Friday nights were always the best, especially for Kodai. While some other students might have game-night with friends or a movie night, Kodai at the time didn’t really have many friends to do something like that with. At least, right now he didn’t. He was having some difficulty fitting in with the other students. Or well, he felt that way. Then again, Kodai was admittedly a bit socially awkward and anxious at times, and well, he hadn’t really made that much of an effort to make new friends. For that reason, Kodai had made Friday nights special. In an effort to be social, meet new people and perhaps meet a special somebody; Kodai decided that every Friday night he’d go out clubbing. Or at least, recently he decided that every Friday night, if possible, he'd go clubbing.

Turning off the hot water and getting out of the shower, Kodai dried off, and slipped into a pair of boxer briefs and green joggers. He then threw the towel over his shoulder, and walked into the kitchen. Following closely behind him was Sid, his golden retriever.

Opening the refrigerator, Kodai found some string cheese. He tore Sid off a piece and then shoved the rest in his mouth, sucking on it like a lollipop. While he did this, Kodai pursued through his phone, trying to decide on an outfit to wear. He wanted to wear something nice and comfortable. Something that would make him seem approachable, nice, and maybe a bit of a trouble maker.

He wasn’t really paying attention to his surroundings as he made his way to the couch. Someone could easily sneak up on him, or, surprise him at this moment. Sid was too focus on the string cheese.

It was a bit quiet at the dorm…well, in a way. The whole place could fall into extremes. Sometimes it could be deathly quiet, everyone studying or just chilling while, and then at some points, it was chaos and pandemonium. On Friday with people having various plans after school, it tended to be quiet, and even if everyone was around they weren’t the party-hard type of sorority to keep all the campus awake at night…most of the time.

Kenta walked out looking mostly casual, still wearing his tracksuit pants and a white tank top, just finishing some homework after his afternoon jog. By the time he was in the kitchen, he was empty, though he could see Kodai on the couch from the kitchen, as well as his dog. Kenta pondered a bit while preparing a very nutritional and healthy meal of a cup of noodles for himself…ye he needed some better food but he wanted something warm fast. Marcus was one of the new members of their little community here. He heard his quirk let him turn into a dinosaur, so that was pretty rad! But he didn’t have a chance to talk with him much yet.

Well, no time like the present. As his fellow dorm mate was looking at his phone and consuming cheese, he called out to him with a quick “Yo, watcha doing?” before indulging in his own snack, eating up some of the cup noodles he had.

“Oh shit!” Kodai cried out, dropping the cheese stick as he straightened his posture. Sid eagerly nabbed the cheese stick from the floor and took off into the bedroom. Frowning a little, he turned to the other male.

Needless to say, Kodai was not expecting for anyone to be home. Honestly, he’d reason that everyone would have something better to do than just saying home. Plus, the frat house was relatively quiet, and while he may not have lived here long, he’d figured that a frat house would be a bit louder if people were home. And well, truth be told, Kodai was really into the Battlehammer video and wasn’t really paying attention to what was around him. After all, they just released a new warforce for the Plague Battlebrothers and he needed to know what was in it!

“Kenta right?” He asked. Kodai hadn’t really had a chance to meet everyone, only just passing introductions and whatnot. So, he wasn’t a hundred percent sure that this was Kenta, but he was too tall to be Jack or Kupo.

“Nothing much, just watching this video about the new Battlehammer video,” Kodai blushed a little. He felt a bit uncomfortable about admitting that he was a Battlehammer player, after all, it was a thing for “nerds” and people who don’t have a life. Which, seeing how things were going, accurately described Kodai.

Plus. He was shirtless and being shirtless was always odd.

“Then imma head out to the club,” he added quickly, trying to hide his nerdiness. “What about you?”
