh, I get it, you're just jealous cause you're an ugly, short kid! While I am the prettiest, best-looking princess!" a smug smirk plastered her face. "I bet boys and girls don't even like you because y-you're you're FLAT!" Front and Back. "But I'm the hottest there ever was, and I have no wrinkles!" She gripped her knife. "If you kneel and say sorry, I won't kill you, but you have to apologize because I'm a princess! I might let you be my prime minister then!"

Truthfully, she definitely couldn't kill Rui, especially now that she knew what her gross quirk did, but she had it, too, so she wasn't scared! Not even a little bit! Flamemane was just a good shield; that was all it was!!
"The Mummy, what kind of dumb name is that? Might as well call yourself the bummy because you have a butt for a face!" She stuck out her tongue more in defiance as she attempted to push Flamemane closer. "Get her new best friend! When I rule Japan I'll ban all prime ministers and ban everyone with an ass face. You'll be my SUPER primest minister! You can ditch this lame loser!" A person like Flamemane deserved better, someone who would give her candy as payment instead of blowing things up instead...maybe.
"Wrinkles?!?!" She puffed out her cheeks and stamped her feet against the ground hard. "I'm the most beautiful princess in the world! You look like an old turtle! A super old turtle!" a scathing insult, to be sure, and one that made perfect sense.
She didn't know what a bleeder was, and she didn't care. She backed away from Flamemane as she went down and circled around the two to avoid the knife. "How dare you hurt my new best friend! C'mon. GET UP, best friend!" Mira would smugly look down (about an inch) at Rui as her arm unfolded like bandages and wrapped around Flamemane, making her wound go away. "You lose stinky! I'm better, and now it's 2 on 1..." she noticed the pocket knife in the downed man's pocket. "3 on 1!!" she picked up the knife and then lunged at Rui, aiming to stab her in the head. "I'm Replicute the prettiest future empress of Japan! Prepare to die, bummy!" She would show her redheaded best friend, who was boss!

She arrived at the shop just in time to hear Jun asking about the IJN Kaga, and for Mira, this was good enough to take it from her by force! Clearly, she was another greedy commoner peasant dumb ugly buttface that just wanted all the money for themselves. Just in case, she'd approach the counter as Jun left. "I'm here for the IJ..thing she just got!!" she pointed accusingly at Jun, who was already outside. "I'm sorry, that was the last one, ma'am. I can-" Mira stamped her feet. "Useless! I'll do it myself." She'd slap the hand of the owner as he gestured for her to pick something else out, and she ran out; she'd figure out what quirk he had later, but for now, it was time to get what she earned. With all her hard work coming out here, she deserved it!
Swinging open the door, she'd shout, "HEY REDHEAD!" and she'd charge towards Jun. "Gimme that it's mine! You stole it from me! All the treasure belongs to me!" with a leap, she'd attempt to snatch the kit out of her hand, and if she was lucky, she'd swipe a new quirk to play with, and the dumb face on this girl would be worth seeing her get obliterated by her own quirk.

This time, Mira stepped forward, barely able to push through the wind coming towards them and shielding her face in the process. Some debris hit her in the face, getting it dirty, which just enhanced the emotion of irritation and entitlement she was feeling. It was the perfect fuel to go on the offensive.
"Okay, cannon go!!" She shouted, pointing the ring at the Owl. Instead of a cannon, however, what manifested was a neon pink minigun turret with cat ears on the barrel and a crown on the other end. "Okay, whatever- Fire!" There was always something surprising about the quirks, especially ones that fed off of the user's personality or emotional state, and this clearly ran entirely on Mira's unearned entitlement. A barrage of machine gun fire was sent in the direction of the owl, if this worked she'd go to the dragon next!

