General Appearance: Shinto Takeda is a tall man, usually towering over most of his peers, though this isn't always the case. His skin has been kissed deeply by the sun, left a beautiful bronze color. In stark, yet stunning, contrast to his skin rests a set of bright blonde hair atop his head. A piercing golden gaze can be seen beneath the strands of his hair, black markings similar to lightning streaking from his eyes, towards his temples, and then towards the back of his neck. While many think these are makeup, or clan markings, these are simply tattoos that Shinto got because he thought they looked cool. His figure is extremely well cut, though he is more in the lean muscle than bulky muscle category.
While dressed as the hero known as Exchange, Shinto adopts a simple cloak on his upper body with a clip disguised as a giant blue gem holding it close; leaving his chiseled body fully exposed beneath. A pair of fingerless gloves cover his hands, going up to his elbows with dark gold markings along the outside of their black fabric and small blue gems on the back of their hands. On his lower body is a pair of black gi pants, allowing maximum mobility for himself during combat. Finally a part of boots finishes the outfit, gold trim on them and small blue gems on their heels.
While not wearing his UA uniform, or his hero outfit, the man favors loose fitting dress shirts and slacks. Despite his loud and playful personality, his upbringing has made him more comfortable in nicer clothing than anything else.

His older siblings, consisting of his eldest brother and two older sisters, followed in the tracks of their parents; becoming powerful business people in the wake of their parents. It should be noted that his parents both had quirks, but had done nothing to further their abilities. The same could be said about his older siblings. Shinto was the first of their children to find a deep fascination with heroes, not wanting to have a boring office job but to save people with a smile! Despite the initial shock that this gave his parents, they did nothing to deter their son from pursuing this dream. Shinto was gifted action figures and comics as a young child, allowing his love for heroes and what they did to turn into a passionate fire. They even enlisted him in several courses that could help him learn how to control his quirk better.
Growing up, while Shinto's family was extremely loving, there was no denying the role that his friends played in his growth as well. He met two boys around the same age as him, one by the name of Ningyo Nanpa, the other being Toshiyuki Hayato. These three boys would grow an unbreakable bond, swearing to become great heroes together who would protect others from harm! They had their own reasons for wanting to grow but there was no denying their friendship, the three of them practicing how to use their quirks in their free time as they grew older.
As the years continued, Shinto would eventually have three younger siblings born into the world before his parents had decided their family had gotten large enough. Shinto's grade in school were entirely average, except when it came to the physical aspects. When he finally turned 18 years old, there was no where else that he wanted to go except for UA! With his best friends, Ningyo and Toshiyuki, he was excited to start his new life path with the two of them at his side. His time at the university has been amazing since then, now coming into the second half of his second year at the school. Of course, applying too much weight can cause damage and so it comes with careful planning; though his own body is capable of handling inhuman levels of weight. The two objects switching weights cannot be too great, like swapping a feather and a firetruck.
Example; Shinto is able to touch a truck and a baseball, swapping their weight so he can easily throw the truck towards his target. At the last second, he releases his quirk so the truck gains its original weight to crash down on the target.
