Internally he is a selfish individual that wants to see the world burn. He is a man of science that wants to create the ultimate bio weapon that causes the next chaos. Externally, He wants peace for all animals. Which is why he prefers to experiment on human subjects and not animals. If he could bring the world to its knees to have the animals take over the landscapes instead of the humans he would very much prefer it. But he knows that he would need to do years of study and research in order to get the animals to start acting like how human act on a day to day bases with conversation.

What drives him towards his ultimate goal was simple. He grew up around cats and raised them at such a young age. When the neighborhood kids tortured his pets and ultimately did the unforgivable he started to hate the human race as a whole and vowed to get revenge on the entire population.
Yangcong has been a scientist for many years in Tokyo. Went into the medical field section of the UA schooling when he was much younger and developed his skills very well over the years. He grew up to two parents who were Heroes and had later passed away. After schooling, he decided to enter the science field rather than being a hero. One day he was working at the Tokyo research buildings during his youth and a large explosion had occurred with the heroes and villains and he was caught in the explosion. It left scars all over his body and some on his face. He truly hated the world after that and decided to quit his job in the city. Decided to steal all of the equipment and funding that was given to him. He went into hiding for decades and is considered MIA ever since. He recently began to come out of hiding after years of working his research which is to create a bio weapon to get rid of the human population. He had decided to work with the LEGION group to further his agenda.
