"I mean yeah they were mean but I don't think they should die for that," Raven would try to justify, as much as her own thought processes could get dark and depraved she at least knew better to not act upon such thoughts. Raven was completely focused on Rui as she tried to start thinking of an exit plan, as the horned gal questions Raven's status of General Education. "Y-yeah, just general school studies. I'm not there to become a hero."
Before going on a tangent, she was pulled back to the proper conversation in regards to bringing Jun to Mummy. In exchange for her own safety, then Raven the cowardly lass was willing to throw Jun into a volcano if there wasn't any other way out. Nodding as she felt some relief with the knife being put away, with some odd feelings coming up with Rui patting her head and calling her a bestie.
She soon started to describe her appearance as being red haired, short, ugly dumb and stinky? Nodding along, Raven would mistakenly take Rui at her word right here, to which finding someone that short ugly and stinky with red hair should be easy.
Raven followed Rui's finger to the pillow, and soon grimaced upon maybe considering that Mummy's description was heavily biased. But again, she had nothing else to work with. And it's hard to take Rui at her word about her being super evil and mean, but she would have to admit, "Yes, but everyone does."
Having quite the low esteem about herself, Mummy would hop right on it and pretty much hammered in on those deficiencies that the Pink Haired gal saw in herself. Again now taking her word with big pinches of salt, she would meekly take Rui's hand. "K-kay?" Raven would soon attempt to take initiative by kicking the dropped and broken shelf underneath the nearest bed, and attempt to walk over to the shelf aisle to grab the same kind of shelf to buy.
And if no other issues happened, she'd try to steer the two of them towards the nearest register as she pulled out her wallet and credit card to pay for shelf.
All the while internally freaking out and hoping to find some out sooner than later, eyes bouncing from one person to another to see if anyone was even paying attention to the madness going on inside of this store. Even taking the risk in silently mouthing H-E-L-P M-E to the clerk, hoping he understood what she was indicating and not just goofing off on his phone like a hapless teenage wage slave...

Rui panicked the poor girl so much. All Raven wanted to do was not get involved with this nonsense, but it always finds her. She couldn't get her head calm enough to even think thanks to Rui bouncing from one extreme to the next, saying they were besties and then offering to kill her. Her head felt so empty that she didn't realize she stabbed herself slightly, and was already losing it. Rui took charge and went back on the killing threat, saying that it was a joke between besties.
But the bleeding and pain overrode any sensibilities, and soon found herself choked by the arm wrapping that soon encompassed her own forehead. The pain and injury would easily dissipate because of Rui's own quirk, and her voice completely disappeared upon being handled by Rui. Her eyes shook while focused on Rui's eyes, and listened to her demanding no screaming or cops or making a scene, or else she'd kill her family and friends.
Which was honestly a horrible threat as of now, as Raven, "B-but I don't have any friends right now and my parents are blind narcissists whose deaths would probably benefit the world," Jesus Christ Raven, you do not shut up when you are scared. But she continued listening to the girl who introduced herself as Mummy, and that she's a villain. She once again stated no screaming, and she took that threat seriously.

She was still shivering like a leaf, but she was slowly getting some senses about her own mental thinking back. And soon Raven realized she blathered way too damn much, especially about her going to UA. She nodded to affirm that she went to the Hero Academy, only to be asked if she knew Jun. "No, I'm a first year in General Education."
RAVEN. TOO MUCH INFORMATION. DEAR GOD. Raven cursed herself internally at the thought, as Mummy took time to consider something and proposed that either Raven rob the store OR she goes to UA to bring Jun to her. Blinking a couple times, glancing between the blade being offered to her and what her options were.
Robbing this store, even under duress, was social suicide. That would cost her the position she fought to get in at UA University, and she would have to go back to America. The other option would be finding this Jun person, and maybe seeing if she'd assist Raven out of this pit she dug herself in by accident. Or, worst case scenario, Raven exchanges her own life for this Jun person's.
"I-ii'll bring this June?" Raven chose, opting for her own personal security and future over whomever this Jun person was. "I don't n-n-need a boyfriend though. B-but who i-is this Jun and w-why are so mad. B-bes-b-be-Mummy?"

