Despite being a villain and straight up off his rocker, Church can get along with nearly anyone and doesn't judge, by normal standards anyway. He doesn't care if you call yourself a villain, a hero, a seamstress, whatever path you've taken does not concern him. All he cares about is this, do you amuse him?
When it comes to people, Church likes to let others lead and simply follows to see where it takes him. He is often submissive in how he acts in order to come off as no threat, and is quick to risk his life for a bit of fun.
Do keep in mind however, that he is indeed mentally disturbed and quite unpredictable. If you have the upper hand, he's likely enjoying it.
