Shinto Takeda had always wanted to be a hero from an extremely young age, even though neither of his parents had been heroes themselves. They were both respected in their fields, his mother was an impressive surgeon while his father was her personal nurse. His family had always been supportive of his goals, his older siblings encouraging him as the first in the family to aspire to become a hero for the people while his younger siblings tended to idolize him for it. His path set him on a course in life that he would forever be grateful for, because not only did he get to benefit from a caring family but he had made his own family along the way! Of course, it hadn't started out that way. When he was much younger, there had been another boy that had approached him with the idea to become friends and there was no way he was going to turn him down! Finding out that Toshi-kun was driven to do better in life than what he came from, to get his name in flashing lights, was something that Shinto always admired about the man. Sometimes he wished he could be more like his friend, wanting more for himself in life but how can you beat the satisfaction of helping others? Toshi-kun is like another brother to Shinto, someone that the large man could confide in and always count on for company on a rainy day. The same could be said about Keibo, a young spitfire who kept the blonde-haired man on his toes. Her ambition and drive is something that Shinto only hopes he can replicate in his daily life. The dedication to her training, constantly challenging him to spars and reminding him that strength isn't everything. She was his angsty sister who didn't let the trials of the world stop her! With such positive influences in his life, it was hard for the man not to always be positive!

The day for Shinto had started a little bit later, having taken a day to finally sleep in and give his body a rest. That rest, however, didn't last long once he had woken up. Keibo's family had done most of the heavy lifting when it came to taking care of their penthouse apartment fees, which meant that he had to do something to show that he appreciated that fact. This usually took form in doing most of the cooking and cleaning, though he turned this into a challenge for himself. The tan man would time himself on how quickly, and effiently, he could perform these chores. Already the home had been clean in just under two hours, the kitchen being the last focus as the man had began to cook food. Chopping veggies, seasoning meats, cleaning the rice, and all the beautiful things to make a delicious lunch for the three of them. As the curry came to settle, the house being filled with an intoxicating aroma, the man would pour three tall glasses of freshly squeezed lemonade. Carrying them onto the tray, Shinto would move into the other room just as Kei-chan made her comment to Toshi-kun that caused a small chuckle to be stifled, "That is definitely one way to increase your stamina."

Shinto stood as the tallest in the trio easily, currently wearing a pair of black training gi on his lower body with a pink apron over his chiseled upper body that read 'World's Biggest Brother' on it, which had been a gag gift from his younger siblings that he wore proudly. His blonde hair was held back by a tied bandana to match. Casually would he walk over to Keibo as she worked out, "Take a second, just because your quirk lets you push yourself doesn't mean you shouldn't take a break." As he offered this piece of advice, it would also come with an offer of lemonade to her. If she did not stop, he would instead place it on a table nearby for when she would be ready for it. After that he would slide over to the balcony before giving a teasing whistle, "Hot damn Toshi-kun, looking good as always." Shinto would then perform the same action of offering a drink to Toshi, or placing it nearby for later. With only one drink left, one way or another, he would move to take the last one into his hand while tucking the tray under arm. In a single go nearly half the glass of lemonade would be gone, followed by a loud sigh of relief, "What an amazing day so far!"