At that moment, she wanted nothing more than to leave. Let these commoners figure it out for themselves but...more money meant she was getting closer to rebuilding her lost torture. She was gonna ignore anyone, especially the stupid heroes who were always trying to get her in trouble!!
Then she spotted who she came to see - The Mummy. Using her 'Emotional Whiplash' she would shake out her arms and send out a few 'Red Pink' energy tendrils to latch onto the ceiling and pull herself towards the bat and her bestie . With a quick touch of Rui, she'd shout "I'm borrowing your stuff! Where's Redhair???" She was talking about Rui's henchwoman, Flamemane, but she spotted a redhead being carried by another person she didn't need to know about before Rui could elaborate. "Nevermind I got her!" She'd swing over, and when she got closer, she'd tap Jun on the face with her finger. "You owe me!! I won't charge your boss, but I'll be borrowing from you too!" Her voice trailed off as she began to fall towards the platform, now without Stellar's quirk.
She'd close her eyes as she hit the ground. This part was always so gross, and the crunch of her body on impact made her shiver. Mummy had a useful quirk, but how it worked was so nasty. She'd stand up, her limbs and neck-snapping back into place, and once she was sufficiently healed, it was back to the other place. Hopefully, no one got killed, or she'd have to steal the money The Gorgon owed her instead of getting it for helping! Still, she had managed to grab a good quirk instead of the turtle, and the over-the-top 35-carat ring that appeared on her finger was going to be more useful than she could have even hoped. Back through the portal to East!

"Never, you can't tell me what to do! Gimme all the candy!" As Rui shook, she broke out of Mira's grip, and Mira fell backward, landing on her butt with the gum she took going everywhere. "Look what you did; you ruined my dress!" It was just a scuff on the back, but in Mira's eyes, this was RUINED. Who did this brat think she was?
She'd grit her teeth and got back up "Huh??! You can't be the prime minister you dummy I'm gonna be the Empress of Japan and I'll ban all prime ministers for life!!" She looked over at Flamemane and held her hand out. "You! Get over here now! Arrest her!" She didn't realize that Flamemane worked for Rui but it didn't matter since everyone had to listen to her no matter what.
"If I'm 2000 years then you're 2 million! Prime Ministers are old farts who do nothing and should listen to royalty!" The knife didn't scare Mira but she did run over to Flamemane and pushed her towards Rui as a human shield (failing in the process with her lack of strength). At the same time, she picked up anything she could find and threw it at Rui's head as hard as she could. "You're such a coward! Hiding behind a knife, loser! ugly! stupid! short!" she'd stick out her tongue in defiance as she desperately tried to force Flamemane forward.

"Finally, that annoying stalker guy is gone!" she shouted out in frustration. She was supposed to have someone to do the work for her, not run around herself! It wasn't fair for a princess not to have a servant to do whatever she said. She was hungry for candy and was heading back to the candy shop when she turned the corner and saw the explosion.
Stamping her foot on the ground loudly with her face scrunched up in anger, "Who dares to do that to MY candy? I'll execute you! I can do whatever I want!" She ran forward and saw the old loser who was chasing her before, and with his focus on the people who blew up the candy store, she slapped him hard from behind with enough force to knock him to the ground. "You!" she stormed up to Rui and grabbed her horns, taking her quirk factor in the process and shaking her. "You owe me candy! I'm taking this!" She would start to grab as much gum as Rui was holding. "Go get me more. I'm royalty, so you have to listen to me!"

This works as each copied quirk counts for one of her two mechanical abilities, BUT if the quirk she's copying has multiple parts (Two Attributes, Two mechanical abilities, etc.) at the time of copying, she can only use one part of them of her choosing. If she wishes to switch that part, she would need to contact her target again after dumping her old quirk. Whenever Mira copies a quirk, she gains an intrinsic understanding of it, which for OOC purposes is the same as if she was reading the description, but this doesn't give her the nuance on how the copied quirker uses their quirk or any associated skills that compliment how they use it. The effects of the copied Quirks, save for those that physically change her body's structure, will remain active even if Mira switches out the associated Quirk. Ex. Water Generated by copying a Water-based quirk won't disappear when the quirk is swapped out/lost. She also can alter the flavor and aesthetics only of the quirks she copies. While this is largely intentional on her part, as the specifics of how the quirk is manifested in others are transplanted on her, it's usually something as simple as changing the colors or altering the aesthetic mutations to fit what she would prefer. However, it should be noted that Sometimes it ends up producing results that she personally finds "yucky". QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Mira cannot gain the intrinsic attribute boosts that exceed the cap on attribute boosts. This means she couldn't simultaneously gain Durability + Speed from Quirk 1 and Awareness + Strength from Quirk 2. If the quirk requires resources, she doesn't gain access to those resources by default. [Ex. If a prerequisite to use a quirk was that the person needed to drink a bunch of water in advance to use their quirk, she would need to do so as well] Without any quirks to Copy, Mira is effectively quirkless.
