Ravindra is one of the most morally bankrupt people you could ever imagine. He’s a villain whose politeness is an act that only serves to enhance the venom he spews. Unlike others, whose niceness is genuine despite their malice, Ravindra has adopted this pleasant persona yet is still genuinely irredeemably cruel. He lacks a villainous demeanor, yet he is truly, wholly, and unrepentantly evil regardless.
Don’t get it twisted Ravindra is not chaotic; instead, just calculating in nature. Even if he is not actively planning on harming someone or committing a heinous act, it is never truly off the table. The only people who are truly able to garner even an ounce of genuine respect and care from him are those who are honest about who they are and what they want out of life. Everyone else is pure trash in his eyes, not even worth putting them out of their misery.
He is completely unshakeable in the face of danger and unafraid to get his hands dirty when it comes down to it; he is rarely the aggressor, usually taunting those into making the first move as to not ‘cast the first stone’ which generally ends up with those who fall for it losing their cool and their head in the process. He masks this nonaggression by playing up his religious, cultlike organization as if it is the will of others when, in reality, he doesn’t follow any sort of code but his own.
At heart, Ravindra is utterly soulless, but he masks it with a pleasant, polite, "normal" attitude; perhaps its because he has social standards to live up to or because his pleasantness reflects their sheer enjoyment of evil. Either way, to avoid his malice is not as difficult as it seems; just don’t try to interfere with his plans or attack him. A villain without pride or ego is truly dangerous combination.
Oh, if you ever see him not smiling. Run as fast and as far as you can. Seriously.

In essence, it is the power of the revolution where celestial bodies go around in an orbit or elliptical course but on a smaller scale. Ravindra can assign objects he can touch or himself with an orbit which manifests a thin silver wisp around the target. The orbital aura gets more visible the larger the circumference is, with this visibility being maxed out at the maximum range possible.
Ravindra directly controls this orbital force, and he can increase or reduce it at will, with the maximum pull he can produce equal to the strength of the rank of his quirk. This force revolves around whatever Ravindra has assigned as the ‘planet.’ Currently, he can create at least three rings in total simultaneously. He also has the freedom to switch the rotational direction of his orbit whenever it's needed and can have each ring's rotation go in opposing directions. By using this orbit, Ravindra can do things such as create spiraling shields either out of debris of centrifugal force, create a vacuum by rotating objects fast enough to pull the air out of a small area, hurl items by capturing them in the pull of his orbit and then releasing them at the right angle, induce explosions by overlapping objects of the same density and size on different trajectories that overlap, or even manipulate his position in space by pulling himself into the orbit of whatever thing it is assigned to. It should also be noted that orbits move with the attached object, whether that's a fixed object or something that can move freely or otherwise. However, the ability to shrink or expand his orbit can only be done with things he had direct contact with; once they leave his grasp, they default to whatever state they were in from the last adjustment.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: The orbital fields can be penetrated with enough force.
Someone significantly strong enough could resist or outright ignore the push/pull forces.
Additionally, the revolutions of orbit can change angle or location, but there are only two possible directions the person or object can go. This makes the trajectory rather predictable for those astute enough to realize it.