Great. Her first class ever and she got tricked into a gun class, AND everyone now thinks of her as a huge fat weenie who can't keep it together especially after that blood curdling scream. She felt herself shrink in the gaze of the students who were in abject shock that someone so cowardly, so pathetic actually signed up for this elective class. But here we are, and Raven is the object of everyone's ire.
Shivering in place and mumbling a portion of the answer out thanks to all of that gun nut training her strict parents. And because she couldn't help but partially answer, it got her picked on by the teacher. "You!" "ME!?" She practically squeaked out, finger pointing at herself as Lone Wolf confirmed that he was, indeed, picking her out of the crowd.
But instead of picking on her for being the class screw up, she was apparently ahead of these other students on this knowledge. She shook her head no, abjectly refusing with her hands waving from side to side as she did not want anything to do with this, but with him taking a seat and telling her to take a deep breath pretty much settled it. Frick.
Now forced into this position, Raven forced herself to take a deep breath as she was definitely going to probably make a fool of herself. Again
"TreatAllWeaponsAsIfTheyAreLoaded," Raven spoke all in one breath, suddenly lost all of that air, took a breath again and started speaking normally, "Keep the finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire. Always aim the gun in a safe direction. And be sure of what your target is and what's behind it." She was still shaking like a leaf, but at least she stopped sweating as bad as she was near the beginning of the class now that she was able to speak in a normal rhythm. Though as she looked at the table once again, she soon recognized the guns there and felt a tightness in her throat.
Both an innate curiosity to touch one, and a far more powerful fear overriding those kinds of curiosity that made her feel like she was suffocating. Especially whatever freakish monstrosity of a gun he was holding.

Having fallen backward and started sweating quite a bit, Raven was getting intimidated by this rather energetic horned gal. Talking about human bones in the pillows, which freaked the young woman out more and more. Raven hoped that this was some out of season Halloween or April Fool's joke, and went on to try and play along to hopefully get this girl to leave her alone. With her answer of a pillow, Rui would toss it down to the ground and began stabbing.
"AAYAYAYAYYAAAA!" Raven reached out only slightly, watching the massacre of this fluffy cushion occur. Feathers and stuffing flew everywhere much to the Pink haired girl's shock, finding only the slightest relief that there weren't any human bones. "Yup, nobone. Good,nobones,that'ssogoodnobones. Thanksforthesocialexperimentimustgonow-" Raven tried to speed run trying to get the hell away, only for the knife wielding weirdo to beckon her over.
In fear of finding herself becoming the next pillow, Raven tried to get up to leave... Only to find herself frozen in fear long enough for the horny gal to just close the distance. And then the cold feeling of a knife in her hands. "Wha-" Raven questioned, only for Rui to offer up Raven to attempt robbing the store. "WHAT!?" Raven quacked out as her eyes were practically shaking out of their sockets, to which Rui only offered Raven to keep all the money. She just wanted to see how her bestie fights.
"I-i-i just wanted to get a shelf, I i ain't doin this-" Raven would try to gesticulate, hands moving with the knife in her hand as she tried to deny the offer of doing a robbery, "Th-this was a f-f-f-fun social epxeriment, but I gotta go back to UA an-" In all of the gesticulating and hand movements, the knife in her hand would find itself lodging right into her right bicep.
"H u h," Raven looked at the new stab wound she gave herself. The fear causing her brain to just shut off and not even register the pain for the first couple moments, until red started staining her clothes. Raven fell backward screamed bloody murder, saying, "OH GOD I'M GOONNAA DIE! I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A BOYFRIEND OR A SUCCESFFUL CAREER OR A GOOD HOME OR EVEN A SHELF! OH GOOOOOOD! NOOOOO!"
All over an inch-deep knife wound in her bicep that, thankfully, didn't even pierce a vein or artery. Man, Rui's newest bestie was probably the most pathetic.

