A HEART, EMBARK, A BEAUTIFUL STAR SO FAR IT FEELS AMAZING! He is not lost. Not yet. It may look as though the opposite is true, given how Pallas is wandering from building to building and training-field to training-field, but he is not lost. He knows exactly where he is: He is on U.A's campus, and his steps are shaking the ground. Electricity arcs from one horn to the other, back and forth an infinite number of times between every step.
The university, he's learned, is insanely well built. Thus far, he's seen buildings devoted to every division, he's seen the cafeteria, he's seen the training fields, and he's seen the dormitories (and has grown all the more thankful that he has an apartment off-campus), and yet it still feels as though there's more to discover. There's got to be something around one corner or another that he hasn't seen. A building he hasn't entered. A training field he hasn't bounded across, provided it wasn't already in use.
He received a tour shortly after being accepted, as he's sure many did, but in blunt honesty... well, he didn't really pay attention to it. The tour guide seemed lovely, as did the people he walked with, but it was just so boring. Yes, yes, here is the history of this building and that building, and that is where you'll eat in case you couldn't tell, and there's the training field in case you somehow confused it for anything else!
So, here he is. Wandering around without a care, as intrigued by every passing person as he is by every building on the horizon. He's stopped and had a few conversations with a few people here and there, either asking what a building is or seeing how their day was if they looked a bit down, and it's been a while since he's done that now...
... And like fate itself, an answer to his little request is given! Maybe not in the way he anticipated, though.
He rounds a corner, and something smacks into him. It's not enough to knock him over, but it is enough to immediately snap his attention to the person with concern; if his size wasn't already an issue, he knows he's excited, which means there might've been a bit of a shock there too!
"Sorry! Are you still alive?"

Fifteen years. That was how long UAU's streak was so far in being the #1 hero institution in Japan. It had been regaled as the best place to receive your hero education, with a highly competitive application process to ensure only the elite had the privilege of getting enrolled. Learning there was the dream for so many people. Walking through its halls was living that dream. For the first week or so. Once the excitement died down, being in the university had been pretty... meh. Though Elijah supposed that once you're inside the walls, you go through the same motions as if you were in any other institute. Even the crisis simulations became standard fare eventually. The freshman was "living the dream" as it were, having finished classes for the day so he was going to his dorm to relax before he had to study. It was ordinary. Usual. If it weren't for the behemoth he bumped into. Elijah was on the ground before he even knew what hit him, the suddenness of the encounter preventing him from preparing himself for the collision. The electricity was unexpected too; his body tensing at the static that overtook him. He would've thought someone infiltrated the building had he not heard the voice high above him. They were apologizing. Which meant this was an accident. He looked up at the stranger from his spot on the floor, his face passive save for the occasional twitch of his brow as he gave the correct answer in this situation. "No."PALLAS!

A HEART, EMBARK, A BEAUTIFUL STAR SO FAR IT FEELS AMAZING! See, one might think that he has the common sense to understand sarcasm, and they're right! He does! But he's also Pallas, king of becoming worried ought to hell about other people regardless as to if they're being sarcastic or not. His heart is too big for his chest, and when it beats with worry it can rival a war drum. The fact that the person says no to his question is enough to set off that very feeling as Pallas swiftly leans down, imposing stature lowering to try and examine the stranger with genuine worry in his eyes.
"Oh, jeez. I'm sorry! I'm sorry. Are you a ghost possessing this body, then? Is that rude to ask? I'm sorry if so. I'm not used to working with ghosts. My father is, though, I think!" He blurts, raising his hands and rubbing his palms together. He's heard about a tale from his father, about one of their ancestors. Someone somewhere died on a battlefield, and his ancestor brought them back with a swift jolt to the heart! Well, maybe they weren't dead-dead. Maybe they were just passed out, and his ancestor wanted them to no longer be passed out, but the greater context of that story is thrown to the side in favor of pure concern.
"I can shock the heart back into rhythm, if you want." He offers, though his voice carries none of the usual confidence. "Or I can carry you to the nurse? No offense, but you look really light, and I'm really strong! And fast. I'm sure if I sprint, I could get your body to the infirmary before your spirit goes away." His hands fidget now, unsure as to if he should try and shock someone who is definitely still alive, or if he should try to pick them up. And to add fuel to the fire, his hair is starting to stand up not from positive excitement, but from the adrenaline of his worry.
In a world full of Quirks, perhaps it seems ridiculous that Pallas would really believe the other about being dead. A student at the University ought to know better, right? Well, one must also remember Pallas's origin: Raised in the country on tales of myths and monsters, in a family who knows old legends of spirits just as well as they do modern tales of Quirks acting in unforeseen ways.
"I'm really sorry." Pallas says, looking to the person's face. "I didn't mean to bump into you and kill you. It's okay if you want to haunt me as payback."

Elijah watched with furrowed brows as the person kept apologizing, rambling about ghosts and defibrillations and infirmaries. Panicked thoughts about etiquette when it came to the supernatural. Questions about ways to bring him back to life. As their hair stood on end with static, Elijah realized they actually believed they killed him. Simply by bumping into him in the middle of a hallway. One word popped up in his own head when it came to the stranger. Gullible. Very, very gullible. That was three words but he digressed. He really should get this person to stop talking. Elijah raised a metal hand to poke the titan in the forehead. Then, if they allow the motion - because he's not strong enough to shove them off him - he would push their forehead back so they were no longer right up at his face. He'd continue this until he had enough space to sit up, keeping eye contact with the behemoth throughout the interaction. Only when he was satisfied with the distance between them did he remove his hand from their head. "I'm not actually dead. Nor do I need to be brought to the infirmary." The fallen student crossed his arms, impassive eyes boring into the stranger despite his place on the floor. "Shocking me enough to restart a heart when I'm already alive would kill me." Would it? He wasn't sure but that conclusion seemed plausible enough for him to belief it. PALLAS!
