A bundle of footsteps could be heard, not one or two, but ten of them all were walking in unison. Whatever meeting this was.... Dr Yangcong was already a step ahead of the game. Walking with his lab coat on, his hands in his pocket, and his nine other npc scientist that came walking behind him. Two of them carrying a large size crate, while the other seven was pushing a transparent vat that was on wheels right behind him. The massive size vat contained not a liquid, but a bio humanoid person inside of it. After months of working on it, this plant creature inside was 7'0ft, 200lbs and in a deep sleep. While Yangcong made his way to the center of the meeting, he spoke up to everyone as his left hand firmly placed his glasses in the center of his face. "I don't know what this meeting is about. But I would like to introduce to you all. Alcanium X."The two scientist behind him, setting the crate down and opening it, showing a stack of bomb looking vials that has green toxic liquid inside of it with the symbols 'AX' on the vials engraved. One of those scientist lifting up one of the vials for all to see. Yangcong continued to speak as the scientist was presenting the vial. "This chemical weapon can burn through concrete, metal, and flesh. If used correctly, one could even force the heroes to surrender if hostages are taken. Now behind me in that vat you see before you. Is the first generation of the 'AX' project Alpha. He is currently inactive right now but given a few weeks. I can mass produce them into aiding us in whatever needs to get done. So what's the plan and who is running this meeting? Hm.....?"Yangcong fixing his glasses in place with his left hand again. |

The beautiful nightlife of the Shinjuku district was booming. Part goers were having the time of their live, traffic was busy as usual, and it seemed to be just another night. An abandoned building located just at the west end of the city, filled with nothing but dust and cobwebs. An elevator within the building that still works and is powered on, leads down into the basement where Dr Yangcong is at. Steel vats surround his underground laboratory, green liquid that he calls "Alcanium X", is a powerful toxic that requires people in the room to wear a gas mask. Without one, the individual will faint or worse. While he creates this liquid and stores his creation in bomb looking vials labeled "AX", he stores them in proper crate boxes ready to ship them out. After he's done with his work, he steps out of the room and removes his gas mask, breathing in clean air again even though his mask already provides oxygen. He calms himself before placing both his hands in his lab coat pockets and proceeds to head over to the elevator. As he steps into the elevator, he presses to the surface floor and waits to arrive.

Internally he is a selfish individual that wants to see the world burn. He is a man of science that wants to create the ultimate bio weapon that causes the next chaos. Externally, He wants peace for all animals. Which is why he prefers to experiment on human subjects and not animals. If he could bring the world to its knees to have the animals take over the landscapes instead of the humans he would very much prefer it.
