Vibrant is the easiest way to sum up Momo. She is an energetic young woman with a genuine passion for life and empathy for everyone she meets. She believes if she can help someone in any situation that doesn't hurt someone or break any rules, then she should. This does often lead to people taking advantage of her as she is both incapable of saying no in most situations and exceptionally gullible from a lack of experience with the world outside her own bubble.
Being naive doesn't make her a total doormat since it doesn't stop her from stepping in when she sees someone else being bullied, though she never stoops to the level of a bully herself to try and handle it. Momo truly believes that there's some good in everyone and that the people labeled as bad, criminal, or outright Villains just never had the kind of lives or support system that gave them the opportunity to do or be good. Giving people second chances and saving them from themselves while making the world safer over all is a driving force behind Momo deciding to pursue being a Hero instead of following in her mother's footsteps as a professional ballerina. People often find the latter hard to believe given how clumsy Momo is outside of dance or combat since she's more than just a little absentminded due to being a total airhead. So while she is eager to be helpful, you probably don't want to ask her to help with your homework unless you want to fail.

They do this by absorbing the energy of other people, Quirk emissions/constructs, and devices in their proximity then transfer that energy to Momo. Only one of the following can be diminished by one letter rank at a time: Constitution, Strength, Speed, Dexterity, the integrity or strength of Quirk constructs and other Quirk emissions made of energy, or Equipment functionality if it relies on a source of energy to function. Momo can then use this to boost one of her following personal attributes by one letter rank at a time: Constitution, Strength, Speed, or Dexterity. The debuff/buff lasts as long as the person stays in proximity to Momo and the ladybug field.
QUIRK DRAWBACKS: Momo can only have one swarm active a time and a new swarm can only be created if the previous swarm is wiped out or if Momo dismisses the previous swarm for at least an entire post. Momo can only target and debuff one thing of one person, Quirk, or piece of equipment at a time even if multiple potential targets are in the field. Momo can only buff one of her own attributes at a time. Momo cannot change what is being buffed or debuffed unless the subject is no longer in the field and then she must reestablish contact with the same or different subject. The bugs, while numerous, can be destroyed and are exceptionally weak to fire, ice, and poison. The bugs cannot move completely away from Momo, though they can be directed within her orbit. They cannot physically harm anything.

The elemental type must be set before use and cannot change mid-fight unless Momo takes a post to reset it.