Raven took a good time looking at some bookshelves that she could potentially mount on some walls, having even picked one up and carrying it underneath her armpit. Soon she drifted towards the desk section to see if the ones here were better than the ones at UA University, along with a potential desk chair. Soon she found herself drifting towards the beds, not as interested since the prices were outrageous!
Turning the corner to walk down towards to a different section, she was soon headed off by some horned gal shoving something big and white in her face.
"AAGHAHGHAHAAAWAAWAAYAAAA!" Raven burst out in shock, tripping backwards as the mountable shelf she took fell out of her grasp and clattered to the ground. The sound of snapping wood could be heard within its container. Poor, poor Raven weakly reached a hand towards it, faintly uttering out in grief, "M... Muh sh-... shelf..."
Her heart sank as she turned to look up at Rui who continued shoving the pillow in her face, Raven wanting to shout for compensation for the shelf she would more than likely have to pay for due to 'break it, you buy it.' However Rui took over this conversation with a question of "HUMAN BONES!?" Blurting out this parroting in abject horror, the girl began sweating on the spot out of fear.
Shelled ammunition would begin to slip through her pores, the dud bullets clattering on the tile path floor of this store as Rui continued playing this game. Taunting, pushing Raven into answering this question and not allowing her any recourse. Raven probably would've ran away in fear if it wasn't for her being scared witless onto her bum.
"Erm... Umnmm..." Raven's voice meekly squeaked out as she shivered on the ground, trying to find her voice, "I h... Hope tha-that is a pillow... I-it isn't Hallowee-ween season anymore..." Trying to answer that, Raven's eyes started to dart from side to side, trying to find her exit plan out of this uncomfortable situation.

It was quite a liberating feeling. Living in Tokyo, Japan; something Raven had spent the majority of her high school life working towards to get the hell away from her own parents. Far away from her controlling, judgmental parents; far away from the bullies that caused her anxieties to skyrocket; far away from the gun violence that had her being a little targeted due to being 'free ammunition' with her quirk. In a country with heavy gun restrictions, the highest rates of Professional Heroes in a society, and all on her lonesome.
That last bit was a little terrifying, but it was the the smallest cost compared to what she had to endure up until now.
Hence why she took one of her first days off of UA University to head to the nearby mall. After all she was sorely lacking in personal proclivities, and looking at furniture online just didn't feel right. Well, actually it did, but the bookshelf she ordered took up more space than her current bed in the dormitory. So, that was a problem needing fixing.
She already pawned the bookshelf to a different General Education student, but she needed a much more compact bookshelf, some new clothes, and who else knew what she needed. Cutting through the mall in her usual pink garments into the furniture store. Spending time looking at everything was a nice, calming way to spend time.
Almost nothing could ruin this feeling!

How? Raven was only here for a single day, and was already scoped out by other Gen Ed students as an easy target for teasing and bullying. Maybe it was the timid appearance, maybe it was her averse personality, maybe it was her giving money to someone who made a big deal out of bumping into them... Actually, yeah, it was probably that last one. But somewhere along the way, one of them had a cruel idea to sign her up for one of Lone Wolf's opt in classes.
That was a rude awakening to learn she had a surprise class, from a 'Lone Wolf.' She didn't know his reputation, but her classmates did. So as she left her dormitory, she wore the pain UAU uniform expecting a simple class. Just following the directions on her phone and-
Why? Why was she at the training grounds? Was the class at the ampithe- WHY ARE THERE GUNS!? She felt her heart jump up to the bottom of her throat, as she internally panicked. After all, part of the reason WHY she left the United States was because of the gun violence in the area she grew up in, because her parents were penny-pinching jerks who couldn't give two hoots about their daughter's well-being.
She seemed stuck, frozen in place as she had to at least attend this class. Just attend this one, and then she can run back to the safety of History class.
The sound of gunfire then echoed from the Ampitheater. She froze on the spot, hands up in the air as she screamed bloody frickin' murder.
Even screaming still as Lone Wolf declared that most of the students were dead. Still screaming as he explained how some have good senses about them, with her voice finally giving out with some lightheadedness.
Blinking a little as her heart was racing too dang much this early in the morning, she would find herself in the crosshairs of a question concerning the rules of gun safety. Of course she knew, she was expected to know as such thanks to her parent's drilling it in her head despite not wanting anything to do with guns thanks to her quirk.
"Treat all... Finger... Trigger... Safe... Know target..." Raven mumbled, practically choking over her words trying to get them out. Forcing herself to go through with this as she started to sweat profusely, and quite noticeably anyone paying attention to her would see bullets of various calibur were being pushed out through her sweat pores. The metallic shells clinking and clanking against her skin, clothing, and then on the ground as they were all verifiably dud bullets.
Having been trained to unconsciously sweat duds unless she needed to, all thanks to her therapist back in the States giving her training exercises to not accidentally sweat live rounds....

