Walking the streets of Akihabara in her hero costume, Lucille occasionally smiled and waved at curious civilians as they walked by. So far today's patrol was looking to turn out pretty chill. No crazy villains populating the streets, no horrible experiments being set upon Tokyo and no vigilantes going rogue in broad daylight. ''I feel so lucky that I get to go on patrol with the one and only Fae King. ~'' She smiled over at her partner for today's patrol. ''How have you been lately? I see you on campus all the time, but workdays there are always so busy, I hardly get the opportunity to talk to you.'' It was something she was looking to fix sooner rather than later! Sociable as ever, Lucille wanted nothing more than to make friends wherever she went. As they walked and passed by an alleyway where a stray cat was soaking up some sunrays Lucille gave it a nervous side eye, trying her best not to freak out in front of her colleague, she wanted to make a good first impression after all! ''Wait- you two!'' A voice called out to them as a young man ran up to Sora and Lucille with his phone out. ''You're Fae King and Phantasmagoria, right? Can I take a photo with you?'' Lucille smiled back at the guy warmly, wanting to accept his request, but she decided to let Sora speak for the both of them as she looked over at him. ''I-I'm going to tryout for the hero exams soon!'' The man looked at them with nervous, but hopeful eyes. Sora Lucius

[attr="class","alpha"] [attr="class","beta"] "Sing to me, I am not doing well,"
"Getting tired of my own words~" "Sing to me, cause I can't hear myself,"
"through the loudness of my own hurts~" Sora sauntered alongside Lucille with a bright smile, clearly happy to be out walking the streets even if meant risking the dangers that always came with a patrol. Although useless in the case of combat, Sora liked the occasional patrol in his routine. Mostly because he enjoyed interacting with citizens, but also because he was simply good at lowering casualties should the worst happen, and he took pride in that as a support Hero. Unlike his stage outfits, his Hero costume showed very little skin and covered him right up to his jawline with a shiny fabric that was an intricate design of light blues and golds with white accents. To the public the design likely looked like something simply meant to draw the eye if you needed help, but in reality it was suited to his quirk in the events that he was forced to use it, keeping the results of his quirk hidden underneath the water-proof fabric to not cause more panic in rescue situations. Sometimes you had to get creative when getting injured was just part of the job. For the same public image reasons, the scars over his eyes were also hidden with the help of some well-applied concealer. As they walked and interacted with the public, Sora glanced over to Lucille and grinned good-humoredly at her words. "As lucky as I am to grace the same sidewalk as thee Phantasmagoria!" He teased, though it was clear from his tone he did in fact think highly of her. "I've been pretty good~" A lie perhaps, but one thing about the Idol business is that it had taught him to lie pretty naturally, an unbecoming skill for a Hero maybe... but it had positive uses. "But balancing three jobs is exhausting, It's so nice to be outside on patrol!" As they walked he enjoyed the weather and the sounds of life all around them, finding an odd peace in the chaotic sounds of the city. Between being a teacher, a dad, and a part-time Idol, he didn't get out as much as he wished. "My daughter wants to be a Hero. She's got me giving her classes at home in my free time to prep for school. She's only seven." He joked, smiling yet also a little apprehensive about his work-load in the future. "What have you been up to?"As the young man ran up to them, Sora practically lit up and was immediately all smiles and bubbly energy as he turned to him. "Of course!" As he spoke, his gaze flitted to check that his partner was ok with the idea before he grinned. "We'd love to!~" He finished, clearly enjoying the idea despite it being a normal part of the job. "Oh really?! I'll be rooting for you, hopefully we'll see you in class soon!~"[newclass=.alpha]background-color:#f1bee9;padding:20px;width:450px;[/newclass] [newclass=.beta]background-color:#d9e6f4;color:#30465e;padding:20px;line-height:15px;text-align:justify;letter-spacing:2px;word-spacing:1px;[/newclass]

