While hero-ing, he’ll do the right thing at all costs, but it’s painfully clear that he has a darkness to him and may very well turn into a vigilante. He does the right thing as often as possible, but snaps at any mention of his parents, or heroes having a code of ethics. He’ll play by your rules, and complain the entire time. Ikki likes sports, particularly soccer and skateboarding. His small build and dexterity lend itself to that and tennis. He prides himself in what he does, and being right, and will go as far as learning a new skill like cooking so he never has to admit that he needs help, or he’s not good at something.

He has natural black hair, as well as a black eye and an amber eye. Every three months, Ikki has an abundance of grey hairs, owing to a premature grey gene on both sides of the family. Ikki was born to two civilians. Quirkless, in fact. You could see the degradation in the respective families, on a long enough timespan. His father’s family went from being on the board at Honda to being assembly line workers as generations went on. His mother, raised by athletes and vigilantes, flat out missed the genetic lottery. The chance at his grandfather’s quirk; incredible speed in short bursts. When it came time to be tested and registered, Izumi Mizuno tested negative. Ikki’s home-life was simple, but not easy. Though he had that spark in him, his temperament at a young age made him hard to control. Ikki already developed an attitude by the age of ten, slacking and coasting off of high test scores. Dominating in soccer on campus, trying to start a skateboarding club for fun too on the side. All he really had to comfort himself was a kick, push. No part of that lied to him. Fights after school too. He didn’t always win, but fight videos often trended online.
When enough was enough, and the economy slowly wavered, Ikki’s father lost patience. Raising this handful in the wake of the failed strike vote at work and marital problems was a tall order. He was sent off to live with his aunt and uncle, a registered nurse and hero teetering on retirement. They called him Full Throttle, taking advantage of motorcyclist motifs and natural speed. A personable, public face that made the general public feel safe with people with quirks just out and about. No kill rule, save civilians and evacuate civilians, the whole nine yards. Ikki, already a budding athlete and junior hero in his own right, put together a basic costume and patrolled with his uncle, at the insistence that he get a job. A particularly tough raid on a compound left Ikki gravely injured and in the hospital. And still, no excessive violence to get back for him. Now at the age of 18, he beat the exam and moved onto UA campus and began his life anew, vowing to do whatever it took to keep people safe.