Normally, Raven is a rather meek, timid person. She doesn't have a lot of high aspirations for herself, after all who could like a loser like herself. With such low self esteem, she keeps to herself and aims for goals that she knows she could achieve with enough effort. Even then, she doesn't really have plans for herself as a lot of the plans of her life have been laid out before her through her family, her peers, and anyone in a higher position than her. As such she spends most of her time living quietly, opting to not step on anyone's toes and let others live their own lives as long as she was able to be safe. And even then, at the first sight of conflict she'll shrink up and shrivel and fear, where in her normal state it would take an act of god to have her act in aggression. Whilst holding a gun and her quirk activating its Bullet Time mutation, her entire personality takes a complete 180 as she becomes quite driven, brash, and assertive. Letting loose her filter and sharing what she really feels about others without any care for recourse, and also going after what she really likes. Even developing a passion towards stopping A'holes from stomping on other people's freedoms, imposing her will in order to stop jerks and bullies. Heck, as long as she has a gun in hand, she would 100% try to pick fight with god himself. She doesn't really work out all that often and has average muscle mass. Raven at any given moment is probably sweating in some fashion. If she's not being forced into an outfit for other people's enjoyment or fashion sensibilities, then she opts for comfortable clothing [usually in pink because that's the wardrobe her parents bought her]. Whilst holding a gun, Raven's body undergoes its 'BULLET TIME' mutation to better suit wielding a gun properly, with her muscle mass condensing a considerable amount. Hair becomes a cyan blue with her skin turning pale grayish blue, with eyes changing in tone to almost seem like it glows red and neon yellow-green. While in Bullet Time Raven modesty and shame goes out the window, so she's game to wear whatever thing she dang well pleases for comfort or to look good or to stick it to someone. [attr="class","body"] [attr="class","header2"]HISTORY Raven did not grow up in a safe environment. For the majority of her life she found herself being raised in the shadiest parts of New York, where her family worked themselves to the bone to make as much money as possible. They didn't really need to live in the shady neighborhoods as her mom and dad made plenty of money working in Heroic Finances, but because they wanted to penny pinch as much as possible they didn't mind working in the shady area. Well, Raven did mind, but any time she spoke up about the area around her she was just ignored, met with scorn, or was given a lecture on how good of a life she had. They weren't wrong, as Raven got almost anything she wanted in being sent to private schooling, was able to study and enjoy whatever she liked in school, had access to whatever latest fads tickled Raven's fancy; but she was truly alone as she couldn't relate to the kids going to the same school as her due to being so sheltered, and her parents didn't really cultivate a healthy environment to grow in. But as this was all she knew, she bottled up these rebellious, resentful feelings deep in her heart and just went with the flow. Hiding her true self from her parents, from her classmates, from her teachers, to even the few people she hung out with in order to have protection from some of the scarier students in her school. Biting her lip and biding her time, as she had a bit of an exit plan from all of this. Her parents were greedy with money, but they did disclose that a huge part of it was saving money to help fund travelling over to Japan in order to apply to UA University. They believed Raven could excel in the hero course since she, in their opinion, hit the Quirk Jackpot with a wonderful quirk to produce bullets. That wasn't Raven's exit plan, because there was no way she was putting herself in harm's way. Her exit plan was to learn at UA University's General Education course, get herself a cushy job like her parents in Heroic Financing and Business, and live her life in complete safety. And thus when it was time to take the exam, her first attempt she bombed the test a bit too hard and failed getting entry. Thaaaaat irritated her parents quite a bit, because they were so sure of Raven's abilities. Cursing herself for this oversight, she had to endure a year's worth of training from the best personal trainer's her parents' money could buy. This time around she took a different path to getting accepted, where she would ace the written portion and made blunders during the practical exam. Shooting for being on the 'back ups' of the Hero Course, without having any real aspiration to actually join the hero course. This time she succeeded, got into the General Education course, and lied to her parents about doing her very very very very best to get into the Hero Course. So they bought her tickets to Japan and covered her full tuition to UA University, and as long as Raven didn't make any waves then she'd be set on a safe future.