''You flatter me, I'm hardly anyone noteworthy.'' She giggled, both playing along with the joke and feeling a little out of the spotlight, since she had been devoting more and more time to her role as a teacher than as a professional hero. ''I don't know how you do it! I can hardly keep up with two jobs and I don't have any kids or relatives to look after.'' She didn't count her brother Lucas since he could look after himself just fine, and he was busy with work and caring for his husband more often than not anyway. ''Really? She's got your can-do attitude!'' She chuckled, remembering how determined she herself was when she approached her own pro hero mother for hero training all those years ago. ''Me?'' She rubbed the back of her neck. ''Nothing special! Preparing next semester's classes in advance and working at Maxima. I was involved in the incident surrounding the islands.'' The islands incident in question being a reference to the Ragnarockers running amok in the sea of Japan. Then she remembered bumping into Diego. Her childhood friend turned hopeless crush, who then betrayed her and became a villain. She had clashed with him recently and unfortunately she didn't manage to capture him. ''Uh, and I've been catching up with some old friends.'' She finished, not sure how she could, or if she even should unpack all that. She smiled and gave Sora a thumbs up. ''One photo coming right up! Get in the center. ~'' She encouraged the civilian to get between them before smiling even brighter for the camera. ''Is that so? We'll be looking forward to seeing what you've got.'' She flexed her arm dramatically at the civilian to elicit a laugh from him as they said their goodbyes and he went on his way. ''So young and aspirational.'' She sighed blissfully. ''You can't help but feel energized, right?''Just when it looked like the patrol would stay uneventful, something shook the ground dramatically. At first Luci thought it was just an earthquake, but looking further down the street she noticed that visible tremors were traveling out of the palm of a villain's hands and into the wall of a nearby building which shook dramatically and threatened to collapse then and there. She only took one glance at Sora before taking off into a sprint, calling out to the perpetrator. ''Stop right there!''The villain looked over with shock on his face. ''Heroes?! That's not what they told me!-''Sora Lucius

[attr="class","alpha"] [attr="class","beta"] "I don't know euphoria,"
"Would like to meet her someday~" "She leaves me lonely,"
"C'est la, c'est la vie~" "My daughter would say otherwise," He chimed with a chuckle in response to her calling herself not noteworthy. "She has a growing collection of merch from her favorite Heroes, quite a few of them are Phantasmagoria." Sure his kid was a little more Hero-obsessed than most her age, but he still thought it was a good example that people appreciated her. Half of the reason he enjoyed public work and took it so seriously was because he could see in real time how it effected his own daughter's view of Heroes as well as the kids around her. He nodded sympathetically when she mentioned the Islands, having heard about it himself but being unable to do anything at the time because he had been in Europe for work. Not that there would have been much he could have done if he had been there, but as a support Hero it still felt like a failure on his part. "Old friends can be good~" Heavy on the can in Sora's opinion, considering he learned first-hand how people can change over time, but that wasn't something he felt he should remark on. The last thing he wanted was to come off as pessimistic towards a colleague on their first patrol. As he posed with her and the civilian he shot the camera a bright grin, blue clouds drifting up from his palm to form three words above their heads in the picture. A simple 'You got this!' in the hopes it would keep the kid motivated to join them at U.A. in the future. He was still grinning even as they left, and very much shared Lucille's renewed energy thanks to the little interaction. It helped him stay positive, for a few moments. He tensed as the ground shook beneath his feet, his grin dropping to a relaxed smile automatically as he expected a problem to follow. Sure enough, he followed Lucille's gaze and spotted the source, and as she took off he immediately followed without a thought. As they neared the scene he shot a small cloud towards Lucille's back just in case before ducking down the alley beside the shaking building and running headlong down it. As he ran down the alley and around the back of the building, he sent clouds into the shaking structure wherever he could as he passed, knowing he couldn't do much without being able to see inside but trying anyway. If it collapsed and there were people inside, his quirk likely couldn't save those completely buried, but it could save some, and that was enough to try regardless. After a brief moment he slid back into view on the sidewalk, now on the other side of the Culprit from Lucille to box the Villain in. Although he couldn't harm others because of his quirk, that wasn't public knowledge and at best seemed like a personal choice, and he was wearing a calm smile despite running that helped feed his bluff. Behind him, two clouds moved through the air, turning green and pointing to direct civilians away from the scene without taking his eyes from the Villain. ''Really?'' She held a hand up to her mouth as her eyes welled up. Even if Sora was lying, the thought that a kid was cheering her on was enough to move her to tears. ''That's so cute! I always thought I was too scary for the young ones.'' She added with a self-deprecating chuckle. She was marketed as the Undead Hero after all and the reason she had earned that alias was because she came back from the dead. She couldn't help but quietly applaud the cloud phrase as he spelled it out in support of a young hero hopeful. It was no surprise Sora was so good with civilians in general. She heard he was hosting a class on using your quirk in different ways too. Hopefully the students would get a lot out of that exercise, since most of the time they only trained for combat or crisis scenarios and not the day to day interactions. ''Thanks!'' She called out as she felt the cloud on her back, feeling just a little bit safer going in alone. Neither of them were really combat specialists, but Lucille had faced many villains by now thanks to her work at the Maxima Agency. Once she got within range of the villain she went for a kick, which he just barely managed to dodge by stumbling back away from her. ''Wait, wait, wait a moment!'' The villain held his hands up, shaking them profusely as he looked like he was ready to surrender. This foolishly made her drop her guard, letting the villain land a clean hit on her as he punched in the face. However, much to his dismay, it didn't have much of an effect. ''Eh?'' More importantly, why didn't he use the tremors against her? Was he unable to send tremors through people? ''Give up, you're surrounded!'' She raised her fists again, making the villain wince and turn tail and flee, only to be met with the smiling hero Fae King coming up right behind him. What an ominous smile!! What were they going to do to him? Before the villain could get away Lucille kicked him in the back, sending him falling onto the ground face first. ''You hero bastards!'' The villain growled. ''If you hadn't snuck up on me I would have beaten you both easily!''''But I called out to you from way over there.'' Lucille pointed over her shoulder. He spat on the ground as he sat up. ''Ever heard of me?'' He smiled mischievously. ''The upstart villain, Shake-Up! I'm about to make my major debut, all those civilians in that building are gonna die before you can arrest me.'' Lucille didn't look too bothered by his gloating, maybe because she knew Sora had already taken care of the worst of it and she could see civilians being evacuated behind him as they spoke. ''Never heard of that name.'' She shrugged casually. ''Fae King? Does Shake-Up ring any bells?'' She looked over at her partner with a smirk, realizing now that they weren't dealing with some super villain, just an idiot criminal playing tough. Shake-Up gritted his teeth as he looked over at Sora. ''Well- b-but you've got to hurry or all those people are gonna die! Are you still able to call yourselves heroes if you just let them die?!''Sora Lucius

