Iphigenia is described as a very dependable and measured person. She prides herself on problem-solving and being able to support those around her to an infallible degree. Naturally, this comes with a bit of stubbornness since she has a hard time accepting she might be wrong but her intent is always one for the betterment of those around her.
Filled with compassion for others which is only slightly overshadowed by her inquisitive nature. She is always interested in how and why things/people work the way they do with a particular interest in investigative work even from a young age. She excels at finding solutions to practical problems but this doesn't mean she disregards being emotionally supportive and social.
She is much more measured than she was years prior, taking an approach to most situations with an approach of 'assess first and then act'. Even with this newfound outlook, there is definitely still a fire behind her eyes from when she was a leap-first type of person. Given the right circumstances, she can be just as reckless as she was in the past but ONLY in situations where no one will get hurt.
Due to the removal of her quirk 'High Spec,' Iphi has gotten a lot more expressive. She's jovial, chatty, and a LOT more daring. The traits that she had suppressed largely through logic have come to light. Without constantly fighting against her brain's logic center, she has fully embraced a leap-first attitude. While still maintaining her morals and drive to protect as a Pro Hero, she is much happier being able to throw herself headfirst into danger and let the others worry about the details for once.

By conventional standards, Iphigenia would be considered a fairly attractive woman. She has light red hair tied which is primarily tied into a single long braid and has eye-length bangs with two longer side bangs that frame her face. Not having much of a desire to join the hero world initially, Iphi didn't really focus on anything related to her quirk. Being a mutation she had some natural benefits that helped her exceed in school, particularly her eidetic memory. This in turn made Iphi a bit of a punk as all she needed to do was look at her textbooks once and she would gain perfect marks which left her with a lot of free time. One of her favorite things to do in her free time was to watch crime shows finding the mystery the most appealing part of them.
When Iphi eventually graduated High School her family was approached by a recruiter from UAU who was thoroughly impressed with her perfect marks and her quirk being registered publically meant that they were very aware of how she was able to do so. UAU didn't really seem like something she was interested in, but she was convinced by her parents to go given that it was a fairly prestigious school. As a result, she shares the honor with a small number of students for getting in through recommendations instead of the normal entrance exam. Of course, this meant she needed to move away from home but Iphi shared a pinky promise with her little sister that they would talk to each every day no matter how tough things got.
It was at UAU she met her future coworker Amane in the hero course who she became fast friends with continuing to this day. Compared to other students in the hero course she didn't have a quirk that was able to give her any sort of supernatural advantage such as being able to generate fire or fly. What she did have was an excessive amount of brain processing power and used that to her own advantage to learn as much as she could during her time at the school.
At graduation, she joined an agency named 'Ouros' after the hero who ran it. For a few years, she went into the field frequently learning how to properly fight and became slightly reckless in the process trying to make up for her lack of an offensive quirk. This all came to a head one fateful day when she was overwhelmed by a villain group and Ouros came to her rescue losing their life in the process. The following caused the other senior members of Ouros to leave which left the agency in a bad way. Both Iphi and Amane being the only ones left had agreed to refocus on being an agency focusing on investigative work.

QUIRK DESCRIPTION: Blackwhip grants the user the ability to produce energy tendrils from any part of their body and command them at will. While these tendrils would normally be black in coloration with a glowing light teal outline in the case of Iphi this has manifested as gold in coloration with a glowing pink outline. This Quirk appears to be powered by emotions, primarily anger, meaning the greater the anger, the stronger the Quirk becomes up to limit defined by what is expected of the quirk rank.
Blackwhip is primarily utilized for mid-air maneuverability by extending the energy tendrils towards fixed objects in space and pulling/swinging the user along or towards them and enemy binding by using the tendrils to grab hold of them or objects created by them.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Since its power is linked to the user's emotions, Blackwhip can be difficult for the user to control as if not entirely in control of their emotions, the user runs the risk of losing control of Blackwhip.

By charging the gem through the power source on the dorsal side of the device, it can interact with air molecules by creating a solid hexagonal shield. The shield has flexible properties, inspired by Sebastian's quirk, which aids in its durability by giving some leeway from incoming strikes before snapping back.
Using the research gained from Kei’s quirk, she can duplicate this hexagonal shield to create a larger area of coverage or even a large wall by either rotating her hand in a circle to make a limited area shield or pressing into the initially created shield, which causes it to duplicate outwards in every direction.