[attr="class","alpha"] [attr="class","beta"] "Lately when I see my reflection,"
"Staring at me, I don't recognize who's inside~" "Guess I'll wait for the day when,"
"I don't feel so out of place in this town~" "Nope, never heard of him." Sora kept up his grin and cocked his head to the side as he regarded the upstart Villain sitting on the ground. Although he was actually a little worried about the building, he kept it from his face as he focused on the man just enough to not leave himself open, his attention mostly focused on picking up as much info as he could of the inside of the building. Unseen beneath his suit, he had picked up a few scrapes and cuts from his clouds, but nothing serious, though he knew that could change if the building collapsed before the inhabitants were out. He could feel them occasionally with his clouds if they were injured, but he had no real sight on the situation inside besides occasionally catching sight from where he stood of people occasionally running out of the side entrance. He was mostly hoping that taking away minor injuries would speed up their evacuation, too worried that entering the building himself would taunt the villain to try harder to make it fall, or let him escape. Instead, he released a decently sized dark crimson cloud that moved in the air between the wall and the villain almost threateningly like a caustic cloud. Truthfully it was a bluff and the cloud could do nothing, but he was betting on the Villain not having access to reliable info on his quirk. "Collateral damage is a reality of Hero work, we can't always save everybody, but if we catch you, there won't be other victims~" Sora's grin shifted slightly as he looked at the villain, taking on an almost dark look despite his composed nature. Although his words were true to a degree, he didn't actually hold that opinion, but acting was second nature to him at this point as he slowly moved closer, looking to lesson the chance of the guy making contact with the building again. As he moved, so did the ominous cloud between the man and the wall, drawing closer as well. "So give up."[newclass=.alpha]background-color:#f1bee9;padding:20px;width:450px;[/newclass] [newclass=.beta]background-color:#d9e6f4;color:#30465e;padding:20px;line-height:15px;text-align:justify;letter-spacing:2px;word-spacing:1px;[/newclass] Lucille Arbogast ,

Shake-Up clenched his fists as Sora confirmed he didn't know him either. He was clearly bothered by the fact that they weren't taking him as seriously as someone like Bakuretsu or Djinn. ''What's so funny, you bastard!'' The villain pointed at Sora. ''I haven't heard of you either!'' He flinched and eyed the dark cloud nervously as he took a couple of steps away from the wall. ''..Do you think that intimidates me? I'll bury you with my tremor powers before you can send that cloud after me!''''You should listen to him.'' Lucille said from behind Shake-Up with her arms crossed. ''He's much meaner than I am. ~ Real villains know they should fear the name, Fae King'' She teased, grinning from ear to ear as it really seemed to bother the villain. ''B-But...'' He swallowed and backed away from Sora as he started approaching, occasionally glancing over at the dark cloud too. ''Why isn't the building collapsing? I used my quirk, it's strong enough!'' He was trembling at this point. ''Gah! Whatever! I'll make my debut killing heroes instead!'' He charged forward, aiming to swing wildly at Fae King trying to punch him out of the way. This was exactly what she had been waiting for. Gathering sludge spit in her mouth, Lucille circled around to the side of the villain and spat it onto the ground in front of him. Normally her sludge acted as a trampoline when hit or stepped on, but given that this was such a small amount, the moment Shake-Up stepped on it, it didn't send him flying. It only lifted him about a foot off the ground as it threw him off balance. ''Fae King, you're up!'' She exclaimed, leaned back and activated her quirk to transform her arms into wings prematurely, just in case she needed to take flight. Sora Lucius
